Expérience négative: We went in and sat with an agent and booked a vacation for my husband. We had agreed on dates and times etc., tonight when we went to check in we were informed that his flight time had been changed and he was after missing his flight. The airline had informed the agent of the time change and she failed to inform us of the changes. We will never do business with this company again. Very disappointing especially when we had delt with them before ( different agent ) and had excellent service.
