Expérience fantastique: Ryan Lohnes a réservé nos vacances en famille à Punta Cana... il s'est occupé de tout et a réglé n'importe quel problème, peu importe à quel moment, sans hésitation ! La communication avec Ryan était extrêmement facile et il était pratiquement disponible chaque fois que j'avais besoin de lui... ce qui était souvent ! LoL. Votre agent de voyage ne travaillera pas seulement sans relâche pour vous trouver les vacances parfaites, mais il sera également votre défenseur si vous rencontrez des problèmes en cours de route. J'ai utilisé le centre de croisières Expedia à Saint John, NB depuis quelques années maintenant. Je suis toujours impressionné que, de nombreuses fois, ils aient une expérience directe des endroits où je souhaite aller. Expérience fantastique: Nous avons réservé un voyage entre filles à Cuba cet hiver avec Carole Dubé et elle était incroyable. Je ne suis pas une voyageuse expérimentée, donc c'était un soulagement de l'avoir pour s'occuper de chaque détail du voyage et tout ce que j'avais à faire était de me présenter à l'aéroport ! Le complexe qu'elle a recommandé à Cuba (The Royalton) ne nous a pas déçues et nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec nos vols. Expérience fantastique: Carole Dubé a organisé un séjour de 10 jours de Nice à Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Les hôtels, le transport ont été planifiés et m'a permis de voyager sans soucis. Suivant ses conseils, une fois sur place, il était facile de voyager d'une ville/village à un autre.

Expérience fantastique: The Expedia Rep that we used, Carole Dubé, was awesome. We booked a Caribbean cruise through her and she was so helpful getting us through the process and troubleshooting for us when our flights got delayed and then re-routed. We trust her knowledge and recommendations as she has done many many many trips herself! Right now she is looking into a pub crawl through England, Ireland and Scotland as well as a cruise including Norway and Iceland for us! Expedia, and Carole, have been fantastic to work with!

Expérience fantastique: Our group (20) totally enjoyed a 13-day Mediterranean Cruise in early May 2023. The cruise was bookended with 3-day stays in both Barcelona and Venice.. The whole trip was organized and managed by Carolyn MacKay of Expedia. She was able to assist us in all aspects of our trip. Her attention to detail coupled with her experience took a lot of the stress out of the whole process. The ship was the Celebrity Constellation, a mid-sized ship (~2200 passengers). Although the ship was older (but recently renovated) it, its staff, amities and food were all great. Great experience - highly recommended.

Expérience fantastique: We thoroughly enjoyed our recent Mediterranean cruise on Celebrity Beyond (Italy, Greece, Turkey). Carolyn MacKay of Expedia Cruises Saint John was our travel advisor. Carolyn is an experienced traveler with a tremendous knowledge of many destinations and has arranged several trips for us. Carolyn has a strong attention to detail and every step in the trip was well planned to minimize stress and maximize predictability. Recommended hotel locations are in the 'right' places to make the most out of a city visit and minimize travel hassles. Her network of contacts has great value and she has arranged some memorable excursions for us. For example, we spent three days in Rome pre-trip and had a wonderful experience including a Hidden Gems tour with Luca the driver. Luca also picked us up at the airport and later took us to the cruise port. Luca is one of Carolyn 's contacts and treated us like family including 'traditional' meals and an entertaining commentary. Expérience fantastique: Not sure where to start when describing one of the many trips we have booked though Carolyn McKay… most recent trip was a 13 day Mediterranean cruise with a 3-day pre visit to Barcelona followed by a 3-day post visit to Venice. BTW, I’m still having dreams of Venice!! There were approx 20 people in our group of acquaintances and friends but by the end of the cruise we were all friends! As for the Mediterranean cruise itself… outstanding!!! Every day was a new adventure. Would have to say that our rainy stop n Montenegro was very memorable… our guide for the day (and with Carolyn’s help) spontaneously changed the itinerary. Instead of a walkabout around the city… we were whisked off to the guides home where we toured his families prosciutto smokehouse… just imagine the smells! Then we were treated to fresh prosciutto, home made bread, cheese, wine and spirts. All while sitting by a wood stove for warmth from the cool rain. Thank you Carolyn! Enjoy my pics

Expérience fantastique: We had the best of service from Carolyn MacKay in booking our trip, and in assisting in a major problem of flight cancellation while over seas. We knew it was a bit dicey as international air travel resumed and chose to book our European destination through Carolyn. Sure enough we ran into a cancelled flight that could have ruined our expensive vacation and family visit. We ran into phone access difficulty but we're able to reach Carolyn by social media. The problem was solved quickly with her direct access to Air Canada, salvaging our trip and allowing us to relax into the rest of our time away. Certainly with air travel in flux we would definitely make arrangements through Carolyn on upcoming trips.

More importantly they were there for us when we had a problem with the hotel...the hotel claimed that my daughter was booked as an infant and wanted to charge us more money. Carolyn made sure this did NOT happen! I would highly recommend using them...they were great to deal with to book and saved the day when we got there!

Expérience fantastique: September 23, 2018 we left for Scenic Cruising "The Inside Passage" Alaska with the Holland America Line. The scenery on our cruise was nothing less than spectacular, the weather was favorable, and trip plan was well executed. Our experience with Holland America was flawless, the food was exceptional, staff helpful and friendly, accommodations more than comfortable, although we didn't spend much time in our room. A schedule of events was provided every day, in such a professional manner, and so many choices of beautiful events, and we did as many as we could. The entertainment selections were beyond what we expected, professional all the way. I would highly recommend this cruise with Holland America, it was a wonderful experience, loved Juneau, Ketchikan, Edicott Arm, Skagway and we had the best Wild Alaskan Salmon ever. A Chocolate Surprise was provided one evening, believe me, it was so tasty, everyone was smiling. Thank you to the staff on-line that provided me answers to any questions I had, they were so friendly and helpful, thank you to Expedia in Saint John, NB ... Norma spent lots of time making sure we were confident that we had made the right decision with our choice of cruise and the Holland America Line.
