De plus, de nombreux membres du groupe n'étaient jamais allés sur l'île auparavant et ont dit que pouvoir entrer et sortir des narrows était une expérience inoubliable ! Je le recommande vivement.

Expérience fantastique: Lors de nos dernières vacances au Canada, ma famille et moi avons réservé une aventure d'observation des baleines avec Quest à St. John's, Peir 6. Malheureusement, en raison d'un énorme bug de ma part, nous n'avons pas pu y aller. J'ai appelé l'entreprise et expliqué ma situation. Parler de gentillesse, d'empathie et d'un service de premier ordre ! J'ai parlé avec l'un des propriétaires qui a rapidement collaboré avec nous pour résoudre le problème ! Bien que nous n'ayons pas pu y aller (grande déception), chaque fois que nous reviendrons dans la région, c'est en tête de notre liste pour faire de cette aventure une réalité ! Merci, Quest, pour votre magnifique service client et simplement pour être de superbes personnes !

Expérience fantastique: J'ai passé un moment fantastique à explorer les eaux environnantes de St. John's :) Le personnel a vraiment dépassé mes attentes pour rendre cette expérience inoubliable, et un grand merci à Glen qui a pu me trouver une place à la dernière minute :) Barry était également très informatif tout au long du voyage et tout le personnel était tellement positif et engageant. Je le recommande vivement à tout le monde ! :)

Expérience positive: Mon expérience se divise en deux parties : 1. Il n'y a pas de baleine qui attend là et qui attend que les gens viennent pour se montrer. Il m'a semblé qu'il y avait un radar et qu'ils pouvaient réaliser combien de baleines étaient autour. Mais les voir, c'est une autre histoire qui dépend principalement de votre chance ! Je n'ai vu qu'une partie des dos des baleines, C'EST TOUT. Cependant, il y avait un aigle blanc que nous pouvions voir au loin, AVOIR UN APPAREIL PHOTO PROFESSIONNEL POURRAIT ÊTRE TRÈS UTILE. J'ai aussi vu quelques macareux qui étaient super mignons, surtout quand on les voit à côté des baleines ! 2. Le personnel à bord était super sympa, accueillant et a créé une atmosphère amusante pendant l'excursion d'une heure. Ils ont expliqué l'histoire de la ville et toutes les installations au port. Ils ont aidé avec patience les enfants et les personnes âgées. Au fait, 95$ est le tarif avant taxe :) En conclusion, pour voir les baleines comme prévu, il semble que différents tours doivent être pris à différents moments, à différents endroits, avec différentes entreprises.

Expérience fantastique: C'est une si belle façon de voir les sites touristiques classiques de St John's sous un nouvel angle ! La visite comprend des vues époustouflantes et est remplie d'informations sur la vie marine locale, les caractéristiques géographiques uniques ainsi que le patrimoine et l'histoire de Terre-Neuve. L'équipage est orienté vers la sécurité et regorge d'histoires et de faits amusants. Le marin Glenn était particulièrement divertissant et utile pendant la visite.

Expérience fantastique: Notre visite était géniale. Notre guide était incroyable et le capitaine était super aussi. Nous avons été étreints par les cris et nous avons passé un moment fantastique. Je recommande à tout le monde !

Expérience fantastique: Cette excursion en bateau a été l'un des points forts de notre voyage ! Bien que nous ayons raté les baleines, l'équipage a signalé beaucoup d'oiseaux en cours de route et nous a donné beaucoup de faits intéressants sur les baleines et Terre-Neuve. C'était tellement relaxant. Ensuite, nous avons été 'screeched in', ce qui était sans aucun doute la meilleure partie ! Merci Glenn et Tyler. Une journée à mémoriser, c'est sûr !

Expérience fantastique: Quelle expérience incroyable. Je recommande cette expérience à tout le monde. Votre chance de voir la faune dépend de l'endroit où se trouve la faune marine au moment de votre voyage. Glen a rendu notre expérience géniale.

Expérience fantastique: Nous les avons appelés le matin et ils nous ont proposés une visite pour l'après-midi. Excellente communication et coordination de leur équipe. L'un des membres de l'équipage, Glen, a contribué à améliorer l'expérience avec sa nature amicale et en ajoutant des informations sur les lieux et la faune. Super moment !! À ne pas manquer absolument !

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons voyagé de Bancroft, Ontario, à St John's, Terre-Neuve, pour découvrir cette grande province. Le deuxième jour, nous avons tenté notre chance avec une excursion en bateau et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Bien que ce ne soit pas la saison idéale pour observer les baleines, les icebergs et les oiseaux de mer, l'équipage nous a offert une merveilleuse aventure en mer. Nous avons profité de mers relativement calmes et avons vu des paysages magnifiques et des poissons-lunes de la taille de petites voitures. C'est un petit monde quand un membre de l'équipage sur le bateau connaît certains de nos amis en Ontario. Merci Glenn, capitaine Barry et le reste de l'équipage.

Expérience fantastique: Cela valait chaque centime. Nous avons été éclairés sur l'histoire de la région, le magnifique paysage sur l'eau. Bien que ce ne soit pas la saison des baleines, nous avons eu la chance de voir ces merveilleux macareux. Le capitaine a donné la narration, mais notre hôte Glen était un vrai charmeur de Terre-Neuve et a comblé les lacunes avec des faits intéressants. Il nous a également conduits à travers la cérémonie de Screeching et a fait de nous (moi, ma femme, des amis et d'autres passagers) des Terre-Neuviens d'honneur. C'était un moment amusant. Glen et le reste de l'équipage nous ont montré que l'hospitalité terre-neuvienne est bien vivante. Fortement recommandé! Merci Glen et l'équipage. De Robert et Gino à Ottawa.

Everyone on the ship was so knowledgeable when it came to landscape, history and geography of the coast. The Captain was incredibly skilled and involved during the tour! Expérience fantastique: Just a phenomenal time! A beautiful trip with lots of information and amazing views. The crew was lovely and Glenn in particular made us feel incredibly welcome. We saw a sunfish and many birds, but the real joy was being on the ocean.

Went out of their way to take pictures, include us in a screech ceremony, shower us with friendly compliments, made sure we all had suncreen. The tour itself was also wonderful - the most relaxed I have ever felt was being out on the ocean here. We saw plenty of whales and puffins and enjoyed traditional newfie music on board. Would definitely recommend.

Expérience fantastique: We went for our very first time and second time in one day!! Such a breath taking experience - and we didn't even see icebergs or humpbacks. We did see fin-back whales, minke whales, puffins, seagulls, other sea birds, and a bald eagle though! The captain and crew were super duper friendly and knowledgeable. I love being on the water and had wanted to do this tour for several years now. Hoping to get out for the third time while still on holidays!! Seeing multiple whales was in itself magical, but it was the crew that took it to a once in a lifetime memorable experience. The effort they made to get to know guests, make them feel welcome (at times it felt like talking to one of my favourite family members) and frequent check ins with how we were going took this trip to the top tier. Words do not do them justice, it was the highlight of my holiday.

Iceberq Quests team led so ably and energetically by Glenn, took us on an uplifting adventure, a surreal sunset tour, on a perfect vessel. Expérience fantastique: It was a fantastic experience the Captain and staff were very informative and friendly. I would like to thank the Captain and staff who made sure everyone got a good view of the whales and were comfortable and safe throughout the tour. The whales gave us a spectacular show, I have never seen any better even from TV shows. They entertained us for at least an hour and then went under our boat and swam off as we headed back to the dock completely satisfied and happy with our tour.

The whales were shy, and none were leaping out of the water, but we still got to see them. I had signed up for the screech in, but the guy who did the ceremony was unable to because of an injury. I was disappointed, but not his or anyone's fault, so still 5 stars from me. Highly recommend

Although we were not lucky and didn't see the whale and puffins due to the weather, the crew did their best closing to the cliffs so we can have better views and we did enjoyed the two hour boat tour. Expérience fantastique: Late May trip. We booked them at St. John where we sailed south on a tour of the incredible coast and had a great time with Glenn. Then we drove 5 hours NW to Twillingate where we booked them again for an iceberg viewing experience which was simply extraordinary.

Would recommend being screeched in and booking while live music is being played on board. This was our favourite event on our 4 day trip to NFLD. Don’t skip this tour you won’t be disappointed!!!

We had experience fantastic views of the icbergs. You have to try the rum: double or triple with 12 thousand old ice "chips",and play music with ugly sticks!!! Expérience fantastique: We were welcomed aboard on unusually sunny day. Captain Barry Rogers and his crew were knowledgeable, entertaining and fun. Our group included 10 year olds to 75+ year olds and all were safe and comfortable. We saw and followed 4 Humpback whales!!!!! Best whale watching I have ever done. The whales were playful and Captain Rogers capitalized on his knowledge so the pod put on a show of slapping and tail dives. It was great!! Thank you.

Expérience fantastique: This was a great tour with very friendly staff. Was nice to be able to chat with the staff without feeling like we were wasting their time or they were forced to talk to us. Great workers with lots of knowledge! We came in with a large trailer and they helped us to park it - thank you, thank you. We didn’t see much (1 eagle, birds and a seal) but it was still worth the ride. It was nice to see Cape Spear from that side of the water and it is crazy how the harbour entrance is so hidden once you leave out to sea. There are snacks you can buy on board as well as drinks. They screeched a few in and our kids were delighted to be a part of it - really made their day - Thank you The boat and facilities were very clean and there was lots of room to manoeuvre around and space inside if you got cold. I highly recommend Iceberg Quest tours

Expérience fantastique: This tour delivered! We saw a minke whale feeding just as we left the harbour, and spent loads of time with a mother and calf humpback whale as they fed and played. Also, tons of puffins, gannets, kittiwakes, and more sea birds. So fun!

Too late in the season for whales, puffins or icebergs but the scenery is breathtaking and the stories about the island and wildlife is super informative. We did see some bald eagles, which was fantastic! I would do this trip again in a heartbeat!

Expérience fantastique: The boat tour was very enjoyable, with snacks and beer, and musician on the tour. We went mid August hoping to see some whales, but didn't see any. We could see maybe 3 puffins in total floating in the water from quite far that you would never be able to see in photos. We could see lots of seagulls and few other birds. The boat tour was great, view was amazing, but if you're buying tickets to see whales, it's not guaranteed that you will see any, you probably won't unless you're going mid April to May and are very lucky. So, good luck!

Expérience fantastique: AMAZING! Had a great afternoon tour. Too late in the season for icebergs but the whales put on a show for us. Lots of breaching and fin waves from several humpbacks. The crew is entertaining and engaging. They worked hard to make sure everyone got great views. Glen was just terrific working the crowd. Arthur O'Brien serenading everyone with some local tunes, extra impressive to be able to do it through the rocking of the boat. Even some on board screech ins. Something I will remember forever. Expérience fantastique: Had an absolutely wonderful time onboard the boat. Glen and the musician kept the party going the entire time and Nathan kicked in with descriptions and the history of significant things that we were passing.

Expérience fantastique: Got to see some whales, and even puffins! Very nice staff. They helped me out when I fell seasick. Grab some Gravol just in case, along with some cash, they don't have a credit card terminal for drinks. They serve alcohol.
