Elle a également demandé 'Avez-vous contacté d'autres agents ?' et après avoir répondu oui, on m'a dit 'En fait, il n'est pas possible pour moi de travailler avec mes clients qui ont contacté plusieurs conseillers.' Izumi croit que faire des recherches sur différentes agences est une offense.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent travel agency to deal with. We recently decided to cancel our cruise to the Mediterranean in July and had no problem cancelling it with our agent there. We always use Vision Travel to book our special trips with and hopefully will be able to do so in the future!
