Expérience négative: Le service le plus terrible, je ne repartirais jamais avec sell off vacations. J'ai réservé mon hôtel via sell off vacations, pensant que tout se passerait bien lors de mon voyage, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés à notre destination, ma réservation n'avait pas été faite. Ils ont commis une erreur en réservant pour le mauvais mois et quand je suis arrivé à l'hôtel, il n'y avait aucune réservation à mon nom. J'ai appelé et ils ont découvert qu'ils avaient fait une erreur sur le mois, c'est tellement dégoûtant. Puis, aucune aide, même en essayant d'appeler l'agent. Les agents disent que le service client fera quelque chose, mais maintenant que je veux récupérer mon argent, je n'ai aucune réponse, c'est nul. J'ai payé deux fois le prix pour la réservation, quel spectacle de merde. S'il vous plaît, ne partez jamais avec eux, ils vous facturent une fortune.

Expérience fantastique: Je viens de rentrer d'une semaine incroyable en République dominicaine. Notre agent de voyage Lexa du bureau de Brandon a été très accommodante. Elle a écouté ce que nous recherchions, nous a trouvé des options et nous a ensuite aidés à choisir le complexe qui conviendrait le mieux à nos besoins. Même pendant que nous étions en vacances, nous avons pu la contacter et elle a répondu à toutes nos questions, nous mettant à l'aise. Mon mari et moi recommandons vivement Lexa et avons hâte de réserver nos prochaines vacances avec elle !

Expérience négative: Je ne recommanderais probablement pas cet agent de voyage ni ne l'utiliserais à nouveau. J'ai réservé un voyage sur recommandation de l'agent. On m'a dit que c'était un hôtel 4,5 étoiles, mais il s'est avéré que c'était un vieux complexe 3 étoiles démodé. Je ne pense pas que des choses comme l'ascenseur ne fonctionneraient pas dans le bâtiment 4 jours sur 7 si c'était vraiment un 4,5 étoiles. De nombreux toilettes publiques dans le complexe ne tiraient pas régulièrement, les laissant très sales. Les services de navette Nexus vous faisaient vraiment sentir que vous étiez dans un pays du tiers monde. Le chauffeur a refusé de s'arrêter lors de notre navette de 1 heure 45 minutes de retour à l'aéroport et après l'avoir supplié, il a finalement s'est arrêté pour que ma femme puisse uriner sur le bord d'une autoroute très fréquentée au lieu des nombreuses toilettes de stations-service où il a refusé de s'arrêter. Oui, les évaluations de l'hôtel et le transport en navette étaient sur les recommandations de vacances de l'agent Mary. J'ai également remarqué un employé cherchant un récipient à remplir de jus d'orange... il en a sorti un de la poubelle, lui a donné un rapide rinçage à l'eau du robinet, a mis sa bouche dessus et a essayé de souffler dedans car il était un peu écrasé. Il l'a ensuite rempli de jus et l'a mis parmi les autres récipients de jus et l'a transporté au restaurant. De plus, divers membres du personnel de cuisine utilisaient les toilettes publiques et retournaient dans la cuisine sans se laver les mains. Merci Sell Off Vacations, nous avons également été ridiculisés par certains agents de voyage du complexe quand ils ont découvert combien nous avions payé et ont dit qu'avec ces prix, nous aurions pu rester dans un véritable hôtel 4,5 étoiles pour un séjour encore plus long. Ils nous ont avoué que le leur était en fait un 3 étoiles.

Expérience fantastique: We have used Sell Off in Brandon for years and have for the most part until last year had alot of positive interactions. There was a lady there last year that for lack of a better term left us all but on our own when concerns with our trip arose. We had planned on booking elsewhere but found out that Sam was back and knowing that we went back and found that Sam and her team have things back to top notch and have addressed all previous concerns. So glad to have Sam and her team local as nothing beats a friendly face that you can walk in and talk to to plan family fun in the sun. Glad to see things are back on track :)

J'ai attendu plus d'un mois pour obtenir un devis qui ne correspondait même pas à ce que je cherchais et qui était beaucoup trop cher ! Je suis allé avec un autre agent qui a fait un excellent travail.

Expérience positive: Je n'ai pas beaucoup voyagé ces dernières années et c'est la première fois que j'utilise SellOffVacations, donc je ne sais pas à quoi m'attendre. J'ai apprécié mon voyage et j'ai adoré Hawaï. Je vais très probablement l'utiliser à nouveau pour un autre voyage dans un avenir proche.

Expérience fantastique: We've always navigated the vacation and business travel spaces on our own, researching possible destinations, searching for hotels, planning activities, booking cars and dealing with changes on the fly. We reached out to Cathie Crossin for guidance on the trip we're currently taking as a family. After 15 years of self-navigating, I can truly say that she takes away all of the stresses of travel. I didn't even realize how much time it consumed and the amount of flip-flopping and micro-regrets that we dealt with...until those concerns were lifted from us. Cathie was able to present multiple options at each step of the way and helped us land on a vacation destination in a fraction of the time, and even presented lower-cost alternatives to using her services directly when it was appropriate. We look forward to this upcoming trip, and will definitely book through Cathie on our next voyage.

Not only did she find me accommodations on site, but she got me direct flights, and helped take care of the Disney passes! Her help and knowledge is invaluable. We had no idea when or where we wanted to go, just knowing we wanted to do and see as much as possible. Expérience fantastique: How many times can I recommend Bobby-Jo? Cause I would recommend her every time! My family and I wanted to go on a nice trip because it was my sister's 40th, my 30th and my sister and brother in law's 19th anniversary all within a week! Big things to celebrate. I reached out to Bobby-Jo as she was recommended to me. I've never used an agent before, so wasn't sure what to expect. Needless to say, she was SO amazing and accommodating and was able to get us exactly what we all wanted. It wasn't easy - we only had one specific week we could all travel so the dates were locked, and we also needed to fly out of 2 places (1 from Calgary, 4 from Winnipeg). I was trying to arrange everything but when you have multiple people going, it can be tough. Bobby-Jo was nothing but patient with us while we all gathered our replies and got back to her. When the final destination was decided, Bobby-Jo even stayed after her work hours while we gathered all our info so that we wouldn't miss out on that price! She was always super fast to reply or call, had all answers to any info we requested and was very quick and accommodating! And of course always extremely polite (and funny!). If you need an agent - give Bobby-Jo a call, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Bobby-Jo, we all had such an amazing time and will definitely be messaging you again for our next one!!

From the minute I got in contact with Bobby-Jo she was extremely helpful and very personable. Expérience fantastique: Kara Plewes at SellOffVacations in Brandon is the reason we had the BEST vacation ever! We had wanted to book a special trip to a resort in Jamaica we had previously visited. Kara tried everything but the resort was totally booked for the whole month. She made other suggestions in Jamaica but none appealed to us. Even though we told Kara that we NEVER would go to Mexico, she suggested we have a look at Secrets Huatulco. We did, liked what we saw, and went ahead and booked based on her recommendation and comments on Tripadvisor. The resort was everything we had hoped for, and we definitely will return some day. Kara was very helpful with finding us answers to questions and always responded to our inquiries. She also helped us with complicated reservations for my brother, who was travelling from China this summer. Kara is the best!
