Expérience négative: The long weekend would of course put some added pressure on to a Registries because it just so happened to switch over on the month. So then would that not entail manning the desks more appropriately? Apparently not at this Ama lineup of over 15-20 people deep and only two Representatives dealing with customers...... I went to another registry to get what I needed done and a couple that I met at that registry had waited for over a half an hour and did not move when they were at the AMA... We pay a membership fee to make sure that weve got access to timely services... I'm not saying that the front desk needs to be 100% staff on all times. I'm just saying that if there's a bullrush of people that need services. More than two desks should be operated

Expérience négative: Went in to book a trip. Travel agent did not listen to anything we asked for....was totally dimissive of what we wanted. We ended up leaving feeling disrespected and walked out without booking. We were booking Mexico for 10 people. They lost out on a $17000 booking.

Expérience négative: Tried to get an insurance quote...the agent really did not want to help. I felt like I was a burden. Not very friendly. What a mistake I made by going here. Stay away.
