Great communication as Karen helped the 12 of us get booked for our trip to Punta Cana several months back and provided advice as we struggled with passport delays during the postal strike. Was already pleased with our experience, but the real difference came during the trip when flights coming home were delayed. Susan and Karen worked tirelessly for us dealing with Sunwing and making sure we had a room to stay in and updated transfer information so that we didn't have to. We were so lucky to have them working for us, and shouldering much of the worry we would have otherwise had to deal with on our own!

I had the pleasure of working with Meaghan Maskowitz who was absolutely phenomenal, gave me many options with all the boxes being checked that were on my lengthy wish list. She went through all the hassle of having everything worked out as far as amenities cost flight times all pre planned before even giving me my options for our trip. I cant thank her enough for her positive vibes and great advice while trying to book our long awaited first dream vacation with the kiddos. If I ever have to book a trip again she will be my first and only call. T- 11days and we cant wait to tell her all about it when we get back

Expérience fantastique: November 28, 2024 Janice Dunlop, our Expedia travel agent performed an impossible task. Disappointed that we were going to be alone at Christmas, we decided to go on a 14 day cruise during that time. As if that wasn’t a big enough task, we had specific requirements: Caribbean; balcony room; departure date after December 11 (as we had medical appointments), and get us home after the Christmas rush. We knew it was an unreasonable but we were desperate. Janice said that it would be difficult, but she would do her best. That same afternoon, after searching every cruise line, Janice called to say that she secured 1 of 2 Balcony rooms available, Dec 15-29, on Holland America Cruise Lines. Flights and accommodations fell into place, and we are off to the Caribbean. Thank you, Janice, you are the BEST!

We have been to a few other resorts in Cuba And Mexico but this one topped them all. Great food, friendly staff, amazing weather, and a very comfortable room. It was a very relaxing and much needed mid-winter break. This was our first trip to Jamaica but it won't be our last! Thanks Debbie!

We did back to back Caribbean cruises on Celebrity in October 2021 and had an amazing time. We felt safe and healthy all the while on board. The ship was amazing, the food - heavenly. The ports of call (10 islands in 21 days) were all very good, with a couple of them I'd rate as outstanding! Janice was so responsive to all of our inquires, and everything was booked just as it should have been. We experienced some weather related delays which were unavoidable with regards to flights - but that's what happens when you travel! I would very highly recommend talking with Janice if you are considering a cruise - her insider knowledge and experience made things so easy for us. Don't go it alone! Chances are Janice can find you a great deal AND help you have an amazing experience! Expérience fantastique: We have been booking vacations with Susan since planning our wedding in 2015. What sets it apart from other experiences in travel booking is just how comfortable she makes you feel with the entire process. When we booked our wedding, every single detail was handled by Susan and Rachel. We were constantly surprised by the little extras that they somehow negotiated without us knowing, from a room upgrade to special treatment on site, every little touch and every little detail was thought of and taken care of. Now let’s talk about a vacation that we booked on our own without using a travel agent. We accidentally forgot to take the credit card that had initially booked the room and long story short, we had to cancel the reservation and pay for an entire new reservation on a different card. Let’s just say it was high stress situation that could’ve been avoided had we used the services of Susan. Covid has certainly brought its fair share of travel hiccups and once again Susan always makes us feel completely at ease with the whole process. If you are considering a vacation, whether it’s air, hotel; resort or cruise, just use Susan. She makes you feel like whatever could go wrong they’ve got your back and goodness knows in 2022 we can all use a little extra reassurance!

Expérience fantastique: I went on a retreat vacation with Nicole to morocco a couple years ago. First in for most I can’t imagine being able to do all the things I did on the amazing price that her retreat offered. So many cities stops experiences tours it was amazing. It would be impossible to coordinate such an inclusive first time trip on your own. Even more important we had an amazing guide and driver that kept us so save the entire time. Never once were we concerned we always knew we were great even when we were hiking in the Atlas Mountains in the dark, riding camels through the Sahara, and walking as fast as we could manage through the souks to see all that Fez had to offer! You’re not gonna get more bang for your buck well still keeping it classy, safe, and authentic than a trip with Nicole. I’d literally travel anywhere in the world with her!

We have cruised extensively plus taken family trips to Hawaii and she has always served us well with conscientious service. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. In particular Susan has always gone the extra mile for us researching all the available options, making reservations and keeping us posted. Recently we had a medical issue that delayed our return following a cruise and Susan, on her day off, went into action without delay to make new arrangements to get us home. We have three more cruises arranged through Susan at Expedia and have never considered going to any other company. And she always has coffee for me!

Expérience négative: Worst Service. Worst Attitude. We planned a trip to Mexico in April and did our booking with Janice from Expedia CruiseShipCenters from Edmonton. The seats booked were so weird and the hotel room was not satisfactory. Upon putting our concerns through, she negatively responded instead of understanding the customer. We will never recommend her to anybody. If you are not customer oriented and client focused, you can never provide good service.
