Expérience négative: By far the worst airline in North America. If you want to be badly treated, have a lot of stress before and after your flight while paying the same amount of money as for any other much better airline company, just buy tickets from them to find this out for yourself. If you are hoping to save some money, you are wrong. On the end, you will pay the same if not more than, for example Air Canada, considering all the hidden fees they have for you for your luggage. You will be mistreated at the airport and pushed to pay extra. You with your luggage is just another hostage. The staff is trained to squeeze extra money out of you, and you will pay because you fear to miss a flight. Stay away from them. Hopefully, they will be shut down by regulators soonest.
Expérience négative: Only use this business if it's your absolute last resort. Every other year I forget how much their penny-pinching business practices ruin my day every time I fly with them, then I cave and book for the cheap flight. Then I regret it general as soon as I step foot in the airport. Sometimes before. Abysmal customer service.
Expérience négative: I am extremely disappointed with the staff at Cancun Terminal 4, Flair Airlines. It’s not about the money, but they stole earrings and skincare products from my checked baggage. I filed a formal complaint back in October, but I’ve yet to receive any response. To make matters worse, my parents flew with Flair this week and had the same issue—staff at the same terminal stole items, including underwear from my mom’s checked bag. Flair's customer service has been completely unhelpful throughout this ordeal
Expérience négative: Scam. They take your money but when you show up no one is there to issue a boarding pass! Returned after the flight had left and the guys were basicly laughing at us?? Go to hell Flair!!!

Expérience négative: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!! Worst airline ever!!! Showed up for a domestic flight 1.5 hours early to check in. No one was at the counter and no one could issue my boarding pass. Called customer service who instead of helping me kept telling me it’s my fault and that they would not help and that I had to find my way. Airline started calling my name and customer service would not lift a finger to call or contact anyone. They were happy to that I missed my flight and kept my money! Thank goodness was for the people at porter airlines and air Canada as they were happy to help and get me home. Avoid flair, may seem cheaper but will cost you double after all is said and done. Thank you flair for the life lesson, I will never fly with the likes of you again
Expérience négative: Flair Airlines has proven to be the worst airline imaginable. Passengers are often forced to wait for their flights for up to 36 hours, during which they are provided with neither food nor water. Despite these horrendous delays, the airline refuses to issue refunds, leaving customers financially stranded as well. To make matters worse, the airline staff continually deceives passengers, assuring them every hour that the flight will depart soon, only to extend the wait time further. The situation is especially dire for families with children, who are left at the airport without any access to nourishment or proper care. The lack of communication, basic necessities, and transparency makes flying with Flair Airlines an utterly miserable experience.
Expérience négative: Flair Airlines: I checked in my luggage online. Because 4 people were reserved under my name all 4 luggage went under my name. This is more expensive. Flair phone said go to website. Flair Chat disconnected. Flair email said they couldn't fix it. So Flair took money from me unfairly and set up their system unfairly so it can't be fixed and they can overcharge. Shameful business practices.
Expérience négative: Giving one star because 0 stars isn’t an option. After a full day of delays the flight was cancelled with no alternative given. There was not one single Flair employee at the gate and I’ve been on hold with their customer line for hours.
Expérience négative: In short,do not fly this airline. They are often understaffed when checking bags and you must use an agent to get bag tags when flying from the US so there is a good chance you could miss your flight despite showing up 2 hours before your flight. If you miss your flight because of this there are no refunds or rebooking. It’s not worth saving a few extra bucks for the terrible service you’ll no doubt receive. This airline won’t last, I can pretty much guarantee it.
Expérience négative: Do not book Flair ever. I have lost $800. They took the money to pay for my flight including a dog in cabin and when i went to check in - nope, would not allow dog
Expérience négative: They are systematically stealing peoples money. In my case, I paid for a carryon bag, $72, while checking in for my daughter. My daughter brought a checkin size bag, so they want my daughter to pay $94 at the counter. I was willing to pay the difference. However, they insisted to pay 94. I called the customer service, which is 3rd party, just hired by Flair Air, in order to get my money back but they said they do not have the authority to refund my money before the flight, told me to call them back after the flight. As I had guessed, they can only issue a 4 month good travel credit under my daughter's name. It's like you can even spell your name wrong once, and you have to pay for the consequences. They will steal your money every moment you are not prepared for. I am currently look I ng for a lawyer to get my money back. It's not a money issue anymore. They think they can ruled people because they have the company. Anyone have the similar or same experience can join me. I will sue Flair Air for sure.

Expérience négative: very misleading agents!! they all have different views and points they don't go buy the book?? they just pressurize you to buy tickets they are offering or try to extract more money from you because you are already going through a certain situation instead of helping you find a solution all they can think of is ways to charge you more money … very disappointed with their service desks they need to be more professional and have some humanity by trying to see what other persons situation is !
