Expérience négative: Save yourself a headache of having to rebook your ticket!!!! Ingred booked me the wrong flights! and she didnt care because she went on vacation the very next day!! and her coworker did not want to refund me the wrong tickets! go somewhere else im telling you, the worst customer service i have ever experienced! I even went into the office at the mall with my three kids and Ingred had all the lights off! such an ominous vibe! and even though we went through my flights in person, she booked them wrong and left on vacation the very next day!

Expérience négative: Went it ready to spend money and book a trip, no one in there and they said maybe they could get someone to call us next week and told us our budget won't get us anywhere (we've been looking online for weeks and have a decent budget that will get us what we want) Waist of time going in there. Clearly don't want your money.

Expérience négative: Every time I go here to book my vacation they only have one person working and I get turns around because they don’t have time. The person that is working is super helpful, but there’s only one of them! They make it hard to spend your money.

Expérience négative: Worst customer service I have ever had, the lady there was absolutely miserable and rude. We got there and the first thing she said as we came to the door: “Jesus, I don’t have time for this, maybe 5 minutes, max.” Alright then? I hope people stop giving this business any money, nobody deserves to pay for services to be mistreated. If you a miserable person that hates life, just stay at home, or just don’t work with customer service, nobody needs to be dealing with your nasty attitude.
