Expérience fantastique: My husband and I just returned from an incredible 8 day cruise with Virgin Voyages. Emily at The Luxury Travel Agency took care of EVERYTHING for us. We were given priority boarding and were able to completely skip the boarding line, meaning we were among the first people to get on the ship and start our vacation right away. This was a trip for my 30th birthday and Emily helped my husband surprise me by upgrading our interior room to a balcony room without me knowing until we got to the room. It was such a nice birthday gift ,and I was truly shocked and touched. Emily really went above and beyond to help make this trip a memorable one. I would recommend her service and the entire agency to anyone who needs a reputable and dependable travel agency. We can't wait to book our next trip!

Expérience négative: Based on the reviews, I called this office, but no one picked up the calls. We went to the office, and we were not offered a seat. We told the agent what we were looking for, and she said she would work on it and give us a call. A week has passed, and we haven't received a call or email.

From the Ritz-Carleton Reserve in Puerto Rico and the Central Park location to the Hilton Conrad in Tulum, to some European Viking River cruises! Great service and always love the personal touches.

There were numerous changes because of flight routes changing or being cancelled but she was always super responsive, understanding and patient. In the end it went off without any issues and I am very grateful for her time and sensitivity. I hope we can work together again under less stressful circumstances.

I so far planed 2 trips with them (pre Covid) and not only did I get an upgrade but they also hooked me up with free breakfast everyday I stayed in the hotels. Also gave me $100 off an incentive the hotel offers which I ended up using it in the spa :). In the first hotel I stayed in the room service surprise me with donuts (which I had listed it as one of my favorite desserts in my portfolio with the agency) and a bottle of Champagne as a welcome package and they said it was compliments of the luxury travel agency! I would have booked more if not for Covid but I did book a future staycation at a 5 star hotel here in Nashville and I already know I got a free upgrade, free breakfast and the $100 credi for the spa . I can’t recomend this agency enough and love how they know where and what to do all around the world. Can’t wait for this pandemic to go away so I can book my dream international trip through them

Our first trip was to Italy, we were taken to places no one would know about with a google search or otherwise, every time it’s like: How did you find this place? They are customer oriented and treat every client like it’s their ONLY client. From providing drivers, translators, free hotel upgrades, skip lines at all entries with long queues, partnering with best hotels the best VVIP treatment anyone can dream of, all free of charge (u can compare their prices to the hotels’ websites). They plan our trips A-Z and (if no destination in mind) they will select the destinations according to our personalities, likes, dislikes, weather and timeframe available while catering to our very personal needs. An agency like no other; All our traveling dreams came true with The Luxury Travel Agency. If there could be a 7 star rating, LTA would easily nail it.

Expérience fantastique: I worked with a couple agents at this travel agency so far - one for a cruise and one for a trip abroad - and have been extremely impressed with how quickly they respond to my inquiries and how they take the time to get to know you and your travel preferences. I was planning a trip to Europe for a group 8. They put together a phenomenal package presented in a professional presentation - almost made me feel like I was teleported to our destination after reading it. No detail left out. Always professional and courteous and made the planning process so stress free. I could reach out to them at any point during our travels whenever we wanted to make a slight change in plans - just like that it was taken care. Customer service is top notch!
