Expérience fantastique: have used tripcentral now about 6 or 7 times , never a hitch anytime agents are awesome, one time within 20 minutes of booking an agent phoned the house to say she found a supersaver room for the family that saved us $300 on the cost of the trip also one time in vegas the check in counter told us we needed to pay some sort of resort tax each person which i paid in advance, i called their tripassist line and it was sorted out within the hour sorry i dont have specific names of people to deal with, but we havent encountered one who wasnt a pleasure to talk to love their website as well, you can go to classic vacation grid and see all the resorts with all the months and compare prices easily keep up the good work!!!

Expérience fantastique: Liz Simunic - amazing travel agent! We booked our all inclusive vacation to Mexico through Liz Simunic. Her customer service was outstanding from start to end. She returned calls timely, answer all my questions, followed up to provide my tickets, car parking discount etc. While in Mexico, I was having a hard time with the return shuttle company (Westjet's vendor Nexus Tours were terrible - never again) and she saved the day. They told me I failed to register for the return shuttle (in my 25 trips to Mexico I never had to register for return shuttle) the rep gave me a hard time, made me feel he couldn't get us on the bus. I emailed Liz and she took care of it. She emailed me she got my email with concern, she emailed me after she handled it and sent me confirmation the shared shuttle QR code. It was my birthday, I had high anxiety and only because Liz acted fast was my birthday salvaged. Liz called me the day after the trip to see how things went and I didn't expect that at all. She went above and beyond and I will definitely be booking all my trips with her in future.

She promptly and efficiently found me (on behalf of my family) the information I was looking for and subsequently made the requested bookings.
