Expérience fantastique: Hi! I had the pleasure of spending the day in Naramata with Karen and Grape Friends Lounge and Tours. Learned a lot of basic info on the area as well as on the wines and the wineries. Karen prepared a European style Charcouterie lunch and we enjoyed everything so much. Karen was a pleasure to work with and curated a unique tour for us based our our interests. We also upgraded to have a picnic style charcuterie lunch included and it did not disappoint. Scott, our driver and tour guide was super friendly and knowledgeable and made the tour all that much better. I definitely recommend this tour group... They're "Grape"!!!

She has the utmost patience for a group that got rowdier with every stop, and appeared more than happy to make route/schedule changes on the go. Expérience fantastique: Me and my husband did a wine tour of the Naramata Bench with Karen as our driver and had an absolutely wonderful time. Karen was amazing, she told us all kinds of information about places we drove past and she was so fun and friendly. I asked to go to a specific winery and we did and she changed the itinery for us as she got to know more about our tastes from the wineries we visited. We even got a bonus at the end, we went to a cidery and on the way found Poplar Cheese so we did that as well. That was the most fun i’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely do another wine tour with them.

Expérience fantastique: Ron and Karen made our experience amazing! We just had the best day! I booked the custom tour because we wanted to go to cideries and a distillery. We chose which places we wanted and they organized it all! Ron was super friendly while driving us and gave us great recommendations in Penticton (like Elma restaurant). He even offered to stop at an extra cidery on the way back, super kind! The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Penticton is stunning and the cideries were delicious! We've been on many wine tours and this was one of the best and great value. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Expérience fantastique: Amazing tour! We were initially such a big group that we needed 2 vehicles. We ended up having numbers for 1 vehicle but they still took us in 2 at no extra charge. Provided snacks and water and then when they heard we wanted to go for dinner offered a dinner shuttle service. Highly recommend!!

Expérience fantastique: I had emailed Grape Friends because my parents were visiting the Okanagan and I wanted to get them a unique anniversary gift. From start to finish it was an easy and professional experience. Grape Friends was able to help organize an experience uniquely catered to my parent's tastes and also were able to facilitate a pick up and drop off from their hotel with the option to be dropped off at a restaurant. Grape Friends also suggested some delicious local restaurants for them visit. Grape Friends worked with me to keep the tour a surprise and choose my payment options. The tour itself with Karen as their guide was friendly, professional, organized and my parents remarked on how kind and knowledgeable Karen was. All and all highly recommended. My parents had a wonderful time and Grape Friends contributed greatly to making it a special and relaxing experience.

Expérience fantastique: Karen and Morgan were absolutely fantastic! When I was cold Morgan literally got me my jacket from the car which was the sweetest moment ever. If you want a good personalized experience tour here. We were a bit of a mixed group not entirely sure what was happening took us to dinner (6 of us) and drops us off home for ONLY an additional $60 FLAT FEE. And gave us snacks and water, absolutely amazing

He made our trip super fun. He provided us with snacks, notepads, pens, water bottles, and took care of all our wines and cheeses. Him and his wife are so knowledgable and kind. Expérience fantastique: My mother and sister and I did a 4-hour tour with Ron on August 22nd, 2018 and it was easily the highlight of our trip to the Okanagan Valley. First of all, this was the 5th time in the past few years that my sister hired Karen or Ron of Grape Friends to host a tour, so that fact alone speaks volumes about how great of a job they do.First of all, Ron is very knowledgeable about all of the vineyards and their offerings. So, if you have wine preferences that you can articulate, Ron will be able to masterfully tailor the tour to your tastes. Ron is also super friendly and a great conversationalist, so the tour he provided was as fun as it was professional and educational. Ron also carried stickers to mark our wines so we could tell them apart at the end of the tour — a very convenient service when you return home with 3 or 4 mixed cases of wine. Furthermore, Ron is an excellent driver who inspires confidence. In short, taking a tour with Grape Friends is pretty much the most hassle-free, fun, and intimate way you could experience Canada’s wine country.

Karen was so bubbly in her emails making us excited for our day and Ron took the best care of us.
