Pour mon voyage le plus récent au Népal, j'ai envisagé de faire mes propres réservations car de nombreux vols se font désormais directement. Expérience fantastique: Voyage de rêve à Tahiti - Polynésie française ❤️ Dès le moment où nous avons contacté l'agence de voyage Downunder à Calgary, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous avons immédiatement été mis à l'aise car ils ont organisé nos vacances les plus merveilleuses à Tahiti. Downunder Travel a pris en charge tous nos besoins, de l'assurance voyage, du voyage en avion, d'une croisière de 7 jours 'Paul Gaugin' à travers les îles de la Société, de tous les transferts et des séjours terrestres avant et après à Moorea et Bora Bora. Toutes les excursions ont également été réservées par eux pour notre commodité. Si nous avions des questions concernant quoi que ce soit, nos e-mails ou appels ont été très rapidement répondu à un professionnalisme exceptionnel. Lorsque Cathleen, notre agente de voyage, était absente, Jason a rapidement pris le relais. Lors d'une occasion, notre agente de voyage Cathleen, dont nous ne pouvons assez vanter la merveille, est allée au travail un matin de long week-end tôt à son jour de repos juste pour nous obtenir une mise à niveau vers une chambre avec balcon sur le navire, qu'elle a dû appeler car il ne restait qu'une suite. Elle est allée au-delà pour faire cela. Tout sur notre voyage était au-delà de l'incroyable, de l'air, de la terre et de la mer, et tous les documents nécessaires pour être un invité à Tahiti et dans ses magnifiques îles. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour avec un séjour terrestre avant et après dans un petit complexe intime recommandé par Cathleen, qui n'a pas déçu. À Bora Bora, nous avons séjourné dans un bungalow sur pilotis, c'était à couper le souffle, de nourrir les poissons tropicaux à faire de la plongée avec tuba. Le pré de Moorea était tout aussi incroyable. La nourriture et l'hébergement étaient exceptionnels. Quelques excursions phares que nous avons faites étaient : Visite en E-Bike à Huahine - Amusante et instructive Excursion à Raiatea - Informative et charmante. Plage privée de Motu Mahana à Taha'a - Tellement amusant et bar flottant, barbecue et divertissement polynésien. Bora Bora nage avec des requins et des raies - INCROYABLE AMUSEMENT !! Bora Bora Aqua Safari - ENCORE PLUS INCROYABLE AMUSEMENT ! Moorea tour en bus autour de l'île - Informative et charmante. Jason, vous avez été fortement recommandé par des membres de la famille qui ont utilisé vos services plusieurs fois. Merci beaucoup. Vous avez vraiment engagé une perle en embauchant Cathleen, elle est vraiment incroyable et vous devez être si heureux de l'avoir dans votre équipe. Nous utiliserons absolument votre agence de voyage et Cathleen à nouveau en un rien de temps pour nos futurs voyages. Voyage spectaculaire du début à la fin !

Expérience positive: 4 1/2 étoiles en or, Jason Webb était très compétent et professionnel pour nous aider dans notre voyage en NZ et en Australie. Expérience fantastique: Jason et son équipe étaient excellents, tant pour mettre en place un itinéraire de voyage varié et complet pour Fidji et l'Australie, que pour gérer les changements nécessaires, dans les 24 heures, à notre itinéraire, nos vols et nos hébergements à la suite du cyclone Jasper alors que nous étions en Australie. Expérience fantastique: Downunder Travel, bureau de Calgary, Cathleen, notre agente de voyage, a fait un travail remarquable en organisant notre voyage pour deux en Costa Rica pendant deux semaines à partir de la fin janvier 2024. Nos moments forts comprenaient le parc national Tortuguero, les volcans Poas et Arenal, les visites de Monteverde, les excursions en bateau dans les mangroves et l'estuaire de Tamarindo. Expérience fantastique: Thank you for planning our fabulous trip to the Cook Islands, New Zealand and Australia! The accommodations were perfect - specially the Holiday Inn in "The Rocks" area of Sydney and the French Quarter in Noosa. I'm so glad you encouraged us to do the Ayers Rock 3 day safari! Seeing the night sky in the Outback was spectacular and so were the walks although it was nice to trade the "bush toilets" of Kings Canyon for the lovely elegance of the wine tour in the Barossa Valley outside of Adelaide. Your itinerary worked perfectly and we had a wonderful trip!

Their accommodation recommendations turned out perfect because they listened to what we were looking for in an experience. He took care of booking our flights, which included an alternate route home, planning our multiple connections efficiently. He also took care of booking a resort for the two of us as well as our daughter and her husband. When we needed to make a change in lodgings for the final day of our stay in order to be closer to the airport, Jason handled this for us, finding us a nice suite twenty minutes from the airport. Expérience positive: Nous avons effectué un voyage organisé pour Sydney, Melbourne et Cairns avec Brisbane ajouté en octobre 2022. Le prix était très bon et le soutien initial était bon, mais il y a eu plus de problèmes que ce que l'on aurait pu attendre. Pour notre arrivée à Sydney, les instructions pour la navette de l'hôtel étaient explicites, indiquant que le bureau de la compagnie de transport serait juste à l'extérieur de la sortie des douanes. Nous avons cherché dans toute la zone sans le trouver. Dans la zone où le bureau aurait dû se trouver, il y avait un bureau d'information de l'aéroport et le monsieur là-bas a dit qu'il n'y avait pas eu de bureau pour cette entreprise depuis plus de deux ans depuis Covid, mais il a été très utile et a appelé la compagnie de transfert qui nous a dirigés vers une zone de chargement de bus. Un minibus est effectivement arrivé avec un nom de compagnie différent mais le chauffeur a dit qu'il avait un contrat pour la compagnie que nous avions et a accepté de nous prendre même si nous n'étions pas sur sa liste. Pour notre excursion incluse le lendemain, personne ne s'est présenté et lorsque nous avons finalement contacté cette compagnie d'excursion, ils ont dit que le tour était réservé pour le lendemain même si notre itinéraire Downunder indiquait que nous devions y être le jour où nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons pu contacter notre agent Downunder à Calgary qui a confirmé que la réservation que nous avions était correcte et que la compagnie locale d'excursion avait mélangé les dates et a proposé le tour pour le lendemain mais notre emploi du temps était complet, nous avons reçu un remboursement de 75 $ pour les deux places sur le tour (ce qui semble peu). Nous avons également mentionné le problème des indications inexactes pour la navette de l'aéroport à Sydney à notre agent qui ne semblait pas préoccupé par cela. La prise en charge de notre navette à notre hôtel de Brisbane était prévue seulement 2 heures avant notre vol international de retour et quand nous avons demandé à l'agent de voyage à ce sujet, elle a indiqué que c'était la recommandation de la compagnie de navette et que nous pouvions les contacter si nous étions préoccupés. Nous avons changé notre heure de prise en charge pour plus de 3 heures avant notre vol et avons découvert que la navette avait été initialement réservée comme un vol national au lieu d'un vol international. En général, les prises en charge pour les excursions réservées par le biais de Downunder étaient en retard tandis que les excursions que nous avons réservées nous-mêmes via Get Your Guide étaient toutes à l'heure, voire un peu en avance. Je recommanderais Downunder Travel si vous basez votre décision sur le prix et êtes prêt à gérer la plupart de la logistique sur place par vous-même.

Expérience fantastique: No worries. That’s what you have to look forward to when you book a trip with Jason and his team at Downunder Travel. Our family of four took a once-in-a-lifetime trip for almost six weeks to Australia and New Zealand and not only did Jason (patiently!) personalize a tour that took our young boys’ and my husband’s and my interests and tastes and budget in mind, but he recommended some truly memorable experiences I would never have chosen on my own. There were many gems in both countries that we will forever look back on fondly. We stayed in 11 locations and airport transfers eliminated the normal stress of getting to and from the airport. As an Aussie who has been living abroad for 10+ years, I have travelled to and from Australia many, many times. Pre-covid, I always booked my flights online without a travel agent as I thought I would be getting a better deal. When travelling during the pandemic, I decided to use an agent due to travel requirements being so complex. Expérience fantastique: Je viens de revenir du voyage de ma vie en Australie et aux Fidji. J'ai travaillé avec Jason sur l'itinéraire avant COVID et j'ai finalement pu le réaliser. Travailler avec Jason a été génial - nous avons d'abord eu une conversation sur mon style de voyage, mon calendrier, mon budget et ma liste de 'choses que je dois absolument voir et faire'. Jason a pris cela en compte et est revenu avec un itinéraire proposé. Jason s'est occupé de tout : vols, assurance et toutes les réservations. My wife, myself and our 3 young kids were set to travel to Perth, WA in early January 2022 as I was relocating back home from Canada. Jason booked our tickets and over the course of December and into January 2022, we had to change our flights 4 times and jump through multiple hoops in order to get home to Perth. Jason was always available on the phone and was always very helpful in changing our flights, speaking and answering our questions, providing travel insurance etc. etc. I highly recommend using Jason and his team with all your travel needs.

He even went to bat for us to get a refund which had been denied to us when we had booked and paid through an online travel agency but could not travel due to unexpected cancer diagnosis when chemotherapy and stem cell transplant was required immediately. He has saved us on numerous occasions and he is worth is weight in gold. Honestly, we feel like we should have paid him more for everything he did for us! Our flight was scheduled for Sept. 2nd and we got the dreaded call that we were going to be bumped till Oct 27th. Having no jobs and desperate to get back he moved mountains and was able to get us on a Sept 3rd flight last minute! But his awesomeness doesn't stop there - Sept 3rd we are in the airport and needed to fly to SFO to get our flight to Sydney but the aircraft we were waiting on to arrive got rerouted due to an emergency and there was suddenly NO WAY we were going to make our connection in SFO. I had him on speaker with a United agent and together they were able to move our flights so we could get on the LA to Sydney flight instead. (Pro tip get to the airport really early and call him the second something goes wrong like a delay) He always picked up when I called and always walked us through our options in a calm way when we were panicking. He texted us throughout the entire day of our trip to check in even when it was the middle of the night for him. I think I texted him more than my mom that day. Now we are happily sitting in a hotel in Sydney and can't wait to get out of quarantine. My parents plan to use him when they can one day come visit us post-covid!

Expérience fantastique: We contacted Downunder Travel upon a recommendation from friends who had enjoyed 2 differing trips organized by Jason. We spent 6.5 wonderful weeks exploring both Islands in New Zealand. Jason met with us to understand our interests and a sense of where we hoped to travel while there. We had already booked our flight there, The Milford Trek as well as Doubtful Sound overnight which he worked with and proposed an itinerary. We requested a few changes, extended a few nights here and there and soon after many months before departing all was arranged.
