Expérience négative: Don't go to this place, unless you have no other option. The guy (Tsegay) is very rude and arrogant. He doesn't take any reponsibility for his misleading information, but he doesn't hesitate to tell you should do this you should do that... waww what a service! Zero customer service skill. I have never been treated the way I was treated by this guy. However, thanks to the girl who wrok for him, I think her name is Misgana. She is at least polite and repectfull.

Après avoir payé le prix du billet, ils ne sont pas disposés à répondre à quoi que ce soit, surtout lorsque vous êtes éloigné du Canada. Veuillez demander à leurs clients avant de réserver. Tout le monde a eu une mauvaise expérience, croyez-moi, n'essayez pas de réserver quoi que ce soit.

After you paid the flight ticket payment they are not willing to respond what ever you want especially when you are away from Canada. Please ask there customers before you book ,Every one has bad experience trust me don’t try to book anything
