Expérience négative: Use any other place than here. Planned a wedding and used Darcy, it was not a good experience. She never returned the calls of half the people who were booking, forcing them to book thru other sites and travel agents, dodged my calls for over a month because she didn't wanna admit she did wrong. Manager didn't take accountability either. Showed pictures of rooms that didn't exist, so upon arrival was very disappointed with room we were given.

It saved a lot of the frustration leading up to our trip in comparing hotels, flights, dates etc. Also during our trip there were some flight delays resulting in missed connections, Trina Brown was able to help by providing us options to make sure we still got to our destination and also get us compensation from the airline for the missed connection. I would highly recommend Trina to anyone looking to book their next travel.

Expérience négative: Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with these folks. They quoted one price and when it came time to pay they increased the fee. Moreover, they were unwilling to find or help with our preferred airplane seating. They said we could do it ourselves and that it would take a couple of hours waiting on line to do. Thankfully, we found another company that honoured their price, booked our seats, and saved us a couple of hundred dollars.
