Expérience fantastique: I want to send out a big Thank You, to our agent “Rajdai Lakeram”, who helped us find the best rate in going to our resort in Punta Cana. Rajdai was available, and stayed in touch between our booking in Sept, and our actual trip in February. When Rajdai found out I had a terrible fall on black ice a week before leaving, she automatically jumped into action ! She was reassuring, competent and comforting. She organized wheelchair assistance to and from both airports, and also arranged a room with a walk in shower for me. Without her help, I would have had to cancel my vacation, and disappoint a lot of people. I am eternally grateful for her kind and patient assistance. All the staff at the Expedia Brampton location are great. Location is warm and inviting! Rajdai Lakerman Shines!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Expérience fantastique: We have booked a couple of vacations with Colette and we couldn't be more pleased! Both were for 2 different groups of people - 1 was for my parents and their friends - a group of 8 seniors, and another for my family which includes kids. Both times she was able meet all of our needs and wants with the vacations! She assisted in obtaining travel insurance, showed us different options when our first choice wasn't available and answered my questions right up until the day before we departed. She even provided paper copies of tickets for the group of seniors as they were not comfortable with eTickets! We will definitely continue to work with Colette for any future bookings.

Expérience négative: Such great reviews but I honestly didn't see it. our agent Rajdai as well as Kimberly did not have our best interest at heart merely trying to book us in a resort that was expensive and had a high profit margin. They didn't go up to bat for us when it counted they pushed us to buy an expensive cancellation insurance which ended up being useless even inferior to a much cheaper insurance that was available through Air Canada vacations. They pushed us to go to a Sandals resort telling us the service was wonderful and the resort was a smaller resort with close by amenities the opposite was the case on top of that they didn't look after my wife and her disability the resort manager was arrogant and insulting the resort was not ready to take on guests after a small hurricane hit the island internet was down for most of our stay as well as cable fire alarms going off Kimberly pretended to care but yet made me do all the late work to contact sandals and Air Canada vacations and what an embarrassment to see what she just said in her reply to me most of it was not true embarrassing it's hard to believe the reviews she's gotten the only thing I can think of is friends and family embarrassing. To say that sandals did a great job looking after my concerns is also a lie the resort could not care less about anyone's disability and I think she knew this before booking us there instead she made her profit by manipulating us and then wipe your hands clean appalling. Kimberly thank you for your reply however I don't agree with your interpretation in fact qualifying your customer is always based on what the servicing representative asks as they know the industry best in this instance Rajdai in fact told us that this was a smaller resort and easier to get around when in fact it was the opposite she didn't understand the layout of the resort instead told us how great the service of the resort would have been to accommodate us when again it was the opposite that is a lack of experience. If the right questions were asked the right answers would have been given . My expectations are that I am dealing with experts who ask the right questions and to say that requests were made after the fact is merely approving the fact of poor qualifying of us as customers. Training is crucial and I don't believe your staff are properly trained I feel that your staff pressures customers to book a vacation telling their customers that everything would be ironed out after when in fact that doesn't happen that to me is being dishonest with customers. I also wanted to address what you've said about how sandals handled things adequately at the end by their offer that is a lie unfortunately on your end as you told me the opposite when we spoke over the phone.

There are so many details that other travel organizations don’t care to tell you about. She has always made sure she knew what we were wanting and always let us know of what we didn’t think of. Also with my health insurance she suggested to do the yearly as I had 3 trips coming up. That saved me time and that extra step I needed prior to leaving. I had heard from multiple vlogs that its always a better deal, when you book a cruise through agent instead of booking to cruise line site. But I was initially skeptical and selected a cruise booking directly in Celebrity and asked Kumudu to give a quote for the same cruise trip and for the same category. I was really surprised when Kumudu offered All Inclusive option much less than the quote in the cruise line website. And we ended up booking two future cruises :-) Thanks Kumudu for your help and support to make it happen. Looking forward to book many more cruise bookings with you. Expérience fantastique: Our vacation , July 9 - July 25, 2022 was a fantastic holiday. We cruised 7 days on Wonder of the Seas and visited Italy, Spain and France. It's the largest cruiship in the world ( Royal Caribbean) and It was all organized by Kumudu Walisundara, our long time family friend. I started talking to Kimberley during the Christmas break about River cruises. She was very helpful and gave me some books to take home. We then decided to go on Celebrity Cruise down South and asked Kimberley if there was any value going through her vs going direct. She’s so patient and accommodating and is able to work with our budget and schedule! When things get overwhelming during the planning, she offers her recommendations which I love! She helped book and plan my honeymoon Mediterranean cruise 5 years ago! I wanted to mention one particular trip. She helped plan a big family cruise with 14 or 16 people (some from Canada, US and Austria). Unfortunately it so happened our cruise was during Hurricane Irma so it was cut short but we were left stranded on the ship and couldn’t come back to Miami for much longer than expected. When we finally came back to Miami after 12 days, there were no flights to Toronto for days and no hotels available. To our surprise, Sarah somehow got us on the very first flight back to Toronto! She was on the phone with Air Canada for hours and as soon as she got the update that they upgraded to a larger plane, she got us ALL seats back home. I can not even begin to explain how relieved and grateful we were. Sarah really took care of my family that trip and I will never forget it.
