Expérience fantastique: On getting news of my nephews wedding in Jaipur and Mumbai, I went to Bains Travel in Mississauga and met Gunjan, Mini and Asha. After giving us options, our travel was booked to Mumbai from Toronto, with a stop London UK and hotel stay in London. Also booked were our hotel stays in Mumbai India and mutiple flights in India ie Mumbai-Jaipur return and Mumbai -Goa return. All my requests were handled with absolute professionalism. Unfortunately, shortly afer all these bookings were made, I came down with a medical condition that resticted me so I requested them to cancel all my bookings. They had advised to take trip cancellation insurance which I did not take, I only took medical insurance. The professional behaviour of Gunjan, Mini and Asha continued and they worked hard and were able to get back any refunds that were possible. This was done in an efficient and timely manner and they advised me to check with my credit card company which has limited coverage for trip cancellation. Thank you Gunjan, Mini and Asha of Bains Travel for guiding me so efficiently through this whole process. You all well deserve the 5 star rating - friendly, knowledgeable, patient, prompt and professional!

Expérience négative: We had a terrible experience traveling with Bains to India. Though the agent did answer her phone at odd hours (which we very much appreciated), she did not inform us that our return flight had been cancelled even though she had 3 weeks to do so. We essentially lost the whole fare of our return trip. As a travel agent, there was no ownership whatsoever in the communication of our itinerary and in fact she dismissed any responsibility. Would NOT recommend and will not be using this agency again.
