I was hoping they could take it over for me, and assist me. They were not very helpful, and fairly dismissive as they all stood there looking at me. I felt very uncomfortable. Never again.

Expérience négative: Horribly incompetent. I connected with an agent who assured me she would get back to me within 2 days, 8 days later I still hadn't heard back. I tried giving the establishment the benefit of the doubt so I called again, explained the situation and asked to speak to a different agent and the same thing happened. When I called back to get some answers I was told to call that agents personal phone and was given an International phone number, so I had to pay to make a call that was never responded to. Do not waste your time.

From making sure our hotel and flights were booked to our transfer to the hotel being ready everything went so smoothly. She was also great at communicating with what to expect and what we were getting and the quote package she put together for us to decide on was amazing and so detailed that we felt like we were making a very informed decision!

Expérience fantastique: We have had, and looking for to our second cruise to Europe with Holland America coming Aug/24, which we’ve booked with Lisa Stiksma. She has been most helpful to us. We booked our cruise back in November, and when we met with her, in her office to give her a copy of our renewed passport, she pointed out my husband’s passport had a small rip on one of the back pages. She suggested to us to have Service Canada look at it and see if this should be replaced due to the damage. Lisa mentioned that this might not be accepted at Customs. Service Canada confirmed this. So a new passport has to be issued. NOTE: check passport right away upon receiving. We never noticed this until we met with Lisa. She saved our trip with this one. Could have been stopped in our tracks before we even left the country. Thank you Lisa for guiding us through our next cruise.

We had an amazing time, along with some of our children and grandchildren. We loved that there were so many pools and places to just sit and enjoy the sunshine, and watching the kids paying. So many different activities to chose from. The beach was really nice, with lots of loungers, the views were amazing. The food was very good, and lots of choices. We loved the staff that so willingly and happily looked after our every need. This resort gets five stars in our opinion.

We were unsure as to our next cruise and with patience and knowledge Helen guided us to the best cruise line and destinations based on our interests. Our extended family of nine, took a seven day, Celebrity Alaska cruise out of Vancouver, end of August Helen had the daunting task of finding a suitable itinerary and then booking five different staterooms for us all. We found Helen to be professional and so very patient with all our various questions and guidance needed as only three of us had cruised before! We all had a wonderful time and would recommend Helen without hesitation!

She puts her clients first, and gets back to you fast when you have a question. I used to book all our cruises myself, but no more. A good Travel Advisor can save you money and enhance your experience with perks and suggestions you wouldn’t get on your own. Tamara has booked several extensive cruises through for us, including two World cruises, a trip up the Amazon, and circumnavigating the continent of Africa. Everything has been covered from the moment we walk out the door to the moment we walk back in. She was our lifeline getting home from the far side of the globe in March 2020 when the world closed its doors to stranded travellers. I highly recommend Expedia Cruises, and kudos to them for all they’ve done for us!

So when cruising started up again Tamara was on top of all our needs and made sure we never lost any money on our cancelled trips. You could probably go on line and book a cruise yourself, but Tamara does it for you, and knowing that she found you the best deal. Tell her what you want and she will have an answer for you very quickly. The Cruise Ship Centre is like a big family, and they treat everyone as family…. Expérience fantastique: Just got back from a fantastic holiday! Booked the Riu Sante Fe in Los Cabo and it was great! Everything went smoothly from the airport to the resort and back again. The resort was awesome! Food and drinks were good. Hotel was very clean! Location was great! Walkable to the marina and a swimbeach very close by. We had an amazing trip and would definitely book through cruiseship centers again.
