Expérience fantastique: We just returned from the "Backroads of Germany" tour and all we can say is wow! The whole trip was beyond amazing! From driving Porsches on the Autobhan and Klausen Pass to listening to the cow bells in the Switzerland mountains, to visiting Dachau Concentration camp and city tour of Munich and experiencing Octoberfest for the first time! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the trip and still haven't processed the amazing experiences we had. Jamie and Larry were excellent organizers and so much fun to be around as well as the amazing people we got to meet and become friends with which enhanced our experience in so many ways. We were impressed with the high level of hotel accommodations, the level of organization, and the attention to detail and timing of everything. I would highly recommend Prince Adventures for any holiday you are planning.

Expérience fantastique: Just back home from an epic trip to London & Paris, credit due to Jamie and Prince Adventures. It was a dream vacation and Jamie helped set us up with fabulous hotels in great locations plus arranged for transportation between our destinations. We had some ideas of what we wanted to do in these destinations but also loved hearing Jamie's suggestions and tips. The app with all the tour and trip plans made everything seamless and was super easy to navigate during our trip. Loved the convenience of having everything organized in one go-to place. Jamie was even available on the fly to help us pivot plans at the end of our trip due to a possible air traffic controllers strike--he suggested several options of how we could navigate getting home a different way and we ended up enjoying a bonus night in Frankfurt! We would definitely recommend Jamie and Prince Adventures and look forward to more travel ahead.

Expérience négative: I didn't have a good experience. I asked Jennifer to quote me on Mexico, Costa Rica and Belize packages with a few "nice to have" requirements with a decent budget. She sent me a quote for a resort with bad reviews and then quoted me on two hotels in Mexico I had mentioned on our call then I never heard from her again. Nothing from Costa Rica or Belize, absolutely no follow up. I felt like a burden. She also sent me the quotes without dates or flight times and when I followed up "this is what the system she uses sent" how do you send a quote without DATES?? It would have been the easiest booking. I ended up booking online with a few family members. I used to work in the travel industry and believe in the value agents can bring but this agency IS NOT IT.

Expérience négative: If you want a stress-free and easy booking experience, do not book here. I used Jakki’s services for a trip at the end of August 2025 and was extremely disappointed with how the booking process was handled. After charging a non-refundable “Professional Travel Management Fee” of over $200, she stated in her email: “This includes everything — the researching, planning, and customizing of the itinerary.” I had also specifically emphasized that I did not want this trip booked last minute. However, after more than 10 days without any communication, I had to follow up myself to ask where the proposal was. It ultimately took 14 days (10 business days) for her to provide a non-customizable Air Canada Vacation Package — something I could have easily found and booked myself as an Aeroplan customer. From that point onward, almost every update required me to initiate contact. The packages she sent were not aligned with my requests and often included items we had specifically discussed not wanting. Eventually, I bypassed her and contacted the third-party company she had quoted, providing them with the same information. Only then did I receive a package that actually reflected my requirements. Because of these delays and miscommunications, the trip ended up being booked just 12 days before departure, causing unnecessary stress and frustration. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this service.

Expérience fantastique: Jennifer was amazing and super helpful while planning our vacation. We went back and forth a lot before finding our perfect fit and she was very patient with our indecisions. Always replies to emails promptly and very organized quickly turn around for any info you need. In the end we booked our dream vacation with them and we can’t wait!!

Expérience négative: Hopefully they can plan a trip better than they can drive, encountered a driver In a Company car with liscence plate "epiclist" who not only didn't stop for a red light, they didn't use a blinker once and illegally merged. If the driving of the employees is this bad I'd hate to see what the trips are like. To the owner saying "oh no we dont drive like that and couldn't be us cause we are parked at a red light" the picture was taken because I was also parked in didn't want to take a picture while driving and based on previous reviews ( that have seemingly been deleted in an attempt to cover up their lack of driving knowledge) about the same thing and lack of accountability definitely avoid these clowns.

Expérience fantastique: Antarctica and Buenos Ares were amazing. I have been telling everyone that they definitely have to do it. My daughter was over the moon. She spent a lot of time talking to the naturalists and made lots of friends on the ship. We took a ton of pictures. Everything Jakki told me was bang on accurate. She gave us a lot of suggestions for hotels and places to see in Buenos Ares. The Seabourn ship was great, very comfortable. The staff were amazing. I have absolutely no regrets or criticisms. The two different hotels we stayed at in Buenos Ares were great. I am very grateful for all of Jakki's help putting this trip together.

We hadn’t done a big family trip in 13 years and we sought out Prince Adventures to help us with planning such a big trip as we were daunted by all the logistics. Expérience fantastique: I booked a trip to St. John's, NL through Prince Adventures on recommendation of a co-worker. They didn't disappoint. The trip was fabulous and everything went so smoothly. We stayed at the Jag hotel downtown and it was perfect. Within in walking distance to many restaurants and the water. Their suggestions of places to see and do were perfect for our mini vacation. Jamie was so wonderful to talk with as well. Highly recommend their business.

The all inclusive resort she picked out for us was fantastic and she nailed it with the type of room accommodations we were looking for as a family of 4. Expérience fantastique: We absolutely LOVE Italy, and had Jakki and Jamie help us book an incredible adventure. From landing in Venice, renting a car and driving to Verona, then on to Cinque Terre, taking a train and ferry to Capri, a ferry to Positano, and getting a driver to Rome. Jakki and Jamie had everything booked for us! We stayed 2 to 3 nights in each place, (the hotels were fantastic!!!) and we hiked all over. The convenience of having our travel planned and amazing hotels was stress free and allowed us to focus on where we were and enjoy every moment. Thank you Jakki and Jamie! We had a blast!!!

She recently helped us book a wonderful trip to Barbados!! We had such a great time. The resort was super quiet (38%capacity) which was amazing. We didn’t have to wake up at the crack of dawn to find a chair. The suite was comfortable and roomy and the food/service was great. We really enjoyed Oro restaurant. We ate there four times. Our family has not been away in almost 5 years and trying to navigate all the Covid policies, check in and arrival procedure seemed intimidating. Expérience fantastique: Our Trip once we got there and to our actual hotel was incredible!  The hotel was perfect, the staff were wonderful, and the location was perfect!  7 days wasn’t enough but we made the most of it and walked between 20 000 and 30 000 steps each day!  The paris pass was also fantastic and we thought it was great value! The AirPort in France was a dream compared to Toronto, which was an absolute nightmare on all accounts both leaving and returning, so disorganized! We can’t wait to go back one day with the boys! Thanks for all of your help with all of the things, I don’t know what we would have done without you!

Expérience fantastique: We have been on 4 cruises, all have been enjoyed on a Celebrity Ship. They are very organized from embarkation to disembarkation. We have always had an inside cabin which are very comfortable and spacious. Our next cruise we are looking forward to having a balcony. The food is excellent and all of the staff are very attentive. The Ships are very clean and always offer you something to do. We really enjoy the entertainment. I would say Celebrity is our ship of choice.
