Expérience fantastique: I am writing this review on behalf of my inlaws (Karen & Harold). They called Airport Limo Toronto and took a limo from Markham to Cambridge. Muhammad N. was the driver and my in laws could not stop saying good things about Muhammad. He was on time, courteous, and was a great driver. The vehicle itself was spotless and they would definitely use this service again.

Expérience fantastique: The best car service around the greater Toronto area! For five years I've used them every few weeks for airport trips as an executive and for personal travel with my family. Polite drivers. Clean safe cars and SUVs for winter. When arriving, they track your flight and are always there as soon as you arrive, even if the airplane is delayed. When departing, they come to your house a little early and are there when you need them. No uber or taxi can come close to that service when it counts. The price is very good compared to the high cost of gas, tolls, and garage fees today. But most of all I value the peace of mind of knowing that a punctual driver will be there when I land at any time of day or night and I don't have to worry about travel.

He arrived in a black Ford and helped me with my suitcases and had a general warmth about him. I definitely recommend this car service and their rates are better than Uber!

I ordered a limo to go to the airport early Monday morning and even called to double check my online reservation was received and received a confirmation number. Monday morning comes and the driver is not there, I called only to be hung up on and when I called back again, the gentlemen said to call somewhere else? I received no apology or explanation, not even a follow up. I don't think I have to say how time sensitive it is to make a flight and to respond in this way is really poor customer service. If you want a reliable car service to get you to the airport on time I would not choose this company. I thought I was making a good choice based on the reviews below but I was very wrong.
