Kris just spent 10 or 15 hours helping my husband get permission to use supplemental oxygen on flights to Europe. It was a very difficult process and she just kept at it until it was done successfully. We have referred them to friends who now use them as well as our daughter and her family. They went above and beyond helping us get refunds for 4 trips that were cancelled because of the Covid shutdown. Again they stayed working at it until it was completed successfully.

We have spent two days at Martha’s Vineyard,some traveling to Nantucket or just hanging loose in The Vineyard. The crew is the friendliest we have had. Expérience fantastique: Our family has had the privilege and pleasure of working with Lore Doick for more than 20 years, and have worked with her and her colleague Kris Copeland for the last few years. Full disclosure - I am a high maintenance client, and the Tully Team has fulfilled all of our cruising needs and desires. Lore booked a Disney Cruise once before one of our kids were born, and booked a cruise for my wife and our daughter for her last reading week when she was graduating from University. As our needs have changed, the offerings and suggestions from Tully continue to evolve with us. This is a testament to their knowledge of the industry but perhaps more importantly, their knowledge and care of us! Lore/Kris are able to dialogue with us about our need and interests, and then put together a detailed option list setting out cruises which will meet our interests. But, even once the booking is made, the Tully services kicks into high gear with payment processing (after having found the best "deal" for us! :-)) and all the other logistical issues that come up prior to final payment and then to departure. But, even after the journey is complete, they follow up with us to see how our experience was and gets feedback about all parts of it! We are going to continue cruising a few times each year, and Lore/Kris have only ensured that cruising will be our choice of vacationing for years to come. Expérience fantastique: When looking to book our bucket list cruise on the historic luxury Tall Ship Sea Cloud, we sought a travel agency with experience in coordinating more customized journeys. Once we found Tully Luxury Travel, we were fortunate to work with Cheri Ozimac for that trip and were impressed with the energy and enthusiasm she brought to making the cruise live up to our expectations. She worked quickly to ensure we could get the specific cabin we were interested in - and followed up with us on every detail before and after the trip. Expérience négative: Our most recent "Bermuda Cruise" on "Vision of the Seas" was disappointing. Our group dinner reservation was not in place for our requested time; thus we dined later and missed some opportunities for evening entertainment. We had taken this same trip previously and it included two+ days in Bermuda. This trip had us arriving in Bermuda at 2 pm on Tuesday and departing Bermuda at noon on Wednesday (not even 24 hours in Bermuda!). Also the young man who sold the Wi Fi service onboard the ship failed to provide details about how it would react when you left the ship and then returned to the ship. Consequently I ended up with a large charge on my AT&T monthly bill for service I thought I was receiving through the ships' Wi Fi service. While traveling with friends is always a positive experience, this cruise was not up to the quality of service we usually experience when we book through Tully. Karen Shirey

Diana has been GREAT to work with. She responds to email and phone calls immediately. Expérience fantastique: OCEANIA CRUISE BARCELONA TO ROME -The ship had 1,200 people which was more than we prefer but all went well. The ports was why we chose this cruise and because all ports were in the towns/ cities we were to visit. This worked out well in that at each port we either hired a Taxi or had pre-arranged tours. The Main dining room dinner was ok and we liked each visit had a different menu. The specially restaurants were disappointing except for the French restaurant, Jacques. The 2 days at sea was perfect weather so the pool was the place to be. Overall, we enjoyed this cruise but next time a smaller ship for us.

Expérience fantastique: We travel to explore, to relax and recharge our batteries, to learn about other people, their cultures, beliefs, and customs and to engage with interesting local experts and hospitality staff. We enjoy luxury accommodations, refined but unpretentious settings, elegant dinners and genuine service providers. My wife and I had not experienced large yacht travel, and decided to give it a try with the Ritz Carlton Ilma, sailing in the Caribbean Sea in January and the Mediterranean Sea in May of 2025. To say that we were absolutely charmed by its staff and wowed by the yacht and its amenities would be an understatement. By the end of the first day, virtually every staff person we encountered greeted us by name with a warm smile (and hugs from those on the second voyage we had met on the first) and request if she/he could do anything for us. Our suite ambassador took care of every dining, spa and excursion detail, learned our habits and magically cleaned and polished our suite when we were away. The wait staff was positively engaging and never in a hurry, and always willing to share his or her story with our prompting. We made friends with many of them from dozens of countries. The yacht is spacious and inviting. The aptly named living room is the center of activities, both during the day and in the evening with entertainment. The pools are intimate, which suited us perfectly. We wanted to relax at poolside a few times, especially on the days at sea, and got precisely what we had hoped for: obsequious service, a fun but not overly boisterous setting, delicious food. I enjoy working out most days, my wife appreciates good spa services. Again, we were delighted with the opportunities. The gym is spacious with free weights and every weight machine imaginable, the spin studio has at least a dozen bikes, a trainer is on site always for one-on-one sessions or quick tips. Spa services run the complete gamut with expert providers. Although we are not foodies, it would be easy to become one on the Ilma. The yacht has many restaurants, two of which rival for decor, food quality, wine selection and service detail the world's finer restaurants. Because we are early risers, we enjoyed breakfasts most mornings with only a few other guests in the restaurants. We were told and believe that the Ritz Carlton yachts have a staff to guest ratio of greater than 1:1, and the most favorable guest to total square footage ratio of any yacht. Excursion options were plentiful and varied, and many offered hikes, swimming holes and rustic natural settings (Caribbean) which we sought out; others included historic locations (Pompeii, which fascinates unlike any other Mediterranean stop, and Crete, with its history and resultant customs of various overlords), among others. We enjoyed a superlative experience every moment we were on the Ilma, from the GM and captain's warm greeting when we first embarked, until the sad moment we disembarked. I cannot think of any way to improve what we experienced. We are studying next year's itineraries, and will return to the Ritz Carlton yachts for many more excursions!

Expérience fantastique: Wow! Where do I even begin to trumpet the virtues of Tully Luxury Travel? I have been a client since 2016. This came about as I wanted to treat my mom with a Europe river cruise for her 80th birthday. After years of looking at their center spread advertising in Condé Nast Traveler I couldn’t help but marvel about what a special company this must be. By coincidence I just happened to be in the Toronto area on business and noticed that their office was within walking distance of my hotel. After phoning and asking if it was possible to meet with a travel advisor to discuss cruise options, I was met with a long pause at the other end. “What? You actually want to come to the office and meet someone in person?” Little did I know until later in the conversation that about 75% of their business comes from the U.S. so don’t let the Canadian location put you off. Give them a call and they will be delighted to assist. You won’t regret your decision and will become a client for life. Upon arrival at the office I had the great fortune to be paired with Senior Travel Advisor, Diana Wehrle who has been my “go to” ever since. The word no is not part of her vocabulary. She is incredibly knowledgeable having worked on cruise ships in her former career, very prompt and responsive if I have any questions and concerns and can’t do enough to ensure that you are happy. No matter which advisor you choose, you can’t go wrong. You’ll find that the average tenure of the TLT team is 16 years! Having worked in the travel industry my entire life I can tell you that is unheard of in travel agency terms. Most owners or managers would be lucky if they are able to keep someone for 16 months! Obviously Mary Jean Tully had a clear vision from the beginning and knows the recipe for the secret sauce to keep her team happy and motivated.
