Expérience fantastique: 今天是跟随大班旅行团去古巴旅行回来，整两周时间，对大班当时的导游Jack Xu非常钦佩和赞赏. 但是今天，我在多伦多迎接回来了另一个去古巴的大班带团导游 Nemo Tang导。我见到她，比在古巴还兴奋，还要感谢大班旅行团的导游。因为她帮我带回来了我两周前遗忘在古巴度假村里的一个沉重大背包。包里东西虽然不是很昂贵，但是都是自己必备和喜欢的独特物品。 我两周前，离开古巴度假村时，太兴奋和依依不舍，居然把这个大包包忘得一干二净，都快到机场了，才想起来。如果当时回去找，来回来去叫出租车花钱不说，又担心时间来不及误了飞机。当时的Jack Xu导和我说他有同事Nemo Tang导正好在。我和Tang导说明了情况，她看到我很焦急和懊恼的样子，不停的安慰我，问清我的物品和房间号，她立刻和度假村经理通了电话，让她们帮我寻找。等我刚到达多伦多，她已经找到我的包包，我的一颗心放了下来。她为我整整保管了两周时间，今天我在机场，看到她和失去两周现在完完整整在我面前的包包，真是不知道说什么好，有一种见到亲人的感觉。也许在这里真的是要郑重感谢大班旅行团，跟随这个团队出游，不仅是物有所值，应该说是最大的增值。 再一次特别感谢Tang导，你们让我有家人的感觉。感谢大班有这么好的高素质、高水平、有处理能力的导游，她们一定会让宾客有宾客如归的感觉。这种感觉是花钱也买不来的。 我们华人出境游，除了人生地不熟，语言是很大的障碍，尤其是物品丢失，很难失而复得。 这个周末就是复活节了，看到眼前的Tang导，也是让我有一种复活的感觉吧。美丽、可爱的Tang导，您是上帝派来拯救我的天使吧…‍♀️大班古巴游客Gloria

Expérience fantastique: 导游Carrie，司机柯兵师傅一路陪伴。导游很专业也很细心，有问题都及时回复。安排得十分满意。感受了加东很多地方的风土人情、历史。师傅开车很稳，三十多人，老人小孩无一人晕车。强烈推荐！推荐魁北克狗拉雪橇和冰酒店！

Expérience fantastique: Tiffany Ho was our tour guide when we went on a week long trip to Cuba in March. She was amazing throughout the trip! Tiffany was attentive to our needs, always making sure we were comfortable during our stay and was always available to answer all of our questions! Super friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, 10/10 will recommend!

Expérience fantastique: Just returned from a 9-day trip to Peru. The itinerary was inclusive of all major attractions, hotels were excellent as were the excursions especially the flight over the Nazca lines. I would be remiss without mentioning the incredible effort of our tour guide: Jeff Yan. Jeff ensured everything went smoothly, and his cheerful personality just added to the trip’s enjoyment. Highly recommended!

Expérience fantastique: Daniel is one of the most talented, experienced and welcoming guide I have ever experienced, he goes above and beyond his mean to love and comfort his group as a family no matter what it takes, he delivers all his promises he makes on time. He was passionate about his job. He told stories in an entertaining way and gave us lots of fun on our trip.

Expérience fantastique: Aug 27, 2024: 7 Day Royal Caribbean Cruise to Nassau, Bahamas: We arranged this tour through Tai Pan Tours at the last minute. Tai Pan Tours' bus took us from Toronto to New Jersey for overnight stay in a hotel. The next day the same bus took us to board the ship. On our return, Tai Pan Tours bus brought us back to Toronto. Everything went smoothly. Agnes of Tai Pan Tours of Beaver Creek, Richmond Hill office looked after booking arrangements. Roy Chiu, bus tour guide, did an excellent job looking after everybody. This is our second trip through Tai Pan. We would definitely book more tours through Tai Pan Tours. June 1, 2024: 7 Day Eastern Canada Tour by Tai Pan Tours: We are so pleased to be on this tour for the first time. It was good to see the eastern part of the country. The tour is well organized. We stayed in 6 different hotels, every night in a different city. All these hotels are excellent. Most of the lunch and dinner stops were at the places where there were food choices - even for vegetarians. Our tour guide, Winter, kept everything on time. If you have never been on a bus tour, Try Tai Pan Tours.

Expérience fantastique: Eddie Sien was a fantastic tour guide for our trip to Spain/Portugal. He is excellent at explaining the details of each destination and had a vast knowledge of each of the various areas we visited and stayed at ! For example, we were looking for a pharmacy one night and he easily helped us out in locating one. He is also super kind and attentive to all of our questions. All the hotels we stayed at were extremely good - two of them had some extraordinary live music in the evening (spanish guitar playing with a singer..music was soo romantic ) and a few of them had pools!! Overall very relaxing stays~! The food was decent as well, but I would say only a few of the restaurants we went to could have been better (like the lapin one), but most of them were amazing!! (like the flamingo dancing one). On the other hand, we were given lots of free time to roam, (at the famous markets) and visit food places on our own, with Eddie providing us with lots of neat recommendations. (we got to try Portugal's delicious egg-tarts, and taste LOTS of seafood on this trip) Also I should mention that our buses were comfortable with reliable air conditioning and footrests. (you'll spend a lot of time on the bus so be sure to bring a book or two.)

Highly recommend this if you guys want to sit back in a comfortable bus while they take you through the places in their itinerary.

Expérience fantastique: Eva is the tour guide for our trip to Mont Tremblant for the August long weekend. She is a very nice, friendly tour guide and very experienced. She ensured we all know where and when to meet her for each tour. She also ensured that we made it safe to the hotel after each tour. She was also a phone away if we needed her at anytime during the trip. John, our driver is also nice and friendly. He drove us safely everywhere. He even offered us an umbrella when it was raining. The Mont Tremblant trip was a nice 3 days trip and all the optional tours were good. The Tonga Lumina and the Treewalk in the Laurentian Forest were the best. The hotel Holiday Inn Express is well situated, close to restaurants and entertainment. Their breakfast that was included was nice and the staff is always welcoming us with a smile and good morning. Overall, our group of 15 had a great time on the Mont Tremblant trip.

Expérience fantastique: I did the 3-day tour to Mt Tremblant with Taipan, turned out to be excellent. Our tour guide Carrie was well informed, shared fun facts along the way. The itinerary was relaxed and included the right activities for a perfect fun weekend away. Recommended.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing experience with excellent service! We attended a tour to Mont Tremblant over a long weekend, departing from Toronto and returning to Toronto. Our guide, Carrie, was exceptional, delivering service bilingually in English and Mandarin. She was very enthusiastic, entertaining, and experienced. She often helped the group members personally, slowing down for the elderly among the group and getting them wheelchairs, and altering the schedule to let people with dietary restrictions find food to eat over a long weekend (most restaurants and stores were closed, so their options were even more limited than usual). She also let us know which activities were suitable for the seniors in our group. Both bus drivers over the course of the tour were great, who asked the group whether the temperature was comfortable and even helping identify animals in the Parc Omega (Omega Park in English) section of our tour. The food selections were great and the locations and attractions chosen tended to be very experiential rather than the guided history lecture tours that you imagine when you think of tours usually, making for a fun experience. All told, Carrie and Tai Pan Tours have improved our experience of Tremblant significantly, compared to what we would have had if we came here on our own.

The tour was always on time because of his efforts to keep reminding us which was appreciated by every one of us.

We visited many places in East Canada and our guide taught us a lot of things about Canadian history. It’s a good opportunity to travel with this group and see new landmarks. Expérience fantastique: I was in the 7 day Eastern tour with Daniel To. He was a great tour guide. As you know, traveling from Toronto to the Maritimes requires lots of down time on the bus. He provided a lot of comic relief so that we weren't bored. He also responded to our needs and requests. I think a good idea would be to provide nearby food opportunities that could be alternative to the planned meals by the tour. I don't think I want to eat Tim Horton's or hear about them for awhile The only concern was the quality of the hotel in Quebec city, but that's not on the tour itself.

Need to improve 2 things 1) To leave people not joining restaurants to Hotel first if within 15 minutes of distance 2) To add Cabot Trail and remove Ottawa museum and Sky wheel instead

For the week that we were there Tiffany demonstrated her expertise as a tour guide; She is knowledgeable on Cuban customs and able to communicate essential tour information and the history of the destinations we visited in multiple languages. It is also evident that she values the experience of the tour group, helping out wherever she could to ensure everyone was enjoying their vacation here. I highly recommend her service and would love to travel with Tai Pan Tours again in the future!

Expérience fantastique: This is our first time to CUBA & Tiffany Ho is our tour guide! The AYCE resort experience is what we long for and we can’t complain for the price that Taipan tour offered! The antique car and carriage rides were fun, and the beach and sunset scenery were beautiful ! They reminded me of God’s creation! I particularly appreciate Tiffany’s detailed planning of our itinerary and clear instructions for each step and each day. She’s willing to help and is a wealth of information! She knows about the rules of CUBA security, resort, and she even knows how to fix A/C which is so important to have 24/7 in a place like CUBA! Thanks Tiffany n Taipan for an enjoyable experience!
