Expérience négative: We had a bad experience with Trulink.Thought that meet in person after paid consultation fee and realized it is only available for online. They said agent is on work leave and not in office . After we met with LABEODAN TOYOSI he can't give much ideas about our case . He don't have knowledge for student who like to apply for PR. Our One hour consultation fee was worthless. Update: As I can't reply the owner, I will comment on your reply here. Thank you for your reply, I gained more knowledge reading your reply than consultating with your agent. 1. I had agreed to meet your consultant via zoom because I HAVE PAID, AND NO OTHER CHOICES. First, I have to pay to book the consultation which is non refundable ( once you paid the money, it is already determined that it is depends on your side). I had fill in the form and note down brieftly about why i am looking for consultation and want to drop in your office. After I had paid the money, you guys contacted me and said your agent is not available on that time and slot that I booked ( why do you have time and slots allocation in the first place if you can't have or promise your agent ready, and you guys only have one agent ?). 2. I am not sure what do you mean AT LEAST, I am educated about PR pathway for student. If you can playback the zoom meeting, you will see that we have nothing much to disucuss after 30mins of the session. Throughout the meeting, I am the one who bring up those PR pathway programs and asked your agent if he has any insight or comment about that, which he can't answer much rather than general answers which i already know. I can read all those requirements and regulation on internet, the reason people are looking for consutation is to know more about those requirements and insights, so that we can prepare better and efficiently. 3. I have 8 more months to complete the program ( not 10 months), my main piont of having a conversation with an expert is to explore more option and be able to prepare into a right pathway. Your consultant said, your company has so many students , however he can't even provide any single eloboration about student PR pathway program rather than " you need to sharp up your IELTS skill. He can't even mention properly a type of jobs which fall on designated PR pathways program rather than mumbling. I understand that the policies are keep on changing, but that doesn't mean I have to stop preparing for future ( I wonder how you all make business if you think the gov policies are keep on changing and can't do much). Your agent said sharpen your IELTS and start look for options around October. 4. The world is become a village and global doesn't mean we don't need to interact with people in person especially when you guys didn't put a desclaimer about anything during the booking process. I have consultated with agencies before, for initial discussion about the case, i don't need to pay money first. The payment will only involved once we decided the process which is next step. Just because of we agreed on your term doesn't mean we are given choices to make our decision. If I have to paid $210 for an hour consultation, I am expecting better than what already freely available on internet. You need to understand that when money involved, people look for value in it. We have intention to continue with your company for further process, but we don't think you guys are a professional. I wish your company a success in future, I am simply expressing my experience but doesn't expect such an unprofessional reply from you guys especially a customer service based company like your.

What baffles me the more is, I've followed this same guys for over many years and have also advertise and introduce some friends to him too. But when it's my family turn, they choose to maltreat us and the worse of it all is that this is something I can do perfectly myself and I've done many times for myself and other people. But this time, I felt let me use a license immigration consultant because they handle application and cases more often. All my Canada visas was done by myself and all was approved and no story. I don't know what came over me this time that I decided to part with $2,000 hard earned money to someone will never allow you to reach him. You can't call him, email and get any response. The so called clio, from December 22, 2022 messaged this guys but no response till January 25, 2023. I was thinking they have closed and went on holiday. But later I realized they applied or submitted people's visa applications even on December 28, 2022. That's when it was obvious to me that it was a deliberate act to wicked me. I submitted all the required documents to them since November, 2022 but till January 30, 2023 they claimed they are still reviewing my documents. I was surprised and asked, if you guys can take 2 to 3 months to review our documents, how long will it then take ircc to review the same documents. All along they seems to be working either those that pays them more. I don't want to talk too much here. I can advise this guy called Toyosi to make himself accessible, your phone line and email should be working. I tracked them through ircc database and got their registered email and phone and email him there and still no response till today. You really trick me to go into what I said I will never do, that's giving anyone kobo to do application for me. At the end, I handled everything and got a positive result within 11 days. As if they are God. Guys you can do all of this stuff yourself if you can read and make research instead of putting your life into the hand of someone's who never care about you .
