They said to book with them to save money and then I found out I paid double what I would have paid if I just paid on arrival. So if you want double the value for your money I suggest you go somewhere else.

Expérience négative: Currently, I'm in a difficult situation. We had planned a memorial service for my deceased mother in Jamaica. I had family traveled from the United States to attend this dedication for my mommy. We arrived at the airport with a family of ten, we were the once’s there. We were informed at the check-in that West Jet does not operate on Mondays from Toronto To Kingston. Despite this, our agent had scheduled our flight for Monday, July 01, 2024. I reached out to the agent days before the flights, who was very dismissive and told me that the flight was still on, then hung up. We've incurred significant expenses on the hotel, and the family of ten is trying to recover the costs of the flights. Most importantly, I am deeply saddened by the fact that I will not be able attending my mommy remembrance.
