Expérience négative: Beware of Fake Reviews and Declining Service! I came here after a long time to write this review, as I have been very busy. I have been purchasing tickets for my grandparents from this agency for years, but I have noticed a decline in service quality and the accuracy of the information provided. What is even more concerning is the suspicious pattern in reviews. Every time a negative review was posted on their Google review, a sudden wave of positive reviews appears on the same or very close dates. This has happened multiple times specially in recent years, which raises serious doubts about the integrity of the new management. Simon (Saeid or Hatam, whichever name they go by) the new management, seems more focused on hiding negative reviews than fixing the actual problems. If a business resorts to fake reviews instead of improving its services, that says everything about its current state. To anyone reading this: avoid this agency. A company that manipulates its ratings cannot be trusted to provide honest service. Either the management needs to change, or this business will continue to go downhill.

Do not even trust their response to my review! I have to revisit my recent review due to my recent experience. After 7 years as a loyal client of Mina Travel Agency, referring countless friends and colleagues, I am appalled by how they handled a serious mistake with my insurance policy. Despite presenting undeniable evidence; including voice recordings and written proof; they outright denied responsibility, leaving me financially exploited. To make matters worse, they ignored my emails entirely. If this is how they treat a long-standing client who started working with Mrs. Leila years ago (now few years with Mr. Saeid, imagine how they might handle your business and concerns. Any reputable business values its loyal customers, but Mina Travel has proven to be short-sighted, unprofessional, and, frankly, utterly dishonest. What they fail to realize is that in a competitive market where customer trust is everything, their actions expose serious flaws in their business operations (I brought more than $40K over years with referrals and my own business with them).I make sure to notify all people in my circles who I referred them in the past to them. The owner may not even be aware that some clients, like myself, have to work with laws every single day. This case will now proceed to court with a garnishment order, but at this point, it’s not just about the money. It’s about ensuring they learn a lesson that costs them far more than their deception was worth. If you value integrity and professionalism in a travel agency, take your business elsewhere. Mina Travel (Mr. Saeid) has made it clear that long-term clients mean nothing to them. Always try to solve the problem with your long-standing clients; it builds trust, strengthens your reputation, and ultimately brings you more profit in the long run.

He asked me to transfer money in DEBIT and told me they would buy in debit but I found out from Lufthansa that they paid in Credit. second, if you think you may possibly cancel later NEVER try them as it is a pain and close to ZERO transparency. I am going through filing complaints just to get my money back.
