Expérience fantastique: Richard Corewyn, was absolutely fantastic for helping us plan a Rail trip in Europe for May 2025. We had used him in the past for an Alaskan cruise and that process was quick and easy. For the rail trip we gave him some guidelines for cities we would like to visit and he presented us with a 11 day plan including private transfers to and from airports, 1st class rail, 4 star hotels and some excursions in each place, all for a very reasonable price. Expérience négative: In my opinion they are awful! DON'T GO NEAR THEM. I had them booking various business trips for my staff and myself. Being a frequent flyer with Air Canada brings many advantages. These guys booked a really expensive return business trip for me to Hong Kong which would have go a long way to keeping my status with Air Canada. According to Air Canada, they cheeped out and booked it on a tour ticket which meant I got none of the points or benefits I was due. If you're a frequent flyer, this means a lot. I have been chasing them for months - the owner has never made an effort to talk or appolpgize. I had spent a lot of money with them in the first 5 months of this year. NEVER AGAIN!!! You can get much better results yourself on the internet. Don't believe a thing they say.
