Expérience fantastique: We joined the 4 day from Vancouver to Rockies and Banff tour with Tom Tong and we had the best time. I went with my elderly parents who mostly speak mandarin and are vegetarian. Tom really looked after us making sure the restaurants we went to had extra vegetarian dishes. His knowledge for this region was very apparent and his explanations were very interesting which gave us a new appreciation of the journey from Vancouver. Highly recommend Tom as a guide for this tour.

Expérience négative: We had an extremely bad/rude bus driver who was also the tour guide. He urged for payments all the time, canceled some planned activities, and rushed us through all the activities. He also drove super fast, didn't even slow down on speed bumps, made everyone car sick. Definitely the worst bus tour experience we ever had. Never want to join any first express bus tour again.

He made sure to accommodate everybody's needs as much as possible, which we're highly grateful for. We would happily do this tour again if he was our guide.

Expérience fantastique: I did the 9 day tour through out the west coast part of the US and I have to say , the trip was amazing and unforgettable . Our tour guide, Tong was very knowledgeable and knew everything about each of the cities and landmarks we got to witness. Once again huge shoutout to Tong and I would 100% recommend to anyone to try First Express as your tour recommendation!

Expérience positive: I travelled with First Express recently to the Rockies. I booked through Calgary tours but did the first 2 days through First Express. We travelled from Vancouver for many hours in the comfort of their large coach with charging ports and wifi (slightly temperamental but great to have access!). We visited spots including a winery in Okanagan and a honey farm. Tom was the tour guide and he was enthusiastic and helpful. We stayed in Salmon Arm, the hotel was very basic and in need of an update, the breakfast was very simple and basic (toast and scrambled eggs). There was a €30 lunch / dinner option each day which was either Chinese buffet or a hot lunch. There was an option to eat elsewhere but most of the tour ate in the restaurant. Overall great comfortable coach and wonderful first two days of the tour led by Tom but hotel facilities were dated and slightly limited in terms of food options.

Expérience fantastique: First time joining the Rocky Mountain tour with a group of friends. We have great experience overall from day one. Tom is very professional and takes great care to everyone on the bus. He is very knowledgeable and ensure any requests were fulfilled. Bus driver (Ronald) is very friendly and skillful, our four days ride was very relaxing. Good jobs!! I would highly recommend and would sign up and join tour with Tom the next time I visit Canada! Thankfully, our tour guide, Tom, called the hotel for us and they were able to find the wallet. Tom and our driver, Charlie, generously offered to pick up the wallet on their next trip to Banff. Tom then personally delivered the wallet to my home. We would like to express our gratitude and commend their professionalism and kindness in their work.

Expérience négative: Disappointing tour. Tour guide is unclear about tour arrangement. We were constantly checking among ourselves when we should return to the coach. Even worse, the itinerary promises different seats assigned every day. Tour guide did nothing accordingly, which was extremely unfair. Go for another travel agency but never First Express if you want good quality travel experiences.

Expérience fantastique: I had Ken as our tour guide twice in this week’s Vancouver travel. The tour was very joyful. Mor importantly, Ken is very customer oriented, and kind hearted. We had a family with an adult disabled son in our bus today. Once Ken found out they lived in a place with a distance from the bus stop, Ken offered to send them to their home to save the family additional travel which may not be a problem to normal people, but tremendous help to this family. This may be a small thing, but shows a big character in a person. We just need a little love and kindness to others to make this world a better place to live. He made Vancouver a lovable place!

Throughout the entire trip, he shared stories and histories of the Rockies, lakes, scenery spots, etc. The Moraine Lake private tour is not to be missed! The photos we've taken do not do it justice at all. You can't possibly capture the essence of that experience on camera.

Expérience fantastique: The tour was excellent, thanks to our tour guide, Charlie. He brought us to other places, including Horseshoe Bay, Marine Park, Green Lake, and Brandywine Falls. His wit and humor also made the trip more enjoyable. He accompanied us all the time and showed us where to go. He also took many of our Instagram-worthy photos during this trip. Moreover, he was punctual, coming to pick us up early in the morning. He also made us appreciate the sights more by giving us a little more time during a short lay-by. I would recommend him as a tour guide 10/10. We really felt his passion and love for his work.
