Expérience fantastique: They ship parcels and packages by air or sea to Poland every Thursday for 500% cheaper than Purolator or UPS. If you're interested in shipping something to Polska, I would consider going here. I was told it takes approximately 10-14 days to deliver the package to an address in Poland and that turned out to be true. Super grateful. Highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Parcel from Toronto to Netherlands (by sea) delivered in 7 weeks. The box looks 'beaten up' on arrival but everything inside was intact. I guess you shouldn't ship valuable items with them, but for the modest shipping price it's really good value. Would recommend.

A few fragile things from our packages were broken unfortunately, but that was likely the result of poor packing and getting thrown around by local Czech delivery firms. The Polimex associate who helped us was Natalia and she was great help when it came to finding out status on our boxes, and everything else in the process. :)

Expérience fantastique: I was frequently sending parcels to Poland for years. I was using another company but as they lost my package about a year ago, I discovered that I was not able to reach them at all and to add insult to injury, their representative here in Ottawa told me lightly “ Well. it can happen with that Covid and all...” Well, I remembered Polimex and decided to use their services instead. I am so happy I did! They are second best after Santa. Mrs Natalia and Mrs Maria were always helpful, unfailingly courteous and supportive. Maria answered my anxious email on Civic holiday and Natalia addressed the issue the very next day. It was a pleasure to deal with them from start to finish. Thank you, Natalia, thank you Maria.

Expérience négative: NIE POLECAM POLIMEXU!!! Niestety już od kilku miesięcy paczki nie dochodzą w deklarowanym terminie ośmiu tygodni. Ja czekam już 12 tygodni i paczek nie ma. Ostatnie paczki, przyszły z uszkodzonym całym bokiem brakowało 3 kg. zawartości paczki. Nie można zrobić reklamacji bo kurier zostawia paczkę pod bramką i odjeżdża. Ponad miesiąc leżały paczki w magazynie zanim wypłynęły z Kanady. Polimex wszędzie ogłasza się że wysyła paczki raz w tygodniu to nie prawda. Wysłane 9-kwietnia wypłynęły 16 maja. Wysłane 22 kwietnia wypłynęły 29 maja. Telefonicznie podawane są nie prawdziwe informacje. Świadomie wprowadzają w błąd. RADZĘ INNĄ FIRMĘ NIE JEDEN POLIMEX WYSYŁA PACZKI

Expérience fantastique: They are really professional and top after-sales service! its done now 3 times that i called their service (parcel sent from Toronto to France) and I am not disappointed but pleasantly surprised by the speed of sending. A delivery person collects my packages at my home and everything is delivered to my home in France, it's really relaxing with a price that defies all competition. Really if you have packages to send to Europe, do not hesitate to call on them.

Expérience fantastique: I recently sent about 12 medium sized boxes of vinyl records from Canada to Germany. Of course, soon after, the Coronavirus hit and the shipping industry went into overload! Shipping with Polimex was significantly less expensive than other companies and the customer service I received was incredible. While they do lack in certain areas like package tracking, I was constantly in touch with their representative Natalia. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind, and kept me sane during this drawn out process. I owe her so much gratitude as without her I think my experience would have been quite unbearable (I am very attached to my record collection). My packages took quite a while to arrive but with the pandemic sweeping across the world, that's to be expected. Natalia was the bridge between her company, Polish customs, and German shippers. She kept me up-to-date on a regular basis and as my packages started arriving, I was prepared. I don't know what Natalia gets paid but she deserves a raise and a promotion! I would recommend this company based on her service alone.

We arranged for a parcel to be delivered from Canada to Luxembourg and 9 months in, the parcel not only didn't arrive, but Polimex and their subcontractors in Europe continue to be in the news for stealing multiple parcels, amounting to millions of CAD damage. No damage claim has been provided for the loss! Terrible company, avoid at all costs!

She was trying to get best deals on air tickets for my entire family involving several different and quite complicated flight routes to some european countries. I have no doubt that Pani Kasia has done the best in accommodating all our needs (that kept changing every hour) and getting us deals that were at least 200$ cheaper per ticket than other agencies.
