Expérience négative: Avoid sell off vacations and specifically Sylvia Ysidron. Poorly managed and customer service was atrocious. I paid over 10K in the last 8 months on 2 trips. The first booking in March went fine with minor issues, but the second time I was deceived on my accommodations and treated very poorly when trying to resolve the matter. Sylvia’s attitude was unprofessional and her customer service skills are nonexistent. I already booked a trip in February elsewhere, I suggest anyone else do the same.

This past weekend has been a nightmare ever since WestJet went on strike, nobody knew what was going on or how to help us. Within the last month, l visited the Argentina office in person to find out rose Marie was off that day and in the office the following 2 days. I followed up the next day and left her a voicemail to contact me. Never heard back from her. 1 week passed and l called again being put on hold and was hung up on with no return call.. frustrated to say the least. Called again cyber who l asked fo Monday this week and rose Marie on vacation so decided to speak with Regina who assured me she would be in touch probably not today but soon. Now 5 more days have passed and still zero contact. I had planned booking something 1 month ago for mid February when prices were more favorable. The trip l had considered is now $1000 more per couple 1 monfh later. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.... 3 STRIKES YOUR OUT....

Expérience fantastique: I had booked a flight to Caya Coco online and unfortunately I had car troubles the morning of my flight and I was a few minutes late to the airport as they closed the gate a few minutes before I arrived. I called selloff vacations and Rosemarie Waters answered the phone. She tried her best to find me another flight going out the next few days but nothing was available until the following week. I asked if anything could be done but both the airlines and my credit card insurance said there are no provisions for being late and I would have to pay to book again. I accepted that because no one else was responsible for this but myself!! To my surprise, Rosemarie called my back a few hours later and informed me that she was able to get 50% of the cost of my flight returned!! Rosemarie went over and beyond any of my expectation's and that is very rare in the business world today. She always come through for us whether it’s small group or large group. She puts you on the right track what to expect and what not to when travelling. I was a bit scare whether to travel during Covid 19, but to be frank there’s no need to. What I have experienced recently it’s amazing, you feel much safer travelling than staying home. The safety measures and the procedure are just phenomenal. I would do it again, when you have an agency who willing to guide you on everything when travelling to you just feel that confident and everything went through as you were told. My experience at the Hilton Rose Hall, Montego Bay, Jamaica was extraordinary: the food was great so much to choose from, the entertainments, the beaches, the lazy river , the pools , water slides, the 24/7 room service, drinks. and the friendly staffs was just more that what you could have asked for. This was truly a great choice, I would do it again and again. Rosemarie Walters keep up the great work that you have been doing , the great personality, the patience and after hours just to make sure we are ok at this time of Covid19, it’s just amazing, you make travelling super easy. On my last trip, while I was in Cuba, had to get in touch with her regarding voucher for Matanzas city tour , which was included in my vacation package, but I didn't print it at home. I needed that voucher (printed) but couldn't log into my documents, so she emailed me voucher next day and I printed out at the hotel reception. And I was able to go on the city tour. Our agent Rosemarie was absolutely correct about sending us to this site. The resort was very beautiful...from the gorgeous scenery, the flavorful and abundant choices of food certainly satisfied our tastebuds and our appetite. The pool and beach experience was amazing...local and international food was readily available at the pool and we ate down by the beach...simply perfect!! The nightly entertainment didn't disappoint and the performers were great. The weather was nice and the entire experience was quite exquisite. Rosemarie went above and beyond in preparing the staff for our arrival and made sure they knew it was our honeymoon. We even booked everything last minute and we received elite service from her. Our Travel Agent named Sylvia was a poor example of a person who cared for their clients. She booked our dates wrong and we had to go through many hoops just to get our correct date and on top of that, we told her we were booking with another group. How hard is it to pull up a file and compare the dates? Mary was a great help but never go to Sylvia because she does not care at all. Happy Travels and Best Wishes!
