Expérience négative: Quiero compartir mi experiencia con The Latin Travel, una agencia de viajes que lamentablemente no recomiendo. Mi hija de 20 años y su amiga reservaron un resort en México a través de esta agencia para sus vacaciones en febrero. Aunque el resort era familiar, no era adecuado para unas jovencitas que buscaban disfrutar de entretenimiento nocturno y discotecas. El resort era extremadamente tranquilo, demasiado aislado, y no ofrecía las opciones de entretenimiento que habían solicitado, como shows o actividades nocturnas. El hotel, además, era muy antiguo y presentaba humedad en las habitaciones. Mi hija se enfermó durante su estadía, lo que arruinó aún más sus vacaciones. El lugar era más adecuado para personas que desean desconectarse completamente y no para quienes buscan diversión y actividades durante su tiempo libre. Además, mi hija estuvo en contacto con una persona de la agencia llamada Reina, quien según tengo entendido, no tenía experiencia como agente de viajes. Esto quedó claro en la falta de conocimiento y atención que mostró para resolver nuestros problemas, lo cual agravó aún más la situación. A pesar de intentar resolver todo con la agencia, no recibimos ninguna respuesta o solución satisfactoria. Si estás buscando una agencia de viajes confiable que cumpla con tus expectativas, te sugiero que busques otras opciones.

En esta ocasión, José me ayudó con un viaje a Cuba, que era un poco complejo porque llevaba a mi mamá, quien salía desde otro país. Él se encargó de todo, desde su recogida en el aeropuerto de La Habana hasta su traslado a Varadero y de vuelta. Siempre estuvo muy pendiente del viaje y sus recomendaciones fueron excelentes. Los recomiendo totalmente para programar todas sus vacaciones. ¡Un servicio impecable! Excellent service from José, although the entire team is very friendly, especially Refsa and Kathiana. This time, José helped me with a trip to Cuba, which was a bit complex because I was traveling with my mom, who was coming from another country. He took care of everything, from her pickup at Havana airport to her transfer to Varadero and back. He was always very attentive to the trip, and his recommendations were excellent. I highly recommend them for planning all your vacations. Outstanding service!

Omits crucial booking information at time of payment and changes the rules to benefit her pocket. She will steal your money and pretend to blame everyone else but her. Never booking with her/them again, neither should you.

I don't know if the business is still active. With this kind of service I won't be surprised if have faced hard times. At least they can provide correct information.

Entiendo que fue comprado a través de air canada y no avianca. Ella lo compró con Air Canada porque era el precio más barato en el momento, sin embargo, el agente no me informó de las consecuencias. Mis otros amigos que compraron fueron alojados en otros vuelos porque lo compraron con avianca. No entiendo por qué no hay nada que puedan hacer para hacer feliz a un cliente como quizás una sala de espera o alojamiento para pasar la noche en otra ciudad que no es mi destino final. Debido a este lío tendré que dormir en un aeropuerto y esperar 7 horas para mi conexión. ¡¡HORRIBLE!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a ticket here and then it was changed due to airline changes. Nothing was done to accommodate. I understand that it was bought through air canada and not avianca. She bought it with air canada because it was the cheapest rate at the Moment however the agent did not advise me of the consequences. My other friends who bought were accommodated on other flights because they bought it with avianca. I don’t understand why there is nothing they can do to make a customer happy like perhaps a waiting room or accommodation for the night I will have to spend laying over in another city that is not my final destination. Due to this mess I will have to sleep at an airport and wait 7 hours for my connection. HORRIBLE!!
