They're made by people who havent noticed they've been screwed over yet but they'll see. Anyway you guys are messed up and I don't know how you're allowed to be in business :)

Expérience positive: I started this process in October 2023. they sent me the application for signature and charged $497 US then did not hear from them until I called Feb 2024, no answer, so I emailed them got an answer but said they needed my employers phone number, although I advised them I was retired. When I asked why it took so long to advise me they needed that. Could not reply. Then still no contact until August 2024 at which time I was told I had a conditional approval and then was told I could get an appointment with US Customs in Niagara Falls USA for November 2024. I find the employees, when I could get one were very cordial. I am not impressed by this process for the cost I paid but hopefully I can get my card after my interview in Nov. Thank you Sasha
