Expérience fantastique: My daughter's car would not start the evening of 10/24 in West Lincoln. She called CAA and they responded that evening on call #5384 and again the next morning to tow the car on call #5437. Both men showed up on time and were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Thanks for being there and having such great responders. They did a great job.

Expérience fantastique: Just booked another trip with Emily and she is the absolute best. Helped us every step of the way from our destination selection through booking. We got great advice and were able to make better decisions than we would have made booking on our own. She is so nice, calm, unflappable and professional. As our party continued to grow as more family wanted to join us, she took it in stride and took care of everyone. (FYI Emily, there may be a couple more still coming.) Expérience négative: Got charged $10 on top of $31 for IDP pictures. I thought the rules had changed or something. They told me that the pictures are free only at the clubs in my area after I handed in the cash. Sneaky. Thanks teller SED!
Expérience fantastique: High quality and professional service from Stewart. He saved us in a bind, we were an hour from home and had locked our keys in the car. He responded in under 20 minutes and we were on our way in under 5 once he got there!

Expérience négative: This Niagara branch is a part of CAA, but in my opinion it's a world of difference. "Lower your expectations," should be in mind for the Niagara region's CAA service offering. Strictly 9-5 operation. The only exception is their nationally based Roadside assistance is uniformly stellar and their tow/recovery operators impart better information than from the CAA's Niagara local offices. Prepare to wait an additional 20 minutes if your roadside service responder happens to meet your neighbour who is Chair of CAA Niagara and they decide to chat while you wait until they revert back to the task of your service call. Many benefits associated with membership cater to local businesses of the region and can be of little benefit unless you're a resident. At minimum please offer membership in South Central Ontario's CAA excellent benefits and service coverage for a nominal premium. Unfortunately, due to a poor customer service experience at the time of my CAA Premiere renewal, I opted to discontinue my membership. Like so many things in Niagara, I will not miss it.
Expérience fantastique: Today I went to this CAA office due to the fact that I had moved to Grimsby and did not change my address for nearly two years, my card had been cancelled... but the lady who took care of me in such a pleasant way I will not forget, she went way out of her way to be helpful and I hope that her employers are aware of this great worker. Expérience négative: I got an online quote today and was transferred to a licensed agent of CAA. The experience was ridiculous, the guy spoke making hard effort to transfer me to another broker..... which is not acceptable at all. What his justification was to search all other insurance companies to search a lowest quote for me through the outside broker. If CAA agent want to explain the price changes, its absolutely ok, he can explain and do the adjustments and proceed but WHAT IS THE HIDDEN BUSINESS HERE ..

Expérience fantastique: I walked in to get a passport photo and was out of there in less than 10 minutes with a photo much better than Service Ontario's pictures which make you look like a gangster. There wasn't even a charge which surprised me. Very satisfied with the whole procedure.

Expérience fantastique: All the info and reservation services for your travel needs. Buy the CAA membership and save on travel plus Auto and Home insurance. Have compared their travel çancellation\interruption\medical insurance and CAA is best option.

Expérience positive: My Wife and I just travelled through CAA Stephanie was helpful at first but left for maternity leave. A little disappointed with the help from others we are not computer people. I strongly suggest that people in your office prepare customers much better for there trip. what you need and what you have to do to enjoy there holiday do not just send long e mails but explain and help with all the QR codes that are needed. we realize that things are more confusing and it is hard to keep up with the new rules

The personnel are all easy to talk to and are knowledgeable in their areas. Now that I have moved I shall continue to use CAA because of my experiences with the Grimsby representatives.

Expérience négative: Went in on a Saturday to start an insurance policy. Found out the agent does not work on weekends and only one employee in the branch. If you are open on weekends, have all ranges of your employees there. That was pretty frustrating. The receptionist gave me the agents card and I proceeded to call and leave a message. 2 days and 4 voicemails later, this agent really did not seem interested in getting me insurance. Finally just called the toll free hotline and spoke with Emmanuel who already had a terrible demeanor in his voice. The phone agent was rude, refused to take the quote reference number that CAA.ca gave me. And after going through the quote process he quoted me 3 times as much as the site did without asking for any driving history, drivers license #, etc. Was the cheapest price through all the brokers because CAA send out that MyPace pay as you go policy which is a total scam for anyone that drives more then 20 km daily. Will be getting insurance with someone else. Thanks for nothing. Only thing that was hassle free was the actual roadside assisstance sign up.

Expérience négative: Just moved up to the Brockville area from Niagara and this was the branch I used 100% of the time. The lady the day I told them my new address should of put more of a effort into her job because she said "just phone one of the offices in earthier Kanata or Kingston and they will tell ya what division you'll be in". And the good thing I was in the area of the Kanata office because the lady at the Kanata office said my CAA membership was never transferred at all.
