Expérience fantastique: I have been to YYZ Travel Group 4 times and will continue to always use them for all my travel needs. I love to travel worldwide and would only entrust my travel needs to Joe whose patience and customer service skills are impeccable and exemplary. I do not normally do reviews but find it only befitting that Joe gets acknowledgement for making our trips stress free. From Portugal to Spain or Brazil and Chile Joe was attentive and would follow up during our trips to make sure everything went well. Again while in London a month ago Joe followed up making sure everything went smoothly with our flights. I, honestly have never experienced anything like this and for someone who has traveled 82 countries Joe is the only travel agent i will use. Professionalism ,honesty and patience are characteristics which reflect how Joe conducts himself. While always being pleasant Joe makes the customer feel relaxed and treats you like a person and not a number. He does not rush you and in this day and age that is often the exception. Thank you Joe and we are looking forward to our next adventure while booking with you.

Not only did she research the best place for our family to be but she got us a great price. We had an amazing time and created some beautiful memories. Expérience négative: Was recommended to use this travel agency and one particular woman Nicola. Absolutely a joke from the start. After the first call it seemed ok planning my honeymoon. To only receive my first email (plan) to islands I specifically said I did not want to go to because it was too over priced. We were open to islands, but there were 3 we did not want. Not only this, we specifically said we wanted to be there for 3 weeks, she was organizing for 2. Maybe she was trying to not get the budget high, but I specifically said 3 weeks, islands we did NOT want, and how we didn't care where we stayed for the night. Then it took days for her to get back to me (and thats because i had to email her requesting a follow up). I responded outlining more specifically islands we are interested in along with a reminder we want 3 weeks. I've reached out 3 times and there has been no response. It's been a week now and I am absolutely done with this company. So unprofessional. If you decide you nolonger want to take on clients or service someone, at least tell them, heck lie! Don't have me waiting around for your response KNOWING I have a dog who needs to go to a training/boarding program with limited spots available. Never again.

Expérience négative: I can’t talk about all office , but can and want to comment on one particular travel agent - Julia Yashku . She used to be a very good and professional, but nowadays she doesn’t care about her customer and their needs. Very rude , unprofessional, careless . Just stay away , there are many agents that will be delighted to help you and will leave you a pleasant experience, but not this one .

Expérience négative: We wanted to book our trip to Jamaica. We were recommended Jeanne Lifshitz as the travel agent. When trying to ask questions to Jeanne she was barely available for questions and always took days to answers questions about the trip. After finally getting the booking to Negril there were details still pending but Jeanne insisted everything is ok and trip is booked for 2 couples and 2 separate rooms. However after getting to the hotel we were told that we only had 1 room for 4 people and the hotel and Air Canada clearly stated that the travel agent (Jeanne) is the one who put 4 people in 1 room instead of 2 rooms. We called and texted Jeanne many times over and over but she did not answer our texts or calls, this travel (Jeanne) agent has not taken any accountability As a result of this an additional charge per night had to be applied.for a week. We had lost 2 full days of the vacation . This has caused huge stress in our vacation. Please beware while booking with agents like that.

Expérience fantastique: Once again my travel agent Susan C. went over and above to help my husband and I with our travel arrangements. She is thorough and asks us questions that we would not even consider...eg. resort location in proximity to nearby cities, room preference, distance to beach, excursions, electrical outlets requiring conversion plugs, and suggestions on insurance. Whenever I've used other travel agencies I had to ALWAYS contact them several times with questions that usually remained unanswered until I researched the information myself. Susan is a true professional!!

It is a very experienced company that organizes a lot of different tours all around the globe. If are not sure about what tour company to choose I would strongly recommend you YYZ Travel Group as at the moment it is definitely one of the best travel agencies in the business.

YYZ Travel is definitely one of the last samurais and most likely even one of the best. YYZ travel dropped the ball for our group booking for a very important travel for our group. we travelled recently to Germany for Team Canada Dance. they didn't get our etickets till nov. 13-2017 and we were traveling nov 18th 2017. majority were not on the right flights. some didn't even have tickets booked. we finalized with our contact early October. the tickets were purchased on OCt 20th as per our eticket date. not sure why it took them so long to email our contact the information. people tried to contact "Bill" and he would hang up on people. I strongly suggest no one us them for any travel plans. they are horrible in customer service. they even had a return flight for a family that was to come to Toronto but there ticket was booked to go to Milan. Italy? really. Families got separated and then finally fixed the morning of departure. the amount of stress all 100 people went through was terrible. BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN'T EXIST WITH YYZ TRAVEL. if I could have made my own travel plans I would have myself with another company.
