All schedules was so tight but because of Paul we had good time and experience.. first time in Canada I have very good experience with this travel agency.. only thing I was considering was bus.. it wasn't really comfortable all rides.. next time needs better bus.. thanks Paul.. you are good..

Expérience négative: We were on a six-day tour of Eastern Canada. We were disappointed and frustrated by the poor quality of the hotel . On our last day, the three of us were assigned a small room with a bed smaller than a queen size and a small sofa bed. The sofa bed was moldy and filthy. The hotel is Comfort Inn near the Toronto airport. The service was terrible. The front desk clerk argued with us. She didn't give us all of the sheets and bath towels we requested. When we asked for them again, she accused us of poor attitude and began yelling at us and just left them in the hallway and told us to take them upstairs. Because the sofa bed was so dirty, we had to sleep on the floor. We paid so much money for a trip, and have to sleep on the floor. We called the company, but they kept pushing the issue back and forth.

Expérience fantastique: I took a 7 days Eastern Canada tour. I really enjoyed it. Our tour guide Leo is great. He is very knowledgeable. He can answer all your questions. I have 7 days history lessons! And feeling good about it! I have been in Canada for all my life but I didn’t know a lot of the history! This is a fun and educational tour. I recommend friends to take it particularly if the tour is lead by Leo and Michaels!

Expérience fantastique: We went with a 7 days east coast family tours by end of Aug 25 and we have great experiences to see all places from Toronto to PEI. Mr. Benjamin was a great tour guide, well experience to organize and control over 50 people at a time and the best driver is Mr. Zug, he was very patient and careful driver with happy face these 2 people make our memories with no issues, I will recommend this tours to my friends, but small request that provide a better tour bus with more facilities, such as washroom, wifi and electric to charging phones. Also I think find a very few good hotels too, to stay with happy, other than that all great, we plan our west coast tour soon in future. It's just our opinion of the trip and thanks for all the people who travel with us and they were mostly on time to do not disturb others as Benjamin was required (respect Ben), it was a great trip... ❤️ Regards Joe

Expérience négative: Tianbao Travel (Compass Holidays) – My Experience I had a deeply troubling and disappointing experience with Tianbao Travel. • Travel Incident: In July, I booked a 5-day Rocky Mountain tour through Tianbao Travel from Aug 17 to Aug.21, focusing on the Calgary local services component. However, due to an Air Canada strike, my flight from Toronto to Calgary was canceled. Despite the cause being entirely beyond my control, Tianbao Travel outsourced the Calgary component to a partner—Calgary Tours—but failed to notify them or handle the situation. • I even received a call from Calgary Tours three days after I’d already requested a cancellation, showing that Tianbao had not effectively communicated the change. They offered no assistance, refused to refund, and left me to manage cancellations and rearrangements independently. • I had already paid CAD $4,339.65 in full for services that I never received. In the end, I lost the entire payment, with zero assistance or rearrangement from Tianbao. Our payment included hotels, park tickets, 4 days breakfast, all activities(icefield snowmobile, glass skywalk, mountain gondola, lake cruise). We don’t get back for one penny! Final Thoughts I do not recommend Tianbao Travel. When unexpected issues occur, they showed no responsibility, left their clients in the lurch, and caused significant financial loss. If you're considering Tianbao, proceed with extreme caution.

The hotels throughout the trip were clean and comfortable, and we had such a great time along the way! I especially loved the Halifax harbor cruise—the Atlantic Ocean views were absolutely breathtaking. The buffet restaurants arranged for the group were also excellent. Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable trip. Many thanks to Tianbao Travel for such a well-organized journey!

Expérience fantastique: I called the head office number for my August Europe trip with Tianbao. The person who answered directly transferred me to the agent who handled my trip—fair enough, as they’re all busy. Then I called the downtown number, and the scenario changed. Norah answered my call and took her time and effort to contact the back office to address my concerns. It took 20 minutes—I’m sure she’s busy as well—yet she went the extra mile. A big shoutout to Norah—pure customer service! I hope Tianbao has more agents like Norah. It’s a blessing for both Tianbao and clients like me.

Expérience fantastique: Leo is my tour guy. He is very nice and seem to be knowledgeable about the tour. It was a pleasant 5 days East Toronto tour.

Expérience fantastique: Carmen is a very experienced tour guide. She can fluently introduce the history of various attractions in both English and Mandarin Chinese. She does group bookings for all attraction tickets and restaurants and collect the fees accordingly, and she also gave all passengers the option to opt out of any attractions if the passengers decide not to go. Michael is a very good bus driver, you can fall asleep on his smoothly and steadily driven bus. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with Carmen’s and Michael’s service during our Toronto-Kingston-Ottawa-Montreal-Quebec City-Thousand Islands group trip.

Expérience fantastique: We were in a tour with Carmen, really nice tour guide, went to a lot of places, tells us a lot of Canada history’s. Very informative. The weather was not that good but we still manage to get some good photos.
