Expérience négative: Terrible Customer Service! I paid a lot of money to the Aseman travel agency. I REGRET doing that because since then I had so much stress dealing with this agency! Due to the conflict between Israel and Iran, two legs of my trip had to be cancelled. The agent told me that if I leave Canada then nothing can be done to get the tickets refunded. She hung up on me when I was trying to understand. Since then I had to follow up with the airlines directly and they said anytime my tickets get cancelled before the departure date I can get the refund! I have had dozens of follow ups through emails to Aseman Travel for information and updates and they have provided very little information. They knew my number and they ignored my calls! The manager was very rude and unprofessional and talked so badly to me and was saying I call alot! After numerous follow ups I received a partial refund for one leg of my trip from Air Canada. I was told last month that I would be receiving a full refund from Turkish airlines in 2 weeks but I didn’t. I continued to communicate by email but never had a proper response from any agent! I have never had such a bad experience booking a ticket! I had to start a dispute with my bank. Everything took so long and I was frustrated for many months! I think this may help other clients before booking their tickets and do not trust this agency!

Expérience négative: In a time where travellers have the ability to easily locate and book their own flights, the sole reason for them to use a travel agency is around customer service and the extra care and attention given. This agency failed on so many levels for us! We had to follow up with airlines who would then be not able to help as our flights were booked through them. We had to this as we did not get satisfactory responses to simple questions. I don’t typically put in reviews but in this instance I felt it important to do so because I really do not wish anyone to experience the stress and poor service we suffered.

Expérience négative: I had a very horrible experience with Aseman Travel Agency. We specifically requested a round-trip ticket, but they issued only a one-way ticket without informing us at all. This lack of transparency and poor communication caused major inconvenience and unnecessary stress. Their customer service was unhelpful and did not take any responsibility for the mistake. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Aseman Travel Agency to anyone looking for reliable travel arrangements. Be cautious when dealing with them.

Expérience négative: Horrible Customer Service, Stay Away! I called Aseman Travel & Tour just to ask a few general questions about a Europe trip and I actually wanted to buy my tickets from them, and the woman who answered was unbelievably rude and aggressive from the start. She spoke with attitude, zero patience, and acted like I was bothering her just by asking for basic information. Before I could even finish my questions,she hung up on me. No explanation, no goodbye just ended the call while I was still talking. That’s the kind of service they offer. If this is how they treat people over the phone, God knows how they’d act if I had actually booked a trip with them. I can’t even imagine the stress and headaches. We’re spending money , you have no right to talk to people like that. If you can’t handle basic customer interaction with respect and professionalism, close your business. There are plenty of other travel agencies that actually know how to treat people right.

Expérience fantastique: Update June 26th, 2024 (8:30 pm at Pearson Airport waiting to board) I'm very thankful again Roshanak! I received notification at 3:30 pm that my flight for 9:30 this evening would be delayed for six hours . I called Aseman, and unbelievably within 20 minutes I was booked on a different route, which was considerably shorter and more convenient. Roshanak was calm and understanding as I explained the issue, and she surprised me with a much better option that I had in mind. She even took the time to complete my online check-in as I was hastily getting ready to leave. You are a true professional! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++ I am very happy with my recent ticket purchase from Aseman Travel Agency. They are pleasant and helpful, over the phone and in person, both before and "after" the transaction. This was my first ticket purchase from them, and I found Roshanak professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I am certain I can confidently pick up the phone and call her should an issue arise. Expérience fantastique: واقعا یکی از بهترین آژانس های هوایی هستن.من تو بحبوبه ی جنگ ایران و اسرائیل عازم ایران بودم و ایشون با صبر و حوصله ی تمام با وجود کنسل شدن های پی در پی از طرف ایرلاین ها برام بهترین پرواز رو گرفتن و همیشه حتی روز یکشنبه که تایم استراحتشون بود بازم با صبوری مشکلی که برای پروازم پیش اومده بود رو حل کردن در حالی که بقیه ی هم سفرای من که یا خودشون بلیط گرفتن یا از آژانس های دیگه،به مدت ۵ روز تو دوبی گرفتار شدن و من تنها کسی بودم که تونستم سر موقع برم ایران و سر موقع برگردم کانادا فقط به دلیل مسئول بودن بیش از حد کارمندان آژانس هواپیمایی آسمان

Expérience fantastique: I want to share my experience with Roshanak and appreciate her favour. She is the best. I had to change my tickets from September to August, which is high season. Most tickets were occupied and there were not any vacancy, but she could find exactly the best time and price for me with sending emails back and forth to the air Canada quickly. I am ready satisfied with her customer service and definitely I will purchase tickets again from this travel agency in the future.

Expérience négative: It is my only wish to give it a zero-star rating. Last year, I purchased a ticket and was unable to get aboard due to some difficulties. In the end, I had to purchase another ticket to return because Air Canada canceled my return flight and Aseman did nothing to assist me. Upon my return, I had some correspondence with Air Canada, and they opened my ticket but told me to rebook it via the same travel agency. The Aseman agency has not booked my ticket since I asked them over 2 months ago. They don't even answer my call anymore! What a great customer service experience for a customer who has been with them for more than a decade. In your response to your reply; I bought my ticket from Aseman travel, Mehrnoosh and I lost a lot of money for trusting you. I won't trust you again and don't recommend you to anyone. By the way, nice try to pretend this review is not about you.

I had to buy a ticket and I had to change the date several times because of the wrong information they gave me. I do not recommend consulting or buying a ticket from Aseman Agency at all.

We got very great support before and even after the trip. Mr. Talebzadeh contacted me after the trip to make sure everything went smoothly. Expérience négative: Very unprofessional manager! She literally yelled at me when I was politely speaking to her. They are respectful while charging your credit card for extra! So unprofessional. Funny thing (better say another unprofessional attitude), I was speaking to the manager, explaining to her my flights history and cancellations due to COVID, giving her numbers and details, it was totally a simple math, she literally ignored my numbers every time and pretended that is the other way and she doesn't understand me. I don't remember such an unprofessional experience elsewhere. Plus, they charge you extra (much more comparing to other agencies) for their services and time dealing with airlines. When it comes to negotiating with the airlines (ex.AirCanada) and submitting a request to justify the full refund request, they do nothing!! I was on a phone call with Aseman manager and AirCanada agent. Aseman manager could barely have a conversation with AC agent. The AC agent was totally confused and that was it! What is the point of paying extra money to an agency who can't represent you? We learnt a lot during COVID, the most important one is: with whom to continue business!!!

Expérience fantastique: Mr. Talebi is amazing, There is no more than 5 star otherwise he would have get it. You know your travel agent when things get tough, The amount of support we got from him was amazing. He was gone beyond and over the line of duty, he was very transparent and informed us of all the steps. We understand he was very stressed and he had to spend long hours waiting to get an answer for us, but he was so calm and always assured us and showed us he is getting all lined up for us, even he connect with the Other travel agency to make sure everything is going smooth for My mother that was the passenger. I can not describe the feeling, I was about to cry to see all this support and help from his side. Thanks again Mr. Talebi for all your help and Unbelievable professionalism and Support. Appreciate it.

Expérience fantastique: I was blown away at the exceptional services provided by Mr. Talebzadeh during my purchase of airfare to Lax as due to some restrictions of time was hard to book.He was very courteous, very helpful and an overall pleasant professional.

Expérience négative: I have been charged way more than what I was told at the time of purchasing flight tickets from this flight agency. This flight agency refused to provide me any receipt or type of folio at the time of transaction. I neither punch a pin code nor signing any receipt. After disputing charges in questions, merchant unethically produced generic invoice using spreadsheet justifying total charges.

Expérience positive: I was referred to Aseman Travel through a friend. I am frequent traveler to Beirut. I actually used their website to find my flight from NewYork to Beirut. Their airfares were quite competitive especially to Middle East. I usually use Expedia, but Aseman Travel's prices were better, especially with Turkish Airways which is what I usually fly with. I booked my ticket online and my ticket was issued and emailed to me within 10 minutes. They had even taken care of my seat selection and meal request. Glad to have found a full service travel agency.

I called Aseman Travel through a friend's referral and they were able to put a great package including air and hotel. They have a professional staff and were able to find me the packages within a day. I'll definitely use them for future trips and highly recommend them for Middle East and Asia packages.
