Expérience négative: They don’t deserve even one star. Beware of This Travel Agency – They Will Delay You Until You Lose Your Money! I had a terrible experience with this travel agency. I booked a British Airways ticket to India but had to cancel due to my uncle’s passing. From the moment I initiated the cancellation, I was in constant communication with them, providing all necessary documents, including the death certificate. For over a year, I kept following up every few weeks via email, asking for updates. They kept assuring me that they were working on getting me a refund or a replacement ticket. I repeatedly asked for a case number or ticket number with British Airways so I could follow up directly, but they never provided one. Instead, they kept delaying me with false promises. Finally, after wasting so much of my time, they sent me an email saying that my time to claim a refund had expired. This was completely unfair because I had been in touch with them the entire time. They deliberately dragged the process until I could no longer claim anything. I feel completely cheated. This agency operates in a dishonest manner—stalling customers until they can no longer get their money back. I have proof of all my emails and communications, yet they refuse to take responsibility. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this agency. If you ever need a refund or any kind of support, they will not help you. They will simply waste your time and ensure you lose your money. Choose a trustworthy agency instead!

Expérience négative: I wanted to give rating in negative because garcha travel provide really bad service. We booked our flight through them for my father and the flight departed early. Nobody informed us that it is early. When we contact them about this situation they move to next day and when we call for update they said girl you talked is not working today.So, is it my problem that she is not working today?At last, they offer us ticket for $1400 for one way. We approached different travel company and we got the ticket for $700 literally half of the price. Never book ticket from these people they have so many hidden charges and communication is zero.

Then we had a talk with air canada then they refunded money for the ticket on Garcha travel’s card because it was booked with their card and again they booked ticket without her consent and we again approached air canada and again air canada refunded the ticket back .but they were giving excuses and not coming back to the point all the staff did not behaved well . We had very bad experience with Garcha travel and I never recommend to anyone to visit Garcha travels for any services.

So literally this is a very bad experience with this Travel agency, which is in Surrey . The Reception lady talk to me every time about my delivery, always saying we don’t know we don’t know , Overall, this was my very bad experience with Garcha travels. The girl kept on saying she will call back in 5 minutes or so, but never returned call. I tried for 4-6 times. Then we decided to choose another place for booking. This time, I tried again and the girl named Mannu was very knowledgeable, quick and dealt professionally. She just took 10-15 minutes over phone to give us affordable ticket options. Mannu was quick on responding to messages too. I would recommend reaching Garcha travels to book your tickets
