Expérience fantastique: Just wish to say how very pleased I have been with the service provided by CAA here in Moncton, NB. Had my vehicle taken to local garage on Monday by Josh. Local service could not be done so called CAA to see if they would transport my vehicle to a dealership on Wednesday after local station believed a new engine under warranty might be required given the code on their scanner. . Lady had to ask supervisor and she provided him the reason behind my request. the second transport was approved and once again I was fortunate to have Josh transport my vehicle to the dealership this time. so very grateful for CAA. BTW, Just rec'd call from dealership and computer upgrade was all that was needed and no charge!!!Rick

Expérience négative: Very bad service, even I have 3 tow left they refuse me to tow my car. They don’t listen anything talked rudely with high voice and refuse to tow it to another garage

Expérience négative: Went to start the car today and the battery is dead. Tried boosting it. No go. Need a new battery. Called CAA at 4pm and was told there was no one available and to call again tomorrow. What? This is supposed to be a 24/7 service. Very disappointed. I had things to do today. This is unacceptable.

Expérience fantastique: My car wouldn't start so called CAA for a boost. Unfortunately, that didn't work. Because it would be a separate/new support ticket for a tow, the tow truck driver, Andre (CAA Moncton), waited around until the new call came through, saving us at least another hour waiting. He also gave me a ride to the dealer. He didn't have to do either. Absolutely amazing/friendly service.

Expérience fantastique: While visiting Moncton yesterday I experienced a flat tire. I called CAA and Paula, the young lady on the phone, helped figure out where I was and sent Dynamic Towing over. Dylan was there 30 minutes faster than was the original time posted. He quickly fixed my tire and was friendly and very helpful. I would like to say a huge thank you to CAA, Paula and Dylan for getting me home!

Expérience négative: Always had such a great experience with CAA atlantic customer service agents. But today when I had a flat tire in middle of a highway and I called the 1800 call center number, the first agent hung up on me as she asked me to spell my name multiple times despite me repeating same thing over and over and eventually when I showed my frustration she just hung up. The second lady was no different....very rude and inconsiderate. Had to call third time and finally found someone named Jordan who was very kind and helpful. Why does it take 3 calls to get to speak to someone who treats you like a normal human being and does not just try to inflate their ego by not helping you. CAA customer service has become a joke, plus the wait time in non busy hours was 1.5 hours. Definitely the membership is not worth for me anymore!

Expérience fantastique: We were on our way back to Ontario when our tire popped. We then called CAA and they sent a driver (Oliver) out to as really quickly. After putting the spare tire on for us we had left to complete our drive to Ontario from New Brunswick. Oliver later called to ask if we had made it to Fredericton and said to stop in at a Canadian tire to see if there was a tire there that we could switch out. We did end up finding a tire the right size and had it fixed by an amazing mechanic. Thank you again for all the help from CAA and the driver!

Expérience négative: Une vraie stupidité, tu achètes une batterie avec eux pour sécuriser ma nièce qui vit à Moncton, mais quand elle doit faire changer sa batterie défectueuse ils refusent de lui donner le service parce que je ne peux pas aller de Québec à Moncton pour qu'ils fassent quelque chose (IMBÉCILES).

Expérience positive: Great service provided by these people. Only issue I have ever had that is not favorable is like so many today they are always putting you on hold due to an abnormal amount of calls. They seem to be a little understaffed in the phone answering dept. Great service non the less

Expérience négative: Absolutely brutal, for a service that's supposed to be there to help in a time of need doesn't put no effort into it. We had a flat , asking us a ton of questions than puts us on hold just to loose us then when calling back(this is after a 45 min talk and wait) took another 35 min on hold. It was raining we had kids with us and it was disgusting on their part. I'll find something better.

Expérience fantastique: I buy Sobeys gift cards here and get 5% towards my auto insurance. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and twice i have needed a battery boost service has been very prompt.

Expérience négative: We booked a trip to Paris for August. We tried to start the process in May but our travel agent was on vacation every other week it seemed. It was very frustrating. She waited too long to book our tours and by the time she did it, we didn’t have the day we were hoping to get or we paid extra because there was only expensive tours left. It was a very stressful summer for a vacation which should have been a wonderful event. Our vacation at the end went without a glitch and we had an amazing time but it’s because of all the nagging we had to do in order to get this vacation finalized. Also, when we went to the Eiffel Tower Tour, we were scammed and was given us blue ticket (which got us on the second floor instead of the gold ticket which we had paid for to get to the summit. Upon our arrival, we tried to contact our travel agent, but guess what? You guessed it, SHE WAS ON ANOTHER VACATION!!!!!! so we spoke to John, the manager who was absolutely no help whatsoever. Contacted him by phone and he promised to get this organized…but weeks went by, we left messages on his answering machine but he would not answer them. My husband called again yesterday and left him another message . He then responded with the an answer to our question. If you are trying to book a trip , please save yourself the stress and headache and book with someone else!!!!

Expérience négative: Do not get insurance with CAA. Horrible people to deal with, My truck was stolen needed repairs won't cover the cost. Took the deductible twice. Its been almost 5 months of awful service. I will have to take legal action to get the proper amount for repairs. Shame on CAA. People don't waste your time with this company.

Expérience négative: I have calling and leaving messages and emails since February 18thand I have yet to hear from CAA. I have new information on my claim and no one will respond to me. This is a company that I will not be dealing with in the future. CAA likes it or not I paid into an insurance, I expect as would anyone who files a claim to be helped, and responded to. Poor service

Expérience fantastique: Ive never had to wait more than 20 mins for a tow driver, no matter where i am. Great service and well worth the monthly fees. One guy even changed battery on the spot with a 6 yr warranty. And it was only 200.00 taxes in. Compared to my other car battery put in by a garage that cost me over 500.00 for same brand of battery. So, its well worth having CAA.

Expérience positive: condescending and arrogant was in to enquire about caa approved car rentals outside north america the young female did not even have geographical knowledge although i had working attire on i am and havebeen a memb er for 25 years and a premium one at that suggest you train and employ people in customer service instead of giving out key chain freebies TOTALLY UNDERWHELMED by little pretty look at me rep or self styled manager with the acumen of a common house fly smarten up CAA you will lose this 75 year old customer

Expérience négative: Very poor customer service. I needed help but did not have an account with CAA, I got a rude response saying they could not help and to call other tow companies. The employee did not care the slightest about my situation and quickly dismissed my call.

Expérience négative: This company is a waste of good money. I have a neighbor who has CAA and when she calls they take hours to respond. It does not matter what the weather, what the hour or what the problem, they are as fast as a snail in cold weather going up hill. I also have a sister-in-law who bought into this scam and she finds the same thing, it takes forever to get someone on the line and it also takes forever for someone to be sent to the member's aide. Lousy company....No good and I would never recommend anyone to buy into this crappy service.
