Expérience négative: Highly unsatisfied with the customer service. I wanted to refund my ticket, but the travel agent would not respond to my requests in a timely manner. Did not seemed like he cared about my concerns either. This costed me my trip and vacation time. I will not be returning to this place and neither should you.

Expérience négative: Absolutely horrendous service. Our flight with PIA got cancelled due to COVID 19 back in March 2020. Even though PIA has provided cash refunds without any penalties to everyone already, these guys first offered us vouchers. After constant followup of 3 months, they still havent processed our refund. Again, even though PIA has refunded others that were on the same flights! Pathetic service! Avoid 100% there are better options out there.
