Expérience négative: Terrible experience with Afra Travel. They made a mistake with our ticket and didn’t help fix it. Instead, they acted rude and caused us extra costs by changing the airline for the replaced ticket. Worst customer service ever! Mr. Kamran changed the ticket but with another airline and DIDN'T answer my calls after he just made us accept the new ticket we didn't want. He's rude and not supportive if you have a problem.

All they care about is money and nothing else.We had to cancel our ticket because our covid test was positive the agent(Mahsa) told me Qatar airways will Deduct C$500 from each ticket because of this cancellation( we already sent the proof that shows the result of our covid test) .so Imagine two tickets $1000.!!!!!!! After talking to Qatar airways I Realised they receive full amount of money. They are Lying and they are deducting the money for nothing!!!!!

Expérience négative: When you deal with a Travel Agency you expect them not only to sell you a ticket but also to support you for any cancellation, ticket change or refund claim. Unfortunately Atlas Travel doesn't support you at all. Even when you are doing everything yourself and spending plenty of time communicating with Airlines to cancel the ticket and claim for refund and have all of the evidence and reference numbers for your refund which is deposited to their account they simply deny receiving any money and you have to fight with them as there is no sense of responsibility to customer. Currently I am in a situation that Air Canada clearly saying the refund money sent to Afra Travel and I have to deal with them directly and Afra Travel (even at management level) doesn't feel have to do anything other than easily denying receiving any money.

Me and my family spent almost $3500 worth of tickets only to find out, later, I could get a faster and shorter route at a much cheaper rate. Just shop around and look online and I promise you'll find much better flights at cheaper prices than Afra Travel.
