Expérience négative: Title: Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Information and Unfulfilled Refund Promises I’m writing this review to warn others about my experience with Travel Arrangers @ Fahad and Sayed. From the beginning, communication was extremely poor and filled with misleading information. We were told that our luggage would be free, but when we found out, the airline informed us that we had to pay additional fees. This caused unnecessary stress and extra expenses that should have been clarified in advance. On top of that, we have been waiting for a refund that was promised weeks ago. Every time we follow up, we receive excuses and empty assurances like “don’t worry” or “I’ve been busy,” but no actual resolution or refund. Despite multiple polite messages and reminders, there’s been no accountability or genuine effort to fix the issue. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a travel agent. We trusted them to handle our travel arrangements honestly, but instead, we’ve been left chasing answers and out of pocket for additional costs. I strongly advise anyone considering this agency to be very cautious. Always double-check all details directly with the airline before paying and don’t rely solely on their word. Expérience négative: **DO NOT WORK WITH THEM** A year or two ago, I took a trip with an institution where travel arrangers were used to coordinating the traveling logistics. Unfortunately, the flights on the way back were canceled due to one reason or another. According to the EU laws, we were given a hotel stay, a partial refund for the flight, and a promise for reimbursement for any money spent. However, to access this refund, we had to submit a ticket. Unfortunately, we could not submit a ticket because we used a travel agency, and the details that were placed were not of my contact information but of the agency. Thus, we had to go through the agency. Even though an email was sent to the agency with a description of what had happened, the agency decided not to react to it. There is a deadline to when the claims can be made, and the travel agents did not meet that deadline. Everyone on that trip got their money back on time that did not go through this agency. I was relentless in trying to get my money back and eventually, after a ton of emails, I was able to pry my money back to my account. I wonder what happens to the poor souls that do not ask for their money back from the agents? Why do they use their email as the main contact point and not the traveler? If this sort of situation happens to elderly folks (which is quite common) and the elderly do not push them, do they simply keep the money? I really think that they should be audited. Based on my experience, no one should ever use their services.

Expérience négative: Biggest Rip-off and Absolutely Terrible Customer Service! If I could give this travel agency zero stars, I would. I initially found a great price for my Turkish Airlines ticket, and though they did price match, I figured going through them would make things easier since I was traveling with kids. I couldn’t have been more wrong. First, despite specifically asking for kids' meals and seat selection, neither of these were arranged. At check-in, I tried selecting seats the moment it opened, but all seats were mysteriously "locked." I’m 200% sure there was some internal rigging because no seats were available, leaving me stuck in whatever seats were randomly assigned. So much for convenience! Then, my flight timings changed, and Turkish Airlines provided a complimentary option to adjust dates or timings. When I asked the agency to help, they demanded $300 per person as an "operation fee"—plus any fare difference! I even sent them screenshots showing it was supposed to be free, but they still insisted on charging this outrageous fee. Their customer service was dismissive and completely unhelpful, as if I was causing them trouble for requesting a service Turkish Airlines themselves were offering at no cost. In the end, I went for this agency only to be met with horrible customer service, nonexistent follow-through, and more stress than if I’d booked everything myself. If you're considering this agency, save your money and your sanity—book directly with the airline. This company is a rip-off, and I will never be using them again.

Expérience positive: Tried to buy tickets for two different trips for this summer but once I got forwarded to another agent and then that other agent didn't get back to me. Weird company. I used to buy my travel from them many years ago but things were quite different then. I had good experiences with them then. It's the only reason why they have 2 stars now from me, not one. *editing this review after their response: I did buy two tickets from Fahad. When he finally called, he said that Anne, the agent I talked to the previous week, replied to me with dates and arrangements for the travel I requested but in fact nobody replied to me, as I stated above. This attempt to gaslight a customer is puerile and dishonorable. I'm looking for another travel agency. You can do better, Travel Arrangers, including giving your employees time off during religious holidays so they won't be swamped with work.

Expérience négative: ZERO - Star Experience with Travel Arrangers- After experiencing a family bereavement and having to cancel our vacation, we reached out to Travel Arrangers for assistance as they had handled our booking. Despite our repeated attempts to contact them, they failed to respond or provide any assistance. Even after the airline confirmed they had requested a refund on our behalf, Travel Arrangers Mr. Syed remained unresponsive, leaving us in the dark and without the refund we were entitled to. Their lack of communication and support during such a difficult time is deeply disappointing. Avoid booking with them if you value reliable customer service.

Expérience fantastique: I booked ticked from Toronto to lahore and by accident I booked wrong return date and realized later, I called back travel Advisor Suleman, he listened my concern patiently, politely and solved in professional way, let me acknowledge that the services of Travel arranger is great and I am booking with them since long ago and never had any issue. They are cheaper than market. Suleman deserved 5 star with professional approach and has excellent customer service skill, he is asset for travel arranger. Normally I don’t bother giving review, but Suleman earned 5 star review.

Expérience négative: Sorry but these agents will give you more stress than anything. Had a trip planned and booked through them. During booking and payment everything was prompt and callbacks were on-time, even earlier. Once the payment was done, they would not return calls for 3 days, have no office I could visit. And for such a small issue it took me 3 months to sort out via the airline. I was travelling with 4 kids + 2 adults, business. For such a package I expected things would be relatively stressfree atleast during booking. The reservation code was diferrent, etc. At the end I had to sort this out myself with the airline, and was worried till the last moment at the airport if I would be allowed to board. Not worth it.

You were calling airline call center every 3 days until your travel date & asking them multiple questions & one of the airline agent have misguided you, which doesn’t mean we have issued an incorrect ticket. If there was any error on the ticket we issued you would have returned back home without travelling & that was surely not the case.

Expérience négative: Absolutely disappointed the way they do business during the Covid. If your travel cancellation due to Covid then there is no cancellation cost at all but this is not the case with this company because they try to hit your pocket at any cost. I would have check reviews about there business before I booked with them. I book travel with them and when I about to travel me and my family got infected with Covid 19 then we do not have any other choice then to cancel the trip and I provided them my PCR positive test. Now after week when I try to book once again the agent said I must pay 450 cancellation fee plus fare difference. I can understand fare difference but I think cancellation fee is rip off. This company does not care how loyal customer yiu are but they just see their pocket. I would never ever gona booked with them In the future. Thank

Expérience négative: One of the most negative experiences of my life was with this company when I travelled and had issues this company did not take responsibility for anything and the agent kept sweet talking me so I leave him alone and kept telling me please don’t complain to anyone because I will get in trouble with my boss. After giving him a chance he made me buy new tickets I was out $2500 but made it to Canada as compensation was offered three coupons for $50 but when I try to purchase a new ticket I have been hung up on, I have been ignored and I have been shown attitude for issues in the past. This company offered me $150 coupons to take down a bad review which is against Google policy but for the incentive I did remove my negative review but now that the company is not honouring the $50 coupons that were offered to me I’m writing this review to tell you do not travel with this company because when they pocket your money you are just a number and they don’t care if you don’t believe me then look at the negative reviews or just book a flight with them and see for yourselves I hope google is reading this because I feel used by this company when they made me remove a negative review that was honest but it was not a good image review for the company all these issues are because of fahad and others who talk to me recently when I try to book a ticket again I hope the owner of this company is reading this review because this is not lies it is the truth I have emails proving I was offered $50 coupons for three passengers and now no one will take my calls or book a ticket for me using those coupons because they magically don’t exist what a great company if you want poor customer service or to be left hanging while travelling abroad once again I will have to say pathetic attempt at customer service

Expérience négative: I had a terrible experience with travel arrangers. I booked my flights through them from Toronto to Pakistan and back via dubai on 10th October 2021. My flight from Lahore to Dubai got cancelled on 14th October and reinstated but the travel agent, Mr Saeed never re confirmed my seat. He did not share any of my details (phone number or email) with emirates either for them to contact me. On 15th November, two days before my flight, I got an email from Mr Saeed that my flight was cancelled and instead of re-booking himself he asked me to book it from Lahore. After this when I inquired from Emirates I got to know that the flight was cancelled and reinstated but my travel agent never reconfirmed my seat and when contacted he refused to take any responsibility. I was left with only one option to buy a new ticket on a short notice at an extremely high price due to Dubai expo. The entire experience of travelling through them was extremely traumatic and anxious. I was standing at the air port not sure if I’ll be able to take my next flight from Dubai to Toronto and make it to my job or family on time. I would strongly recommend everyone not to book their travel plans with travel arrangers!

Expérience fantastique: Travel Arrangers 43-3045 South Creek Road, Mississauga I personally wanted to write regarding my experience at Travel Arrangers.  When something bad is experienced, people mouth off and the complaints go all the way to the top, however too often the excellent service of men and women goes unrecognized when something good / positive is experienced.  Being one individual among many, this review may, or may not make a difference, but I would still like to do my share and recognize your Travel Arrangers staff member Mr Fahad Siddiqui. When I met Fahad, I was greeted with a pleasant personality, accompanied with a smiling face.  When it comes to traveling, flights etc... I know for a fact that, at times I can be a difficult client because I ask a million questions. However, I was pleasantly surprised when  Mr Fahad was very patient with me, and made every effort to resolve my queries.  He went beyond the call of duty to provide me with information I needed and all the services he provided were done in a wonderful, quick and efficient manner.  He had all the answers on her fingertips and responded to my questions perfectly. What made me happy was that he kept on providing helpful details until everything was completed to my full satisfaction.  I felt that he is very professional, extremely polite, well trained, and has excellent command over everything related to performing his job.  Having said that, there is no doubt that Mr. Fahad is not only a great asset to your organization, but he also adds value to your business which is beyond measure.  I have been to other travel agencies, but I am most pleased with this location, which has left me with a remarkable customer service experience that reflects very well on the organization as a whole. In my opinion,  Mr. Fahad effortlessly set the “customer service bar” so high that it’s just incredible.  The travel & hotel division is a tough place to work in and he is doing a fantastic job when it comes to relationship building and providing personalized service; as that's all there is that counts in this competitive industry.  Service is the only thing that matters to me when I enter a business as a patron, and it was wonderful to see Travel Arrangers staff on top of their game.  My experience, my interaction, and the client care that I received at this location is EXACTLY in line with what the Travel Arrangers name stands for. Expérience fantastique: My husband was stranded in Bangalore airport due to some last minute changes that british airways did and did not inform us. No one on the airport itself was of any help. My husband had no local phone and barely had access to internet. I called Mr. Fahad from travel arrangers and he help me book a ticket within minutes and was able to give me the best price possible. I will always be grateful for this as he went out of his way after office hours to help me out. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient travel assistance.

Expérience négative: I bought tickets from Fahad and had to make some changes. He wouldn’t call back when I’d leave messages and then was in a rush as my original departure was 24hrs away. We made the changes and he told the fare difference of $2050 for us all and I accepted as I didn’t feel I had a choice as it was so last minute. I received an itinerary from him but no invoice or etickets have been received yet. When I checked online I couldn’t see mine and my daughter’s return flights. I called PIA and they said the return wasn’t issued. They just saw a departure for us both but my husband had a return issued too. They also said I shouldn’t have had to pay any fare difference. All these changes were happening due to my father passing away. I had wanted to cancel the tickets but Fahad said we can only get a refund if the death happens on the day of travel which PIA says is not true. When I called and spoke to Fahad about this he refused to admit he did anything wrong. He said PIA is not correct. All to say I would not trust this agency again. Go to the airline directly you will get much better service and honesty.

Turkish airlines cancelled flight and Travel Arranger : - Failed to update me about flight cancellation despite the airlines notified travel agents ahead of time - Never got any notification from them until we heard flight cancellation from back home and approached them - Had to call them several times to get the cancellation confirmation - Their agent tried to sell higher fare ticket instead of pursuing airline to get refund or re book - Despite airline confirmed me on email to follow up with agency to get the full refund, they are refusing to refund and say "tickets are non refundable" Still following up with airline and Travel agent to get my money back. Stay away from them !! I have all communication copies with me to prove all above. My friend bought tickets from Expedia on same flight and they got the refund less than 10 days.

Expérience fantastique: I was recently in Pakistan with family on vacation and had flights cancelled due to mechanical trouble. My father has an immune system deficiency and needed to get home for a treatment. The rescheduled flight could not accommodate, so I called Professional Travel arrangers a Direct Travel Company looking for help. Expérience négative: BY FAR the worst travel agent experience that I could have ever imagined. My family had flights booked via Travel Arrangers to go to Germany in July 2020. The flights were booked pre-covid, and honestly their service would have been fine had the pandemic not hit. HOWEVER, their lack of service as the pandemic progressed was appalling. In May, we were having a difficult time getting in contact with our Travel Agent, Fahad. We ended up calling the airline directly, and we were informed that the flight segment from Toronto to Hamburg had been cancelled. Why did we not hear about this from the Travel Agent? That’s just the beginning. I lieu of not being able to go to Europe, my husband and I tried to adjust some of the details of travel so that we could go and visit his parents (we live in AB, they live in ON). Since my father-in-law was the one who originally booked the flights to Europe, most of the communication with the travel agent had to go through him. There ended up being some miscommunication between my FIL and Fahad. English is my FILs second language, and Fahad has very very poor communication and customer service skills and didn’t follow up with anything – so long story short, my husband and I showed up at the airport with email verification of our itineraries (sent through Travel Arrangers), and low and behold we didn’t have seats on the plane. We did have seats on a plane two weeks prior, which we “no-showed” for and therefore lost the funds associated with the flights. I immediately got Fahad on the phone. After ample arguing, he got us booked onto the plane that we were trying to board, and I was very clear with him that this was HIS screw up for lack of communication and that Travel Arrangers should take 100% responsibility for those flights - but the minute we boarded the plane, Fahad sent an invoice to my FIL for $1000 for the last minute flights. Keep in mind, that we had already paid THOUSANDS for flights to Europe for the family (a trip that was cancelled) and we had not yet received a refund. Fast forward through a lot of phone calls with Fahad and airline reps, we learned that the airline for the Germany flights had already refunded the cost of the flights to Travel Arrangers for the full amount. So all of our money was back in their pockets yet Fahad had the audacity to tell us that the airline charges a $400 PER PERSON fee for the refund. Even though the airline had already confirmed that they had given refunds in full. And on top of that, Travel Arrangers was charging a $25 per person fee for a refund. So let's say that all in, the Germany flights for the family were about $6000. With their “cancellation fees” and the $1000 he was charging us for the Calgary to Toronto flights, we were looking at a refund of $2875. So a $3125 LOSS for a trip that was CANCELLED BY THE AIRLINE. I don’t even know what the outcome of that refund was… at one point Fahad offered travel credits instead, and my FIL and sister in law flew out to Alberta. My FIL was so upset by all of this that he wouldn’t even tell us if he got ANY money back. So I don’t know for sure, but I would suspect that at the end of the day, there was little to no refund. It that is the case then we ended up paying $6000 for two sets of flights between Calgary and Toronto for two people. I want to be clear that I rarely leave bad reviews, and I tried to let this go – but months after all of this occurred, I still felt compelled to warn others. So PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid this travel agency at all costs. Read the negative reviews here. I think that some of the positive ones are fake / they are asking people they know to write a good review. I'm honestly surprised that they're still in business, but it's probably because they keep people's money.

Expérience fantastique: I booked one seat for for my wife, due to the death of her father, for travel to Pakistan in September and return was in October. Flights were badly effected due to COVID-19. My wife's passport was even expired and she need to fly in two days. However Syed at Travel Arrangers helped me at every step. Syed stay in touch with me even after she arrived in Pakistan and guide me how to obtain COVID test in order to depart for Canada in time. I am very impressed by the professional services that Travel Arrangers provided. I would highly recommend Travel Arrangers whenever you need to buy the airline ticket. Thanks, Masood

Expérience négative: This travel agency is only here to steal your money I do not use this agency for travel. The staff is very rude never available to take calls and never returns voicemails left with the incompetent secretary that is always picking up the calls. There are many better travel agencies out there and do your research or deal with this company and get ready for the worst experience you’ll ever have dealing with a travel agency

Expérience négative: I rarely ever use Agents and now I know why. Their prices are terrible and much higher than if I booked myself online. They don't get back to you in a timely manner and sneak extra charges where there shouldn't be. I would never use them again, and I will recommend that no one else does. Ever. You're better off using Expedia.

I had 25 tickets to buy for me and my friends but they wasted customers due to poor customer service. Hope they get better if they want business

Expérience négative: Overpriced tickets, bad customer service and takes advantage when you have to change the date. Dealing directly with the airline saved a lot for the same route which they quoted much higher price. Stay away from agents like these!
