Expérience négative: Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Service – AVOID ASHA TRAVELS LTD! I am beyond frustrated with the atrocious service I received from ASHA TRAVELS LTD. My flight was canceled, and in an emergency situation, I tried reaching out to them for assistance. They completely ignored my attempts to contact them and failed to provide any help when I needed it the most. Despite their promise to call me back, I was left stranded and had to figure everything out on my own. What’s even worse, I was charged multiple times for changes to my booking. The invoice clearly showed a charge of $290, but when I went to make the payment, the amount jumped to $690.I tried calling them for clarification, but once again, no one responded. I was left completely in the dark, with no follow-up, no explanation, and no support. The customer service is non-existent. Mr. Sumon, in particular, treated me with a level of disrespect and arrogance that I’ve never experienced from a service provider. It was as if I was getting service for free, even though I was paying for it. The attitude was appalling, and their lack of professionalism was glaringly obvious. I never, ever recommend ASHA TRAVELS LTD to anyone.They are irresponsible, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. They made my travel experience incredibly stressful, and when I was stuck at the dubai airport, they didn’t even pick up the phone. I have never encountered such disgusting customer service. This company has a serious attitude problem and lack of transparency. Save your money and sanity, stay far away from ASHA TRAVELS LTD.
Expérience négative: My experience with this service was very disappointing. When I called to request my itinerary, I was unable to complete my sentence before being interrupted. The female representative spoke in a rude manner and ended the call abruptly, which I found highly unprofessional. Effective communication is a fundamental aspect of customer service, and such behavior reflects poorly on the organization. I hope they take steps to improve their professionalism and customer interactions.

Expérience négative: The worst service I could say they can offer. I called them to get an inquiry about a ticket to Bangladesh. I told them I have to visit within 3-4 days and looking for a ticket. One female received the call and told me she would call me back soon. For last two days I didn’t get any communication from them. If you are incapable of providing the immediate service or doesn’t have any professionalism, you have to be upfront that you are not capable of providing the efficient service. Then nobody has to wait for your reply for two days just to get an itinerary.

Expérience négative: Asha Travels Ltd is disrespectful and dishonest with the innocent customers. They have not disclosed the financial terms and conditions to a customers intentionally. Due to the reason, many customers were getting trouble by the Asha Travels Ltd. They loves to use loopholes against the innocent customers. My advice for the innocent customers, you can buy any tickets through the Google. You will not face any troubles. It will be much more easier and reliable.
Expérience négative: WILL CAUSE PROBLEMS FOR YOU AFTER YOU ARE IN BANGLADESH. In times of Covid or other reasons, you might have to switch your tickets and other accommodations. If you stay up late late into the night to call at 9 am or even 1pm EST (toronto time) he will NOT PICK up. you can call him 8,10, 20 times and he wont pick up. Got an auntie of mine in Canada to call and he yelled and swore at her that he'll do whatever he wants. Is this how you talk to an elder lady asking simple questions?

They would be more comfortable in Bengali আশা ট্রাভেল হলো একটা জঘন্য ট্রাভেল এজেন্সি এখান থেকে টিকিট কিনলে আপনি প্রতারিত হবেন। আমরা এখান থেকে টিকেট কিনে যথেষ্ট ভোগান্তিতে পড়তে হয়েছে। এরা ক্যানাডা এসেও সেই বাংলাদেশের মতো উল্টোপাল্টা ব্যবসা মানুষের সাথে করে। আপনি যখন বিপদে পড়বেন তখন তাদেরকে চিনতে পারবেন না, তারা পুরোপুরি এ আপনার বিরুদ্ধে চলে যাবে। কেস মামলা ছাড়া তাদের থেকে টাকা উদ্ধার করা কঠিন। আমি এখন Google or Emirates Airlines থেকে সরাসরি টিকেট কিনতে পারি। তাতে আমার সাশ্রয় হয় এবং আমি ভালো কাস্টমার সার্ভিস পেয়ে থাকি। তাদের মিষ্টি কথায় আপনি নিজেকে বিপদে ফেলবেন না। তাদের সাথে লেনদেন করার সময় অবশ্যই ট্রাম এন্ড কন্ডিশন গুলো জেনে নিবেন। ধন্যবাদ

Expérience négative: I am very much upset with their service and behavior . If it was possible to give them 0 star, I'd have go for that. We wanted to change our departure date and contacted them few days earlier of our departure. They said there a charge involved with this procedures. Charge was $790 for each ticket. That was too much. So, we asked them to release our tickets, so that we can visit emirates sales office in Dhaka. But they didn't release our tickets. Only because of that we had to spend $3000 for new tickets for two people. I recommend never buy tickets through Asha Travels. Their customer care is worse, rude and irresponsible.

So, once they have your details, you might be in big trouble. We had to suffer a lot because of this guy and his very unprofessional and uncivilized behavior.

I just called to get some info and he treated me like anything you can imagine. This guy should either learn how to serve Canadians, get treatment or go back to where he comes from. I wanted to change a date, a simple travel agent function, and this guy, Sumon flat out said, "You know what, don't call here again!" Can you believe it!! Someone who actually doesn't want to sell. His prices are also not so cheap. I wasn't even rude to him. There is no shortage of travel agents in this city, so there's no need to go to Asha Travels.
