Expérience fantastique: Nous avons passé un week-end tellement amusant ! Les arrêts de la visite offraient une grande variété de saveurs et d'options, le personnel était sympathique et compétent. C'est notre deuxième visite de bière et ce ne sera certainement pas la dernière ! Notre guide, Rogie, était divertissant, énergique et amical. C'était parfait.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai récemment utilisé Redback pour une visite de bière privée pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille. Angela a été très réactive et agréable à travailler. Le chauffeur du jour était super et le bus était parfait pour le groupe !

Expérience fantastique: My wife booked a Redback bus for a private outing we arranged ourselves for a group of 11 and two stops. The bus was fantastic and our driver/host Rogi was awesome. So fun and accommodating and knowledgeable about our two destinations. Excellent and reasonably priced service!

Expérience négative: Attention à leurs exigences de 'nombre minimum' avant de réserver. J'avais un voyage réservé avec mes parents (un mois à l'avance), ils ont annulé quelques jours avant la date prévue en raison du nombre insuffisant de réservations pour que cela soit rentable. Très décevant et cela a eu un impact sur un voyage.

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons fait une visite à pied des chutes du Niagara le 18 septembre 2022. Notre guide touristique Catherine était exceptionnelle ! Elle nous a raconté des informations très intéressantes sur l'histoire des chutes du Niagara. Les histoires et les faits étaient fascinants, et ses narrations ont rendu la visite amusante et excitante. Nous aurions manqué quelque chose si nous n'avions pas fait cette visite. Expérience fantastique: J'ai engagé Redback pour transporter mon équipe pour le Ride to Conquer Cancer. Le chauffeur est arrivé exactement à l'heure et était sympathique. Angela était agréable à travailler avec et a rapidement répondu pour nous réserver. Ils ont retiré beaucoup de stress de mes épaules alors que j'étais préoccupé par le transport. Angela était super avec qui travailler - le processus était si facile et sans stress. Notre chauffeur Paul était tout aussi formidable. Expérience fantastique: I hired Redback Tours to drive my family of 5 into Canada from Buffalo to avoid Canada’s disastrous quarantine hotels. The Hotels would have cost my family over $2000….ridiculous! Instead I paid less than a third of that and was driven straight to my home! The service was excellent and the bus was top notch with leather seats and USB charging ports at the seats. Complimentary ice cold water topped off a great experience! Thanks Angela, Paul for organizing our trip and for your tips and suggestions. Thank you Jose for being so professional and brining some sanity to our boarder crossing.

She was so accommodating and went out of her way to give us all the little things that made a surprise birthday adventure one to remember. Our driver, Jose Alberto kept us entertained, on track and on time - awesome. The venues were beautiful and welcoming, the food and drink incredible and the entire day was beyond our expectations. Right from my initial phone call, regarding bus sizes and pricing to being dropped off at our final destination, myself and my group were absolutely blown away with the service that was provided. The bus was clean, roomy and extremely comfortable. We booked the 20 person bus as we had 18 guys with golf clubs...not an issue whatsoever. Our bus driver was very professional and prompt. He deserved the tip we provided him!! Redback tours will be our 1st choice when it comes to booking!!!

Expérience fantastique: Angela at Redback was amazing to work with! We had planned to use them for our wedding, however, due to the pandemic we were unable to have the guests required for a shuttle. Angela was extremely understanding as we went through multiple changes to our plans throughout the various lockdowns and rule changes. While we did not end up using their services, we will most definitely be booking our next event with them! Customer service is clearly a major priority of Redback Tours, and we would recommend them to anyone looking to book shuttle service of any size and for any event!

Paul has researched and organized flights and tours that included a cruise of the Greek Islands and the Rhine River and Coach tours of Italy, Europe and Ireland and we are looking forward to an upcoming Coach tour of Spain & Portugal in May. Paul’s attention to detail and broad travel knowledge has taken away much of the stress and uncertainty in planning our trips abroad. Expérience fantastique: We recently booked a Niagara wine tour event for a group of 18ppl. We used Redback tours to manage all the transportation for our event from bringing us to 4x wineries, to our dinner afterwards, and the final drop off back home. It allowed everyone to enjoy themselves without having to worry about driving, navigating, or being separated between each stop. The mini coach bus was brand new and absolutely gorgeous! The oversized, leather seats made everyone comfortable which was an added bonus for those who needed to sleep on the way home from our busy day. The driver was professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to have as our driver. We highly recommend Redback tours for any of your upcoming event and gatherings. We are already planning our next one and making sure we get ourselves booked into their schedule!
