Expérience positive: Service rapide et bon marché ! J'ai demandé mon visa pour le Vietnam, 100 $ pour 30 jours, entrée simple. Si vous comparez le visa pour d'autres pays, cela coûte beaucoup, mais comparé à d'autres agences de voyage pour le même visa, c'est moitié prix. J'ai obtenu le visa en 4 jours ouvrables ! La seule raison pour laquelle je donne 4 étoiles, c'est que vous devez laisser votre passeport sans aucune paperasse. Ils se contentent de prendre une photocopie de votre passeport et sur cette copie, vous écrivez votre adresse, votre numéro de téléphone, la durée et l'adresse de votre séjour au Vietnam.

Ils parlent à la fois anglais et vietnamien. Ils m'ont appelé lorsque mes documents étaient prêts à être récupérés. J'ai obtenu mon visa de voyage en 5 jours ouvrables.

Expérience fantastique: Je suis allé à Global Travel pour un visa pour le Vietnam. Ils étaient très professionnels. Ils m'ont appelé lorsque le visa était prêt. Cela a pris 5 jours comme ils l'avaient dit. Tout s'est bien passé, j'ai reçu un très bon service. Je les utiliserai certainement à nouveau et recommanderai cette agence à mes amis.

Expérience négative: Ils fournissent de bonnes informations concernant les vols, ont de bons employés prêts à travailler avec vous pour obtenir des billets d'avion et ont de grandes notes concises concernant votre achat. La seule chose négative à propos de cette agence de voyage est qu'ils ont un mauvais service, j'ai donné mon passeport pour qu'ils puissent vérifier mon passeport et obtenir mon visa d'entrée pour le pays que je visite à l'étranger au bureau des passeports à Ottawa, mais ils ne m'ont jamais été retourné depuis 4 semaines.
