Expérience fantastique: Bien organisé, j'ai passé un excellent moment. Carole, notre guide touristique, a fait un travail incroyable en veillant à ce que nous soyons tous pris en charge et en ayant même de super conseils pour les repas, les moyens d'obtenir des légumes, les sites à voir. Elle a également rendu les longues parties du trajet amusantes avec des histoires et des films. Roy, le chauffeur de bus, était fabuleux, sûr, joyeux et avait aussi des histoires drôles à partager.

Expérience fantastique: Ma mère et moi avons récemment fait une visite avec Comfort Tours à New York ! Quel bon moment nous avons passé ! Julie était une guide touristique incroyable et avait tout organisé pour nous chaque jour ! Nous n'avions rien à craindre sauf d'arriver à notre point de rendez-vous chaque jour ! LOL. (Et c'était super facile) Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir John comme chauffeur de bus pour notre voyage. Et la façon dont il manœuvre à travers New York est tout simplement incroyable !! Bon travail John et Julie ! Nous allons certainement réserver à l'avenir pour une autre escapade !!

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons fait notre visite de New York du 19 au 22 septembre 2024. Notre guide/directrice Jessica et le chauffeur Ken sont tous deux incroyables, très agréables et ont fait un excellent travail !

Expérience fantastique: Je reviens de New York. Mon ami et moi avons passé le meilleur moment de tous les temps ! Nous avons rencontré des gens incroyablement sympathiques et nous en avons adoptés quelques-uns en chemin. L'Empire State Building et le pont de Brooklyn étaient incroyables. Nous avons marché beaucoup de kilomètres mais cela en valait vraiment la peine. Nous avons terminé notre nuit avec des margaritas au 31e étage. Quel panorama ! Un clin d'œil à Ken, le conducteur. Il était super cool et a conduit dans ces rues de New York avec une telle facilité. Maintenant, Jessica... elle était une excellente guide touristique. Toujours souriante et répondant aux questions. Super équipe... super voyage ❤️

Expérience négative: L'hôtel était très bruyant la nuit - le Hyatt est un hôtel de fête. Autobus très inconfortable. Ils s'attendent également à ce que vous payiez 50 $ pour les pourboires à la fin du voyage.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai passé un excellent voyage à NYC début août 24 avec Natasha, notre guide. Elle était très sympathique, a interagi avec tout le monde et était très professionnelle. Ses anecdotes personnelles étaient la cerise sur le gâteau. Ken, notre chauffeur, était très bienveillant, soigné, et un très bon conducteur. J'espère pouvoir les retrouver lors d'une autre visite à l'avenir.

Expérience fantastique: Mon mari et moi venons de rentrer de nos vacances en Nouvelle-Écosse et à l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard. Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment. Notre groupe était vraiment super pour voyager ensemble. Julie et notre chauffeur de bus Bob étaient absolument fantastiques. Nous recommanderions sans aucun doute Comfort Tours.

Expérience fantastique: Ma sœur et moi sommes parties avec Comfort Tours pour notre premier voyage à New York. C'était quatre jours incroyables. Nous avons vu tellement de choses et eu l'occasion de faire encore plus. Notre chauffeur Ken était un conducteur brillant et très patient. Conduire à New York ne peut pas être facile en voiture, encore moins en bus. Natasha, notre guide touristique, était pleine de joie et très compétente. Tout le voyage s'est déroulé sans accroc, avec des informations sur la façon dont chaque partie du voyage serait gérée et des horaires exacts pour assurer que tout le monde suive le plan. Nous avons adoré le voyage, nos camarades de bus et surtout Ken et Natasha.

Expérience positive: Je viens de rentrer d'une visite de 4 jours à New York. C'était très bien et beaucoup d'informations ont été partagées. L'hôtel dans le New Jersey était excellent. L'itinéraire était bon. Notre chauffeur Ken était un excellent conducteur et très utile. Natasha a fait de son mieux pour garder tout le monde heureux. Le bus est un peu vieux et pas très confortable, si vous êtes une personne grande, vous aurez des problèmes. Les sièges sont durs et pas confortables pour voyager 12 heures dans chaque direction.

Expérience fantastique: Nous venons de rentrer d'un fantastique voyage de 4 jours à New York ! Un grand merci à notre chauffeur, John, qui a facilité nos déplacements en ville, et à notre guide, Gerda, qui était à la fois compétente et soucieuse de notre groupe et de notre confort. Je recommande vivement ce voyage, surtout pour les primo-visiteurs à New York qui souhaitent un voyage organisé sans avoir besoin de faire beaucoup de recherches ou de planification. Nous ferons certainement d'autres voyages avec eux.

Expérience fantastique: Mon mari et moi venons de terminer notre voyage à New York du 17 au 20 mai 2024, c'était incroyable, nous souhaiterions avoir plus de jours pour explorer New York, notre directrice de tournée Elliane et notre chauffeur Patie étaient formidables, nous le recommandons vraiment, c'est notre deuxième fois et nous le ferons à nouveau dans d'autres endroits... Le Hyatt Regency à New Brunswick était merveilleux.

Expérience fantastique: Je reviens d'un tour de cinq jours et quatre nuits à Nashville avec Julie comme guide et John comme chauffeur de bus. Quelle belle combinaison !! Tous deux fun et professionnels. J'ai adoré le sens de l'humour de John et ses cravates à thème. Julie était toujours joyeuse et bien organisée. Nous nous sommes tous sentis en sécurité avec ces deux-là.

Expérience fantastique: Je suis allé en mai dernier pour mon anniversaire pour rayer un point de ma liste de choses à faire. Première fois à New York et j'ai passé un moment incroyable et mémorable avec Natasha, la guide touristique. Elle est si charmante et amicale. Le chauffeur du bus de Denny, John, était génial. Merci d'avoir rendu mon anniversaire mémorable !!! Je recommande vivement !

Expérience fantastique: Le voyage sur ma liste de choses à faire à Nashville et Memphis est maintenant rayé de ma liste. Notre guide touristique Jessica et notre chauffeur de bus Ken ont rendu le voyage si agréable et incroyable. Notre première excursion en bus a été une excellente expérience. Nous réserverons certainement un autre voyage avec Comfort Tours. Jessica est une hôtesse incroyable. Elle est toujours au point pour tous les pickups et les départs. Elle est bien informée sur les détails de notre voyage. C'est une dame très dynamique et positive. Ken était un chauffeur courtois et incroyable. Ses compétences sont au-delà de l'incroyable. Nous nous sommes senti très en sécurité !

Expérience négative: C'est cool mais je pense que c'est beaucoup mieux de voyager seul. Je suis allé à New York et j'ai pris un vol direct, un meilleur hôtel, des points de voyage, plus de liberté, etc., le tout pour moins cher que lorsque j'ai fait cela. Dans le bus, si une personne doit utiliser les toilettes, tout le bus doit attendre, vous devez rester assis dans le bus toute la journée, ce qui vous fait perdre votre premier et quatrième jour de voyage, et vous êtes également invité à partager des tables au restaurant avec des inconnus. Ils nous ont également promis un "autocar de luxe" et nous avons été assis dans un bus au budget de "Denny's". Vous savez ce qu'est un "autocar de luxe" ? C'est l'inverse. Les sièges ne s'inclinaient même pas et le matériau ressemblait à un tapis. Ils ont également appelé un Hyatt Regency un "hôtel de luxe". CE QUI ÉTAIT À UNE HEURE DE NYC. Vous êtes libre de faire ce que vous voulez mais je pense que cela induit les gens en erreur. Oui, cela peut convenir aux débutants ou aux personnes âgées, mais les voyageurs expérimentés sont probablement mieux seuls. Notre guide était très gentil.

Expérience positive: J'ai apprécié une tournée de 4 jours à NEW YORK CITY : du 29 décembre 2023 au 1er janvier 2024. L'Hôtel : Hyatt Regency New Brunswick (au New Jersey). Et, Julie, la Directrice de la Tournée et John le Chauffeur de Bus. Je suis heureux de partager quelques photos (ci-dessous). Dans l'ensemble, une approche économique pour des vacances avec une diversité potentielle dans la démographie, y compris mais sans s'y limiter, les déterminants sociaux. 5/5

Expérience fantastique: Très bonne visite pour découvrir l'hôtel de glace, les chutes Montmorency et la ville de Québec en une journée, très complète, le guide Thomas très aimable, les services en général très bien. Je le recommande, c'est une bonne expérience.

Expérience fantastique: Je viens de rentrer hier d'un tour de 4 jours à NYC. Ma mère et moi avons passé un moment merveilleux. Notre guide touristique Natasha était incroyable et toujours prête à aider avec des directions et à donner des recommandations pour notre temps libre. Notre chauffeur Ken était phénoménal. La circulation autour de NYC était folle et il reste tellement calme, détendu et posé. L'hôtel dans le New Jersey était également charmant. Je vais certainement rejoindre une autre visite, espérons-le l'année prochaine !

Expérience fantastique: C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons à NYC avec ces gars-là, nous avons eu une expérience incroyable avec John le chauffeur de bus et les guides touristiques Hardy et Eliot, ils étaient vraiment compétents. Nous avons un plan pour un voyage à Chicago la prochaine fois. Je recommande vivement Comfort Tour Canada à tous ceux qui aiment visiter les États-Unis et le Canada.

Expérience fantastique: Our tour was Oct 20-23,2016. It was absolutely amazing to NYC. Al (bus driver) and Natasha(tour guide) were incredible, Al maneuvering Manhattan & Natasha with her knowledge. the scenery was amazing with the fall colours and Al stopped at a few locations to let us take pictures. the tour they set up in New York was something we would never have been able to do on our own. the Hyatt Regency is a 5 star hotel in my opinion. people were very friendly and it was very clean and well organized when we arrived. I would definitely recommend any tours with this company.

Expérience fantastique: My sister and I went on 4 day Quebec City bus tour. It was fantastic! Our bus driver Roxanne got us there and back safely and was great getting us through some tricky situations. Natasha our guide was the best. She went above and beyond to make sure that we all had the best experience. I would recommend Comfort Tours and we plan on booking another trip next year.

Expérience fantastique: Nous avons récemment visité Nashville avec Comfort Tours. Je recommande vivement cette excellente entreprise. Julie et John sont très professionnels et informatifs. J'ai hâte de vivre notre prochaine expérience de visite avec cette merveilleuse entreprise.

Expérience fantastique: J'ai participé à deux excursions avec cette entreprise et je les ai toutes les deux adorées. Le trajet en bas était génial, le bus était confortable, avait le wifi et des pauses régulières. Et les hôtels étaient mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais.

Expérience positive: Natasha et John étaient très bons. La visite du premier jour à Central Park, suivie du mémorial du 11 septembre, était géniale. Les descriptions en cours de route nous ont donné de bonnes idées sur la façon d'utiliser notre temps libre. Pour la plupart, nous avons apprécié notre visite et la visite guidée. Les choses que je pensais pourraient être meilleures... lors de la traversée en ferry de l'île, il pleuvait, et notre bus est arrivé au quai avant celui d'autres touristes. Mais notre guide touristique ne doit pas avoir dit quoi que ce soit quand ils ont tous poussé à travers la sécurité devant nous. Et... nous emmener dans une aire de restauration le premier jour pour le déjeuner était décevant. Cela aurait dû être un vieux restaurant classique de NEW YORK. Peut-être un petit deli classique ou une pizza NY. Mais je peux aller dans une aire de restauration au centre commercial local.

Expérience fantastique: I don’t even know where to start.. this has got to be one of the most amazing trips I have experienced, from having Natasha as our tour guide and John the most amazing professional driver! Natasha is so educated and really knows her stuff so very helpful and even checks in to make sure your good with everything from knowing where and what you want to do on your free time and giving many great tips, we really enjoyed her and will be booking another trip trough Comfort Tours in hopes Natasha will be our tour guide. As for John WOW how he deals with New York drivers I just don’t know how he does it, thank you both John and Natasha for our amazing trip look forward to seeing you both again! Oh I should also say something about the wonderful hotel we stayed at, the Marriott Bridgewater which is newly updated, very clean rooms and I had the best sleep ever on the comfy bed! The bathroom was nice size and loved the large walk-in shower with great water pressure! Staff was great and friendly in the restaurant and food was great for breakfast. We had dinner there one night too and the meatballs were to die for and hubby said the burger was very good! Thank you for helping us celebrate our 15 year anniversary it was definitely worth it!!

Expérience fantastique: Just returned from the New York City tour with my family. Can’t say enough about our fantastic tour guide Julie and superb driver John. As a team, they were very informed, conscientious, patient, & knowledgeable staff. All the NYC trivia tidbits were very informative, funny, & rounded out a very memorable trip. We had a great boat tour around the Statue Of Liberty, walking around Manhattan, Times Square, on the High Line, Chinatown, & taking in all of the sights will be fondly remembered for a long time. Accommodations were also well enjoyed and comfortable. A big thank you to Comfort Tours. Would most definitely recommend to others wanting to see the Big Apple safely & comfortably.

Expérience fantastique: Very happy with Comfort Tours. My son and I took a trip to Ottawa/Montreal/Quebec City. Great memories made! Ottawa is full of history, Montreal is eclectic with a vibrant night life, and Quebec City is gorgeous. Dress up and take pictures. I'm a single mom and wouldn't have driven the distance so the bus tour makes sense. The hotel was amazing. Beautiful and located in downtown Montreal, close to everything. The tours were good but too long. I think 1.5 hours is a better length to allow for more personal exploration time. Otherwise, everything was fantastic. The boat tour around 1000 Islands on the last day ended the trip nicely. The bus tours are well-planned and executed; fairly priced; and super fun! I'm already planning a Nashville and NYC trip in 2023 through Comfort Tours. :)

( I generally don't like to travel as a group,but this tour was a great combination of group time and exploring city on your own) I can't say enough good things about our guardian angel aka bus driver Ken! Such a great way to enjoy many sights of the destination you are traveling to, which you may not even know to do if you were traveling on your own. We were a family during the trip. Myriam is an excellent bus driver and I admire the wonderful job she is doing. Elliane was very entertaining and nice during the tours. We would never have experienced Boston the way we did if we went on our own. James our bus driver was the best. Always got the best parking spots and he could sing..lol. Would highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: We are just finishing our 4 day trip to NYC. Our tour guide was Natasha and our driver was John. I cannot say enough about this experience. Natasha has thought of everything. She shared her knowledge and experiences of NYC. She gave a thorough history of so many landmarks. Natasha covered so much in her group talks but also provided one on one advice for any excursions we hoped to take during our free time. With her guidance we were able to navigate the train and NYC subway. Her instructions were clear and concise. She was funny and very approachable. It was so nice to just be able to relax and have John drive us to and through NYC. He did a great job. I was traveling with my daughter-16 and her friend-15 and I felt safe. The only thing that I would have made the trip better would be to stay longer, although we did pack ALOT into our 2 days in NYC. I may visit again in December. Thanks for an amazing trip.

Expérience fantastique: Just went to New York City last week. All I can say is that both Natasha and Ken were the best! Not only were they EXTREMELY kind they were also very helpful. They made this trip 1000x better, for sure. The bus was comfortable with foot rest’s and washroom and the hotel we stayed at, had a very luxurious feel to it. I am so glad we took this tour not only we learned SO MUCH about NYC, we also had so much extra time which was ideal for those who want to get more time walking and visiting the city at their own time. The highlight of this trip was definitely the ferry, seeing the Statue of Liberty so close really makes this experience PERFECT. Thank you comfort tours for providing clients with such a fulfilling, learning and fun experience. If I were to travel with you guys again, I will for sure make sure Natasha is the tour guide! Can’t wait to return to NYC

Expérience négative: Pire expérience de ma vie, ils ne savent même pas quel hôtel a la réservation. J'ai perdu 3 heures

Expérience positive: J'ai déjà voyagé avec eux et j'ai fait un excellent tour !!

Expérience négative: pas une bonne idée si vous avez un passeport étranger de voyager avec eux, facile de se faire renvoyer sans remboursement. ils n'ont aucun soutien à ce sujet, même pas un indice de base que la plupart des autres agences fournissent, par exemple un passeport valide d'au moins 6 mois.

Expérience positive: Bon et génial tout au long. La charmante, très amicale et compétente directrice de tournée, Natasha, était peut-être le point culminant de tout le voyage. De plus, Ken, le chauffeur de bus, est un homme âgé adorable et terre-à-terre qui gagne le respect de tout le monde en un rien de temps. Un vrai vétéran avec des compétences impeccables dont la conduite sans faille vous procure un 'confort' absolu sur la route. De plus, le bus était propre et bien entretenu. Les seules lacunes mineures étaient les sièges peu désirables et la mauvaise qualité du WiFi, qui malgré le fait d'être déclaré comme complémentaire, on s'attendrait tout de même à un WiFi fiable, une nécessité en 2022. Dans l'ensemble, je m'inscrirais définitivement pour un autre voyage avec Comfort Tours.

Expérience positive: Le tour est bon, nous avons eu quelques problèmes pour trouver le bon hôtel, nous avons perdu 2 heures mais à la fin nous avons atterri au Hyatt récemment rénové, beaucoup mieux que le Delta. Je crois que le directeur du tour (une dame très sympa qui semble un peu novice) pourrait mieux communiquer plus clairement au groupe en termes d'instructions. Je pense que le temps passé dans le parc de la résidence du Premier ministre était perdu, c'était la seule partie ennuyeuse du voyage. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai eu une bonne expérience et je recommanderais Comfort Tour.

Expérience positive: Notre voyage à New York était génial ! Notre guide touristique et notre chauffeur de bus ont fait un excellent travail en organisant toutes les visites. Je recommanderais certainement cette société de visites et j'ai hâte de peut-être visiter une autre ville avec eux bientôt.

From the coach bus driver to the hotel staff and of course the tour director it was perfect. Highly recommend this company for any of your touring purposes. Expérience fantastique: I took the trip along with my family to New York City for the 2020 new years and I've got to say that was the best experience of my life. The following points is what made me rate this company five stars and vouch for it's current rating. 1) The tour guide by the name of Jessica was the most pleasant tour guide ever and properly gave each and everyone their space. She also went out of her way to spend MONEY OUT OF HER POCKET to create a raffle near the end of the trip for all of the passengers. This is unbelievable! You've seriously got to give this woman a raise! 2) The bus driver was just as kind and has over 20 years of experience. He seriously pulled some sick moves that got everyone cheering for him in the bus. 3) The price of the trip was literally a steal even while it was high season. It was around ~$650 and came with three hotel nights and three breakfasts. The price of $650 alone is a flight from Toronto to NYC alone, so the fact that it came with three hotel nights and breakfast is a damn steal. 4) Some tour agencies don't include free time the way Comfort Tours does. They allow us to detach from the group at any given time and even account for free time in the tour schedule. Typically schedule was to wake up at 6:30 and eat breakfast, partake in the planned locations, and then have free time from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. If you want to stay longer, they will teach you the route to get back to the hotel. 5) Nothing much to say about the hotel though it wasn't bad or good. 6) There's one thing I don't like about society and it is regarding the topic of tips. The idea of tipping a person for their great efforts is now being transformed into a fee of some sorts. I'm sure many people can agree with that comment as you can get stingy feedback when you don't tip a person. I understand that people have to make a living, but tipping is an act of showing gratitude. In absolutely no way did I feel any pressure to tip and with that, they earned tip the right way unlike another Chinese based tour company I took in the past that had mandatory tip...

Expérience fantastique: I've been to New York and Boston with comfort tours with my family and both experiences have been amazing! Caring tour guides, kind bus drivers, interesting sights. Best part is they bring local tour guides on the bus once you get to the location so you get to learn the history and the behind the scenes sights from natives of the area! The amount of downtime and touring is the perfect ratio so you never get tired of seeing too much or too little. The bus driver always find the fastest route so you're never too uncomfortable. I found that even the people that are also on the tour are wholesome people looking to learn and have a great time. No rowdy young people (I'm 23 myself) or disturbing people that will put a damper on the tour. Everyone feels like a family by the end of the short trip! Hotels are always amazing, never cheap, great amenities, and always great breakfasts fit for anyone's diet! I look forward on going to many more sight with my family through comfort tours. Expérience fantastique: June/July 2017 was my first time leaving the country and my first Comfort Tour. Especially being a first timer I was initially nervous giving a deposit and traveling being unsure of what to expect but the tour was nothing less than amazing. The bus driver and guide was skilled and friendly. Being a person with anxiety, it's hard to socialize but everyone on the bus because friends and it was nice to view a city with other first timers who shared the same excitement. The hotel was gorgeous and very clean. Well worth the price since you get a guided tour, transportation to the city, hotel and buffet breakfasts.

Expérience fantastique: We did a 3-day trip to Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa and 1000 Islands in August. All I can say is that it's worth the price! We had a great time and really enjoyed every part of the tour. Our driver, Harry, was so professional and experienced. He also was very friendly, especially with kids. We were lucky to have him as our driver. However, our tour director Michael, was a little lazy and careless by the end of the trip. He miscounted the people in the bus once after we had made a stop and told the driver to start moving without half of my family. Once we arrive at the cities, we get a local tour guide from a third party company. The local tour guide for Montreal wasn't really good. She just wanted to get over with it and just rushed through everything. The tour guide for Quebec City however, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all your questions from the bottom of his heart. We didn't get a local tour guide in Ottawa, so Micheal (our tour director) was the guide for Ottawa. We just went around Ottawa in the bus, got to watch the change of guards at Parliament Hill and went to Rideau Hall. He just stayed near the bus and never accompanied us when we got off. He just told us where to go. He also skipped some of the itinerary in Ottawa (which I only realized when we came back). He was really conservative on time so I'm sure he skipped a few things so that we don't miss the 1000 Islands boat trip that departs every hour. They say that the hotel is a five star hotel - and it really is! Talking about 1000 Islands, it was a ferry that took us around some of the islands and even crossed the border into the USA. That was a good experience. The bus itself was a bus from Kunkel Bus lines. It was so luxurious compared to some other buses we saw - exterior and interior. It had Wi-Fi in it, power outlets, a small bathroom in the back and comfortable seats. Fortunately, the other people on the tour with us were nice and friendly. All in all, I think that this company is a little more expensive than some other competitors but I think it was worth it. I definitely recommend it and will go with this company again in the future. I just hope we get such a nice driver again and a better tour director!

Expérience fantastique: My husband and I were looking for something different to do for our long weekend / his 59th birthday and with a little reluctance we decided to book the 4 day New York trip. He had never been to New York and we were a little nervous about driving ourselves so we booked with Comfort Tours and boy are we glad we did. We had an amazing time and honestly have no regrets at all. Our bus driver John was amazing and very prompt and professional and got us through the busy New York streets in record time not to mention to and from our home town of Grimsby safely. Our tour guide Natasha was equally amazing. Her knowledge of the city was endless and her detailed instructions of the amazing itinerary and what to expect was incredible right down to where to find restrooms and food every step of the way. She even knew it was his birthday on Sunday (which she only would see and remembered from our online registration) and gave him a special American dollar coin. She made our trip one we will remember always and even ended the trip with a chocolate kiss and a hug! Her and John both make an amazing team and if anyone is thinking about a New York tour you should request them as your guides and you will not regret it. Both are a class act. The 4 day time frame is the perfect amount of time to see the city for your first time as the 2nd and 3rd days are filled with the "must see's" in New York balanced with just enough time to do what we wanted to do on our own free time. The travel day 1 and home on day 4 were a perfect mix of rest and activity both ways. We are absolutely sold on Comfort Tours and are looking into the Chicago tour next. Anyone who is thinking about doing a bus tour we can tell you from our experience it was worth every penny we paid and have no regrets. Amazing trip and again a big thank you to John and Natasha.

This is our second trip as our first one was in November 2018 to New York and both times were excellent and would highly recommend. 1st trip was with Natasha and 2nd trip with Julie. Both ladies were very informative and helpful with lots of information and ready to answer questions or assist in any way. We particularly like the format as they give us the tour first with all the highlights for the city we are in as well as directions and advice for things to do and then provide time in the afternoons to have personal time to explore on our own. It is also great meeting new people and friends on these trips! The accommodations are 1st class and the buffet breakfast is always great. We are definitely hoping to go on another tour and in fact wanted to know if Comfort Tours would ever include New Orleans on their tours. Joyce and Ron

Expérience fantastique: J'ai voyagé avec Comfort Tours Canada lors d'un voyage de 4 jours et 3 nuits (Hyatt Regency Newbrunswick NJ) de Toronto, ON à New York City, NY. Notre Directeur de Tour était Natasha et le conducteur s'appelait Miriam sur un bus Kunkel. Le voyage était prévu pour les jours 1 et 4. Les jours 2 et 3 étaient une visite guidée et coïncidaient avec deux des jours les plus chauds et humides à NYC ; 90 puis 100 degrés seulement ! L'hôtel était très agréable et la partie guidée du voyage contenait juste assez d'histoire et d'informations sur les sites pour en faire des vacances très mémorables. Traverser la frontière était une expérience incroyable, tant à l'aller en un temps record qu'au retour, ayant le bus fouillé, tous les bagages et tous les passagers devaient apporter toutes leurs affaires et achats au bureau des douanes pour traitement. Merci Natasha et Miriam d'avoir rendu cette aventure si excitante !

Expérience positive: Globalement, c'était une super visite, cependant je n'étais pas très enthousiaste à propos de notre directeur de visite Micheal. Il a précipité beaucoup de choses et ne nous a même pas donné d'idées sur ce que nous pourrions faire pendant notre temps libre, par exemple aller voir la basilique Notre-Dame de Montréal. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une bonne visite si vous souhaitez faire des points forts rapides de chaque ville que vous visitez. La croisière des mille îles et la ville de Québec étaient mes préférées. Malheureusement, le trajet de Toronto à Montréal est long, donc il n'y a pas beaucoup de temps pour découvrir la ville par nous-mêmes, sauf après 18 heures, mais à ce moment-là, vous êtes fatigué d'avoir dû rester assis dans un bus pendant 6 à 7 heures. Je recommanderais que la visite dure un jour de plus afin que les gens puissent voir plus de Montréal à leur propre rythme. J'aurais également aimé un jour supplémentaire à Ottawa car cela a été précipité et le guide touristique n'était avec nous que pendant 1,5 heure. Nous avons principalement été assis dans le bus à regarder des ambassades et des bâtiments historiques, mais sans réel temps pour explorer la ville par nous-mêmes. Je recommanderais à Comfort Tours d'avoir des options pour 5 jours pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer davantage.

Our tour guide Natasha made the trip even more fantastic she is had so much knowleadge and was extremely helpful. Greg was a great driver. Miriam manouvered that bus around New York like a Smart Car. We all had so much fun, saw so much, and walked for ever. We experienced city buses, the train to New Jersey, our bus, walking and a horse and carriage ride. Our hop on city guide Hardy, was very informative and showed us a lot of interesting sites. Robert our Horse and carriage driver was so knowledgeable, funny and very polite. This trip is well worth the money. Be prepared to walk a lot. Be prepared to have an exciting, informative, exhausting, fun, bonding, trip, because that is what you will get with Sue and Miriam from Comfort Tours.

Expérience fantastique: I was with them on the 4 day-NYC tour and our tour guide was Gerda and it was an excellent trip! It was the last tour of the season leaving for New York, and the weather was not helpful at times (on the third day it was all windy and rainy), but it did not affect the fun of the trip at all. Gerda was pro-active and she took care of all the tourists' plans for that day and everyone was happy. She is such a fun person to talk to, I was one of the youngest people (and travelling alone) on the bus and she never, for once, let me feel like it. The hotel, the breakfast and the city sightseeing - everything was exceptional. Our driver Mariam, was another great person to have a company of. They both made the trip as lively as possible. A special thanks to them and team Comfort tour for making my first trip to USA memorable. I would definitely go on another trip with them..
