Whenever we had a problem (I may have lost my luggage) he was an email or call away. He works 247 because he ALWAYS responds so quickly, no matter what time of the day or day of the week. He beat the cheapesr online prices that were out there. We were able to sit together on the plane and as soon as we got to the hotel they upgraded us to the diamond club free of charge. He was also able to arrange for us to have connecting rooms as we needed 2 rooms. We will definitely be using John to book all of our future trips!
