Expérience fantastique: C'était le deuxième voyage que nous avons réservé avec Stéphanie chez Downunder. Le premier était en Australie et aux Fidji avec nos enfants, c'était fantastique, donc cette année, lorsque nous souhaitions voyager en Nouvelle-Zélande, nous avons de nouveau utilisé Stéphanie chez Downunder. Le voyage était excellent et le service encore meilleur. Nos hébergements étaient exactement comme nous le souhaitions avec de petites installations de cuisine, de bons lits et un accès formidable aux activités. L'excursion et les arrêts suggérés lors de notre road trip étaient géniaux et certains des meilleures expériences de voyage parmi nos nombreux voyages. Vers la fin de notre voyage, je suis tombé malade et j'ai eu besoin d'un court séjour à l'hôpital, Stéphanie a fait des efforts considérables pour modifier nos plans de voyage et nous faire rebooker à la dernière minute pour rentrer chez nous. J'ai été vraiment impressionné par son attention et son soin pour notre situation. Je ne hésiterais pas à recommander Downunder. Merci Stéphanie!

Ryan understood exactly what we wanted to see and experience and booked our flights, hotels, transfers and small group tours. When we had a medical emergency three days into our trip, the Australia contact was available 24/7 to assist us in altering hotel reservations and tours to enable us to continue our trip. He worked with my husband to figure out what we wanted to experience and then worked it into the budget we set out. Ryan was very knowledgeable, professional and honest with our travel concerns and queries. After the package was complete you are sent an itinerary with essential and helpful tips on the weather, trading hours, safe traveling and touring options to name a few. There is a contact person whom works for this company in the place you are traveling so can get timely assistance if you run into any trouble. Would highly recommend Ryan and Downunder travel agency! Finding both were godsent since we really had limited experience but a huge desire to travel to New Zealand and Australia!

Expérience fantastique: I must commend Stephanie Delaney for putting together a challenging wonderful itinerary for both my grandson & myself. She chose fun & exciting things to do for my 12 yr old & I. From the amazing Sydney Bridgeclimb (Stephanie chose well-truly the best tour of them all since there are a number of them),to the private bicycle tour,to the choice of the family owned marvellous company going to the Great Barrier Reef & our private marine biologist who just excelled-he enhanced our experience & we were so happy we did that-it was excellence all the way. Seeing the animals indigenous to Australia was a real bonus & he had such a great time amongst them! We loved the hotels too-all well located with stellar customer service. Moreton Island was a phenomenal choice(way to go Stephanie)-what a way to conclude our wonderful adventure-my grandson loved it-from the sand tobogganing,to the segway to the quad bikes (none of which he ever did before) & to our beautiful accommodation at Tangalooma resort-it just couldn't have been better. I'm so glad Stephanie thought of Moreton Island because my 12 yr old got to experience things he never did before. Stephannie worked very hard on this itinerary & she ticks all boxes. Her customer service is frankly the best as well as her attention to detail. A big thank you to Stephanie-I can't say enough

Expérience fantastique: Ryan @ Downunder Travel C'est pourquoi j'ai choisi un agent de voyages et pourquoi je suis heureux de l'avoir fait. Pendant 9 ans, j'ai vécu et travaillé à Sydney. Bien que j'aie voyagé, c'était principalement vers d'autres grandes villes d'Australie. Après être rentré chez moi en 2019, j'ai réalisé qu'il y avait tant de choses que je n'avais jamais faites. Avançons jusqu'à fin 2022. Je savais que je voulais voir quelques endroits différents. Uluṟu, Darwin, Adélaïde. J'ai commencé à chercher des visites et des vols et je suis rapidement devenu accablé par les décisions, les options et les sites web qui changeaient les prix des vols. J'ai contacté Downunder Travel avec une ardoise assez blanche. Ryan a pris le temps de me parler en me fournissant des options et des suggestions. Mais à la fin de la journée, ce sont les petites choses qui ont vraiment rendu le voyage mémorable : - voir Uluru au coucher du soleil et au lever du soleil le lendemain (suggestion de Ryan) - la visite aérienne de Darwin (suggestion de Ryan) - des guides de tournée incroyables qui étaient compétents et amicaux - prise en charge et dépose en voiture privée depuis les aéroports > quelque chose que je réalise maintenant être indispensable pour les endroits où je ne suis pas allé auparavant - suggestions d'activités auxquelles je n'aurais pas pensé, c'est-à-dire : l'île Kangourou pendant mon séjour à Adélaïde, des randonnées à Kings Canon et une tente de glamping pour passer la nuit dans le « Centre Rouge » (suggestion de Ryan - voyez-vous une tendance ?) Bien que je sois sûr d'avoir pu faire certaines de ces choses moi-même avec le temps et des recherches, la raison pour laquelle je suis si heureux du déroulement de ce voyage est que je n'ai rien eu à FAIRE, si ce n'est me présenter quand et où on me l'a dit. Utiliserais-je à nouveau Downunder Travel ? Oh, oui. Utiliserai-je un agent de voyages pour ma prochaine grande aventure ? Oh, définitivement oui.

Expérience positive: Stephanie was super nice, has travelled to Australia, so knew where we are headed to. Covid rules changing as much as they do made answering some of our questions difficult, but can’t fault anyone for that. Thanks so much for helping us part of our adventure!

Expérience fantastique: Downunder Travel a fait un travail magnifique en planifiant des vacances merveilleuses en Islande et en Norvège pour moi et ma famille élargie. Notre groupe se composait de 7 adultes et 2 nourrissons et la logistique des sièges auto, des berceaux et d'autres besoins adaptés aux enfants ont été facilement organisés par Stephanie et son équipe. La fin de notre voyage a posé quelques défis liés au Covid mais, encore une fois, Stephanie a pris toutes les dispositions nécessaires en reprogrammant le transport aéroport et les vols pour que nous puissions rentrer chez nous en toute sécurité. J'étais incroyablement reconnaissant pour l'assistance au voyage ! Plus important encore, ce voyage était la quatrième fois que je réservais par l'intermédiaire de Downunder Travel et c'était, encore une fois, une excellente expérience. Les visites et les hôtels sélectionnés étaient de premier ordre et tellement agréables. Je ne pouvais pas demander une agence de voyage plus professionnelle ou utile !!

Expérience fantastique: Stephanie at Downunder Travel is a knowledgeable destination specialist who gave good advice while arranging our trip to Australia. COVID-19 became a pandemic and interrupted our trip in March 2020. Stephanie kept us up to date and advised us about the constantly changing rules and conditions. She dealt tirelessly with cancellations and re-bookings as the situation evolved. She demonstrated genuine concern and empathy for our well-being. Our safe return home in early April 2020 was secured by her unrelenting effort and helpful advice that she provided during her often extended working hours.

Expérience fantastique: Stephanie Delaney, owner of Down Under Travel, provided exceptional service for my group of 11 travelling to Australia and New Zealand in February 2020. She arranged our long haul flights as well as several connecting flights and the accompanying visa requirements. We were due to return to Toronto on March 30 but on March 13 the Covid-19 travel advisory was issued by the Canadian government. Stephanie worked tirelessly over several days with me as group leader to assess the situation and then meet the needs of each traveller in our group. She booked us on the March 20 Air NZ flight from Auckland to Chicago, with a short turnaround to Toronto. She continued to provide the documentation for our travel insurance claims, which are ongoing. I will seek Stephanie’s professional support for my return to New Zealand , hopefully sooner not later! Expérience fantastique: I have been working with Stephanie for almost 2 months as we have a very complicated trip to 4 countries over a period of 35 days. To complicate matters, we HAD to end up in a particular place by a certain date in order to attend a family wedding and we had a very strict budget. Not only did Stephanie manage to get all of the details right, she was able to continually find savings for us as we went along in the process, allowing us to finally come in under our budget, including all taxes and travel insurance.
