Expérience fantastique: Michele a réussi à organiser pour nous l'aventure d'une vie. Nous avons parcouru les rivières amazoniennes du Pérou, randonné sur le sentier Salkantay jusqu'à Machu Picchu dans les montagnes des Andes, puis exploré les îles Galápagos en Équateur. Expérience fantastique: Nous venons de revenir en Australie après un voyage extraordinaire en Amérique du Sud, planifié et organisé par la merveilleuse Michele Cohen. Nous voyageions en groupe privé de 12 personnes, avec des amis et de la famille du Canada, avons parcouru les Andes, visité le Pérou et exploré les Galápagos en bateau. Michele avait tout bien préparé et était présente pour nous avant et tout au long du voyage, tout se déroulant sans accroc et conformément à l'itinéraire. Les visites personnalisées étaient excellentes avec un personnel compétent, un fantastique hébergement et des transferts fluides à chaque rencontre. Même si nos vols vers et depuis l'Amérique du Sud ont été organisés par notre agent australien, Michele surveillait constamment tout et nous tenait informés de tout changement de vol, etc. Je ne pourrais pas recommander Michele plus chaleureusement ! Le groupe a si bien et si harmonieusement voyagé ensemble que nous discutons déjà d'une autre randonnée en Patagonie ensemble en 2026/27 et nous ferons certainement appel à Michele encore une fois, même si nous sommes basés en Australie.

Expérience fantastique: Costa Rican Honeymoon: I have been working with Carly and the team at Renshaw Travel since 2013 when Carly first booked the honeymoon trip for my wife and I to Costa Rica. Every trip detail was planned immaculately from flights, to the hotel accommodation at two of the best resorts in Central America, to the transfers between destinations – the entire experience was first class. Carly worked with us to determine the things that we liked and did not like down to every last detail so well, that our trip ended being the most perfect adventure and getaway that we could have asked for. Even though I'm located in Ontario, I dealt with Jessica Renshaw over email and the experience was first class. Her responses were prompt, helpful and professional. She made planning a last minute family trip to the Four Seasons In Disney World a stress-free process. Plus, the agency's status with the Four Seasons meant extra resort perks that were much appreciated. So was the tray of chocolates from the agency that were delivered upon our arrival as well as the follow-up from Jeasica to ensure our experience met our expectations. I will definitely book my next luxury vacation with Renshaw Travel!

For the many years that I have had the fortune to have Shane arrange all our business and personal travel, we have been nothing but delighted at what he has done for us. Expérience fantastique: Our family worked with Briar to plan our first trip to Disneyland this summer. At first we felt overwhelmed with all of the planning that is required for a Disney trip but Briar was amazing and helped us each step of the way. She provided us with great information and options for our trip and even sent us the most informative planning materials that made the whole process much simpler. Briar was also incredible in helping us make a very last minute change in our arrival and departure dates due to a hurricane that was going to impact California. She jumped into action for us and changed our room reservations, park passes, etc. We couldn't have pulled the trip off without her. Oh and did I mention that she even put our family into the virtual queue for various events while we were in Disney so that we didn't have to remember to do this ourselves or interrupt our day. We had the most fabulous trip and owe much of that to Briar. If you can't tell, we highly recommend her.

Expérience fantastique: Ian a été incroyable tout au long des 5 mois de préparation de nos vacances d'un mois aux États-Unis et au Canada. Vols, hébergement, réservations de restaurants, matchs de hockey, visites privées de fermes... jusqu'aux forfaits de remontées mécaniques et à la location de skis - pendant les vacances de Noël et du nouvel an. Expérience fantastique: I live in Chicago. I'm planning a trip to Vancouver with my twin daughters, set to leave in a week. The flights were set and the house rented, but I had sooo many questions. I've never been to Vancouver. I just wanted to figure out how to make sure my kids have a good time. I'd been procrastinating for weeks and had just started researching. Sometimes there are just too many options and you wish you knew someone who lived there, someone who could do for me what I do for people who visit Chicago for the first time: discourage the tourist traps while letting you know which ones are actually worth your time. Enter Renshaw Travel. I Googled "vancouver travel agent" and found that Renshaw was highest rated. Well, now I know why. I was hesitant to reach out, thinking, "Don't travel agents make their money booking flights/hotels/activities? Bet they don't reply to my email." Well. Jessica Renshaw––it's a 3-generation family business!––called me within 10 minutes. She allowed me to pay a VERY reasonable consult fee, and then proceeded to spend 45 minutes answering my questions and making suggestions, when she'd only charged me for 30 minutes. She surely saved me 5-10 times what I paid, and more importantly, my daughters are going to have such a good time. Jessica was funny and charming and extremely knowledgeable, FAR beyond what I could have hoped for. Everyone should be so good at their job. The best customer service I've had in years. Carly returned my call timely and was very courteous, kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions and sent a very detailed e-mail with the information I was looking for.

Expérience négative: J'ai entendu de grandes choses sur leurs services, malheureusement la réceptionniste plus âgée qui a appelé pour transmettre un message à l'un des agents de voyage a donné l'impression inverse. Elle était extrêmement agressive, dominatrice et n'avait absolument aucune compétence sociale. Ni compétences d'écoute. Elle a montré un total manque de respect envers les informations que je lui fournissais. Après avoir lutté patiemment avec son attitude et son comportement non professionnels pendant plus de 15 minutes, la frustration et l'irritation se sont manifestées dans ma voix - donc elle m'a raccroché au nez. Et c'est ce qui se passe quand nous donnons du temps à quelqu'un qui nous traite de cette manière. Si la personne qu'ils ont engagée pour représenter leur entreprise est autorisée à agir ainsi, nous ne songerons certainement jamais à leur donner à nouveau notre commerce.

Jessica Renshaw was incredible, she would look for flights every day and even went above and beyond as she called the Aus Embassy to make sure I was even going to be able to get home. She would answer my emails really quick even after office hours. She found me a flight route home that was affordable and all my flights went smoothly.
