Expérience fantastique: Sauveur ! C'est ce que vous êtes, Cathy Ali. Deux vols annulés en raison du mauvais temps. Cela semblait sombre car tous les vols au départ de YVR étaient annulés pour des jours à venir. Cathy est restée calme et rassurante. Elle a passé des heures en attente avec Air Canada jusqu'à ce qu'elle puisse nous rebooker sur l'un des derniers vols à quitter Vancouver le 22 décembre 2022. The owner, Nimet, arranged a two-week trip to Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, and Koh Samui for my family and I! The accommodations were excellent (the Anantara hotels), we had private transfers, guided tours, etc. My favourite part was our visit to the Kanta Elephant Sanctuary in Chiang Mai. We got to feed, bathe, and play with the elephants! What an unforgettable experience! All thanks to Nimet at Kerrisdale Cruise & Vacation Travel. Can’t recommend enough! 10/10!

I had dreaded having to book the flight and car lease as it's been many years since my circumstances permitted me to travel overseas. She took all the stress out of the situation, which was such a relief. Highly recommend.

Expérience négative: Je les ai utilisés pour échanger mes points de voyage via RBC. Je n'avais pas assez de points pour ma femme et moi, donc j'ai payé le solde sur le reste. Ils ont divisé les points entre deux vols alors qu'ils n'en avaient pas besoin, afin de pouvoir encaisser des frais d'échange de points, ce que je n'ai malheureusement remarqué qu'après la transaction appliquée à chaque vol. Je me suis senti trompé pour gagner un petit profit. Quand j'ai souligné que cela aurait pu être des points sur un seul vol, ils ont haussé les épaules en disant que la transaction était déjà complète. Mis à part le frais supplémentaire, ils ont été rapides et faciles.
