Lors d'un voyage récent, elle a pu me trouver et réserver l'hôtel parfait avec un préavis assez court. Elle s'est enregistrée avant mon voyage pour s'assurer que tout se passerait bien et a été rapide à répondre à toutes les questions.

La communication a été rapide et elle était proactive et attentive à nos besoins en voyage avec un tout-petit. Étant une mère occupée qui aime voyager, mon expérience avec Alyssa m'a époustouflée. Elle a su ajouter une valeur énorme à notre voyage, y compris en recommandant une propriété que je n'avais pas envisagée auparavant, mais le séjour a été si fluide que je suis convertie et je réserverai tous mes futurs voyages avec Fernweh.

Expérience fantastique: 3 pays en 3 semaines était un défi, mais grâce à Wendy, nous avons découvert le Portugal, l'Italie et la Croatie sans tracas de voyage et avec d'excellents hébergements. De la location de voitures, des vols, des billets de train et une petite croisière, Wendy a tout orchestré avec un soin particulier pour l'emplacement de chaque hébergement. Merci Fernweh et Wendy - c'était une expérience incroyable !

Expérience négative: J'ai appelé pour demander des informations sur les voyages vers un certain pays et la femme qui a répondu, Clara, a dit qu'elle ne donnerait des informations de voyage sur le pays, comme les restrictions liées au COVID-19 et autres, que si j'achetais un billet avec son agence. Elle m'a dit que seulement si je réservais avec elle, elle me dirait quoi que ce soit. Donc, en gros, vous ne pouvez rien leur demander sauf si vous réservez avec eux, uniquement. Quelle agence de voyage avide d'argent !

Expérience fantastique: I cannot sing the praises of Alyssa enough! We reached out to her in April to help us plan a 10 day trip to British Columbia. She listened to what we wanted and then promptly set to work handling myriad details from air travel, hotels, activities such as guided hikes and whale watching, restaurants and navigating all the necessary steps regarding to Covid and entering Canada from the US. After several phone calls and lots of emails over months she skillfully put together the trip of a lifetime. I understand that Greek travel is one of her specialties and I know we'll reach out to her agin when we plan an excursion to the Mediterranean!

Expérience fantastique: Alyssa a planifié et organisé la lune de miel la plus magique que nous puissions imaginer - Waikiki, Papeete, Moorea et Bora Bora. Nous n'avions aucune idée de l'endroit où nous voulions aller, donc elle nous a proposé de multiples options (toutes incroyables) parmi lesquelles choisir et ajuster. Avec tous les hôtels et transferts en place, tout ce dont nous devions nous soucier était d'arriver et de profiter de notre séjour ! Alyssa a été rapide à répondre à TOUTES nos questions et était vraiment excitée pour nous à l'idée de partir à cette aventure. Elle nous a réservé dans les hôtels et stations les plus incroyables et les délais qu'elle a créés étaient parfaits. Je n'aurais jamais pensé séjourner dans un bungalow sur pilotis à Bora Bora... et Alyssa a rendu cela possible. 10/10, je réserverais à nouveau avec Alyssa et Fernweh Travel !
