Negative experience: Very difficult to locate and no one picks the call very bad

Fantastic experience: I had tried to book a cruise directly with the cruise company. I wasn't getting great help from the first 3 customer service folks I connected with. A friend suggested I reach out to Jackie Niven at Transat Travel Oshawa. Boy was I glad I did! Her insights, assistance and guidance led to a stress free amazing 2 week European vacation! Her selection of flights, hotel before the cruise and the actual cruise itself were perfect. Everything lined up so well and we had a great trip! I highly recommend her services!!! I will be a loyal customer from now on!

Fantastic experience: We just booked a last minute vacation to Cancun for 4 days. Jackie Niven was knowledgeable, prompt, patient and super helpful. She went above and beyond and answered all of our questions. From the parking to the flight everything was seamless ! Our resort was stunning and I thank Jackie for the great recommendation! Breathless Soul Cancun. Will definitely be booking our next vacation with Jackie !

Negative experience: Staff are very rude. Don't recommend this place at all. One worker was too busy playing on her phone...

Fantastic experience: This is our fourth visit here. Pina is amazing. We got everything we asked for and we're going to enjoy another vacation in two days Again pina was wonderful

Negative experience: They were at one time a great place to get help with vacations. But now, their door is always half closed, there are very few employees available, they do not acknowledge you if you stop by, or -- like today (the third time in 2 weeks I have come to try and plan a vacation) they rudely turn you away because they are too busy. Well guess what. I found another local travel agency that actually wants my business and my money.

Negative experience: This business would not have even received a one star. Nobody answers calls, nobody returns calls, and nobody acknowledged me when coming into the office/store when coming in ..... just to make an appointment with them to book a trip. There is many other travel businesses that will give much better professionalism. I moved on and better for it, I'm going to Mexico.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place to book any type of travel, I happen to come across Amanda randomly when inquiring about trips , My daughter was 2 at the time she now 12 and Amanda has never recommend a place I haven't loved every winter we book. And she's done it again . Saw her last week and my daughter and I leave in a week to a beautiful 5 . You won't be disappointed with her service and knowledge.

To begin, I would like to highlight how helpful Meghan was during my travel booking experience and her excellent service provided in giving so much guidance, advice and assistance. Additionally, Meghan is a great asset to AirTransat and she is extremely knowledgeable, customer oriented and has a very welcoming personality. Meghan truly went above and beyond, since she ensured to answer all our questions and help us make our travel goals a reality while giving additional time to meet our needs. Fantastic experience: The agents at Transat Travel will go out of their way to get you the best deals and the best vacations. They use their experience travelling, customer feedback, and direct contact with resorts/Hotels to tailor your vacation exactly to your expectations. I wish I could give a higher rating. Fantastic experience: Have a negative experience with this agency. Be that as it may the situations was handled professionally and expeditiously by the regional manager after it was brought to his attention. I am totally satisfied after the encounter with the regional manager. I have now increased my rating to a 5 star.

Fantastic experience: We use Christine as our travel agent. She has been awesome with our requests and making sure our vacations are what we expect.

Negative experience: I travelled to Ont. with my service dog on Air Canada treated with respect...went here to book return flight to BC. I was treated and talked down to like a child..told me i HAVE to buy a seat for my service dog then may still be denied boarding once i got to Toronto...might have to stay overnight at the Union Station by Go Bus to make flight on time, or rent a cab knew nothing about Go Train and didn't bother to check... Argumentative and incompetent... I left there in tears.. Went to Kemp Travel on King East--wonderful service!!! PS. Air Transat and (Amanda)....My having a Service Dog doesn't mean I'm stupid and you can treat me as such!

Negative experience: Was in this location to inquire about vacation packages offered There were 5 agents in the store time 3 on phone and 2 were chitchatting in the back No one came forward and ask us about any inquiries We stayed there for 2-3 minutes and left I will take my business some where else where we are welcomed Sorry guys you lost it

Fantastic experience: I have been booking my annual winter trip here for me and my daughter for 4 years .Amanada is truly the best agent there is I have recommended her to people at work and they too had a great experience. Anyone can trust Amanada to ensure there vacation is a great one .
